DoJ loses FACE, Ukraine tanks, and Trump travails
Republicans want to probe the DoJ over its political weaponization. A jury handed them a big target in acquitting Mark Houck in a case Merrick Garland never should have brought. Andrew Malcolm and I discuss the verdict in the abortion-protest case, as well as the Biden administration's efforts in Ukraine. What was the real story behind the transfer of Abrams tanks? The Washington Post tried stirring the pot in Florida, and we look at their woes in both subscribers and relevancy.

Crossfire Doublecross, Biden's Scandal Fumbling, and More!
What happens when a man who helped kick off the Russia-collusion craze gets arrested for ... colluding with a Russian oligarch? Andrew Malcolm and I discuss the implications that has for the FBI, DoJ, and the media that swallows their narratives. They also run interference for Joe Biden in his latest scandal, but for how long? We discuss how Hunter Biden might play into this scandal, why LA Story is a great film, and how to get promoted in Washington DC.

Biden Spins on Documents Scandal -- and So Does The Media
Will Joe BIden face prosecution for mishandling classified material? Thus far, all the White House has done is spin, and as Andrew Malcolm notes, the media is helping him do it. We talk about the hypocrisies of Biden and the coverage, and how the Hillary Clinton precedents play into it. We also discuss Biden's backfiring strategy on the Strategic Petroleum Reserve, and why the Prince of Twitter is way better than the Prince of Sussex these days.

Biden's Document Scandal, Gaia Cults, and Literal Media Gaslighting!
What a difference a week makes! Last week, Duane Patterson and I debated over whether the GOP was damaging itself in the House Speaker fight. This week, it's Joe Biden torpedoing not just himself but the Democrats' and DoJ's attacks on Donald Trump. The media is trying to run interference for Biden, but they're also getting burned over their gaslighting on the Biden administration's short-lived call to ban gas stoves. Plus, Ellen DeGeneres wants us to know that Gaia is angry and taking it out on Montecito!

Duane Patterson and I discuss the ramifications of this deal and especially in who got left out -- Paul Whelan. We also discuss Duane's new VIP column on the lessons of the midterms, as well as the New York Times walkout.

Musk's Revelations, Trump's Immolation, Biden's Evasion
Welcome back from my hiatus! Andrew Malcolm joins me to catch up to the latest political new. We discuss Donald Trump's demand to "terminate" the Constitution and then his walkback; will that end his political career? The media coverage of Elon Musk gets our attention as well, and it's also the subject of my SRN/Townhall commentary this week. I also brief people on the morning's top stories, including Joe Biden's evasion of the border crisis, the runoff in Georgia, and more!

Midterm Turkeys, Biden's Fumbles, and The Big 2024 Fight!
It's been two weeks since the midterm election -- and we still don't have results in all of the House elections. Andrew Malcolm and I discuss those failures as well as more of Joe Biden's. We also preview the upcoming primary fight between Donald Trump and Ron DeSantis and wonder whether other candidates will leave it at that. Or do we get 17 people on stage again in 2023's debates? Plus, we also wonder whether America is in another Age of Presidential Mediocrities in the post-Cold War era.

Midterm Update, Twitter Implosions, and is The Crypto Scam Really About Crypto?
Will Republicans really get to 222 House seats? Will Nancy Pelosi really retire? Duane Patterson and I discuss both of those issues, plus we talk about the Twitter implosion that never happened. Will the mass exodus at Twitter -- and the relative lack of impact -- teach a lesson to other tech platforms? Plus, TUSC Network's Rob McNealy returns to explain what actually happened at FTX and where it's going -- and to remind us that crypto may not really be the issue here. It might just be old-fashioned corruption and con artistry.

Midterm Preview -- and Big Brother Arrives
What can we expect from the midterms? Duane Patterson and I unpack all of the polls and trends. We also dissect last night's speech from Joe Biden attempting to scold voters for not caring about his priorities just before Election Day. Duane and I also discuss the disturbing exposé from The Intercept about the DHS "disinformation policing" program and its attempts to "shape" debate and incentives to discourage public dissent. Intel analyst and pundit John Schindler joins me to say why this, unlike other claims, actually does look like a 'deep state' program.

Speech Control at DHS -- and Media Ignores It
The media aren't biased -- they're bought. A stunning new report from The Intercept exposes a DHS/FBI program to pressure and incentivize social media platforms into suppressing speech and dissent, in large part covertly. Andrew Malcolm and I discussed that shortly after the story broke, plus I return to it in my roundup for today. And that's more than the Washington Post, New York Times, or CNN has bothered to do.

Midterm Prospects, Ukraine Update, Musk-Mentum, and The Media's New Suppression Attempt
Should Republicans get muzzled because of an attack on Paul Pelosi? Media outlets demanded that across the board, which is the subject of my rant this morning. The same media that wouldn't cover any connection between radical pro-abortion protesters doxxing SCOTUS justices and an assassination attempt against Brett Kavanaugh now claim that normal political criticism of a Democrat party leader is off limits. No one's buying this argument, but the media's all-in propagandizing is going to open even more eyes this cycle.
On the midterms, AJ Kaufman returns to debate how the current electoral environment will play out for Republicans. Will candidate quality make the difference, or will the wave be too great? We also do a quick update on Ukraine, and the progressive face-plant over it.

Russian Retreat, Inflation Roars, and Biden Bungles
Have the Russians begun to look for an escape hatch in Ukraine? Duane Patterson and I discuss developments in Kherson, Luhansk, and Turkey. Inflation spiked upward in a new CPI report, and this time gas prices are no excuse. Joe Biden's contretemps with the Saudis isn't helping either, and the midterms will likely prove his undoing in all of these areas. I also reveal to Duane and our viewers/listeners the one thing that would convince me to move back to California, so don't miss that!

That won't be easy, as we discuss -- and may well be impossible at this point.
