PCT Update - I’ve Got Some Bad News
Thank you all for following Jason and I on our PCT adventure! Unfortunately, I will not be uploading any more videos until I’m done with the trail at the end of September. I’m running short on time and Wi-Fi is difficult to find out here. I’ll resume posting once I get back home. Thanks for understanding and I can’t wait to share the rest of our adventures with you!

Was That Bigfoot?!? #shorts
In my last video, Autumn Hot Tent Camping | Wood Stove Chicken Tikka Masala ( https://youtu.be/kfKTEjcl2M4 ), there were some strange sightings. A dark shadowy figure can be seen hiding in the woods behind me three separate times! There was also a loud crash behind me as I ate dinner. Opinions varied but bear, cryptoids, and even bigfoot was theorized to be the culprit. So what was it really? It was me! Yep, it was just me pulling an early Halloween prank on you! It was all in good fun so I hope you didn't spend too much time trying to solve the mystery. Thank you for being good sports about it!
P.S. Should I make this a Halloween tradition? Let me know!

Behind The Scenes: Slips Trips And Falls
Behind the scenes slips, trips, and falls! Slips, trips, and falls happen to me on most video shoots but I manage not to hurt myself somehow. I thought it would be fun to give you a blooper reel so here it is! It's ok, you can laugh at my expense...😅

Behind The Scenes: Recording With One Camera
A sneak peak at what happens behind the scenes when I'm recording videos. I only use one camera so I have to shoot multiple angles and edit them together for seamless transitions. I though it would be fun to show you all how I do it!

Agawa Boreal 21 | One Minute Review
In this video I do a one minute review of the Agawa Boreal 21 folding bow saw. This review is not sponsored. Some of the following information is based on my own personal experience and opinions. Your experience may vary. The Boreal comes in 3 different models - 15, 21, and 24 in (38, 53, and 61 cm) but this review only covers the 21 in (53 cm).
The saw's folded length is 21.5 inches (54.5 cm) and measures 8.5 in (21.5 cm) by 21 in (53 cm) when unfolded giving it the ability to cut through diameters of 5-6 inches (12.5-15 cm). The saw is constructed of an anodized aluminum frame, fiberglass reinforced nylon handle, and stainless steel hardware. It comes with an all purpose hardened and coated blade but there are also aggressive and hunting style blades available on Agawa's website. However, I have read that any standard bow saw blade will fit. Agawa also offers leather and cordura sheaths for most models.
The Boreal 21 weighs only 1.2 lbs (0.54 kg) by itself or up to 2 lbs (0.91 kg) with a leather sheath.
The tool-free self tensioning frame still works great for me even after dozens of uses over the last 9 months. It has never lost tension, broken, bent, or cracked and functions like new. I'm still using the original blade and to my surprise it has only dulled slightly.
You can find the Boreal 21 by itself for around $75.00 USD on Amazon. Personally, I think its worth the price considering its quality, reliability, and compact design. I honestly have zero complaints with this saw and would buy it again in a heartbeat.
Again, some of this information is based on my own personal experiences and opinions. My intent is neither to encourage or discourage you from purchasing this saw. I am simply providing you with an honest review. What you choose to do with this information is completely up to your judgement. Thank you for watching!

AOTU Portable Stove | One Minute Review
In this video I do a one minute review of the AOTU portable stove. This is my first review video so I am trying something unique. Some of the following information is based on my own personal experience and opinions. Your experience may vary. The AOTU portable stove is 10,000 BTUs and runs on isobutane fuel canisters. Based on my own tests it can boil 1 L (34 oz) of water in just under 8 minutes. It weighs 3.3 oz (94 g) by itself and 3.9 oz (110 g) with its carrying case. It has a 4 prong cooking surface with a 3.75" (9.5 cm) diameter and a height of 3" (7.6 cm). It also features simmer control and a push button Piezo ignition system. The AOTU has performed well for me in low to near moderate winds and fires up on the first click nearly every time. I do recommend a wind shield if winds are moderate to high. As of this moment the AOTU portable stove is available on Amazon for just under $13.00 USD (link below). My only complaint with this stove comes from unfolding the 4 prongs. Usually the 4th prong gets stuck on the Piezo ignitor and takes some wiggling around to fully open. This has been annoying but only a mild inconvenience for me. Again, some of this information is based on my own personal experiences and opinions. My intent is neither to encourage or discourage you from purchasing this stove. I am simply providing you with an honest review. What you choose to do with this information is completely up to your judgement. Thank you for watching!
