Joe Palmer, DMD has been a practicing dentist in Greenville, SC since graduation from the
Medical University of South Carolina School of Dentistry in 1982. Dr. Palmer has been a
member since 2001. He received his Mastership in 2019.
Dr. William Virtue is a practicing dentist in Yadkinville, NC. He graduated from the Indiana University Dental School in Indianapolis. In 2010, he became board certified as a Naturopathic Physician from the American College of Integrative Medicine and Dentistry. Dr. Virtue was President of the IAOMT in 2012, received his Fellowship, and is the current Secretary on the Executive Council.

Philip Mollica, MS, DMD, NMD, graduated from UMDNJ–New Jersey Dental School. He is Professor
Emeritus from the Departments of Dentistry and Integrative Medicine at Capital University of
Integrative Medicine, Washington, D.C.
Dr. Mollica was chairman of the Institutional Review Board at CUIM. He now chairs the IRB for the
American College of Integrative Medicine and Dentistry, lectures for a variety of Ozone Therapy
Associations around the world, is Vice President of the AAO, and holds Ozone Therapy in Dentistry
courses 25 to 30 times per year. He also is the director at Wellville Institute for Advanced Oxygen
Studies. He has a private practice in Saddle Brook, N.J.

Dr. Kennedy practiced dentistry for more than 30 years and retired in 2000 to work on saving
his country from ignorant unscientific health care policies dictated by industry's insatiable greed
and willing government complicity. Dr. Kennedy is the Past President of the International
Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology, which was formed to review, support, and
disseminate research on the suitability of materials and methodologies used in the dental
practice. He has lectured to dentists, physicians and other health professionals all over the
world on the subjects of preventive dental health, mercury toxicity, and fluoride. He is the
author of the book How To Save Your Teeth with toxic free preventive dentistry that provides
instruction and insight for both professionals and the layman on how to provide and receive
toxic-free dentistry. Dr. Kennedy produced the Smoking Teeth = Poison Gas documentary that
highlights the 20 years of pivotal medical research funded by the IAOMT into the impact of
mercury from dental amalgams.In addition he, with the help of Michael Connett has compiled a
series of videos into a two part DVD made for use in the home, office or play on public access
TV titled, Fluoridation Let the truth Be told Parts I & II. He is recognized around the world and is
a leader in the field of preventive dentistry.
