As the Russia Ukraine conflict continues Alberta’s small communities are stepping up
In this episode Constitutional Lawyer Leighton Grey and Ivan Bombak have a conversation about the work his community is doing to help the Ukrainian refugees fleeing the conflict in the Ukraine right now, some of the deeper history that has framed the breakout of the current state of war, and some of the bigger picture actions that Zelenskyy has been orchestrating during all this.
Ivan Bombak was born in 1955. He attended the University of Alberta and secured a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws and was admitted to the bar in 1981. He has been practicing law ever since.
Russian leaders dangled the possibility of a de-escalation of fighting in Ukraine, this time in the form of a 36-hour cease-fire that would have taken place over the holidays. But, in a pattern that is now familiar nearly a year into the war, Western and Ukrainian leaders broadly rejected the proposal, calling it a cynical effort to create space for resupplying Russian forces.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and BlackRock CEO Larry Fink agreed to coordinate investment in rebuilding Ukraine, Kyiv announced Wednesday following a meeting between the two men. A readout from the Ukrainian president’s official website said Zelenskyy and Fink had “agreed to focus in the near term on coordinating the efforts of all potential investors and participants in the reconstruction of our country"
Prominent Canadian psychologist and author Dr. Jordan Peterson said he will be initiating a constitutional challenge over his psychologist license being at risk of being suspended, but has little faith it will succeed. Peterson said Tuesday the College of Psychologists of Ontario is demanding he do a course about social media etiquette.
Pawlowski said he remains on house arrest and faces up to 10 years in prison for participating in the Coutts Border Blockade. He said he continues to be persecuted and prosecuted by the state. The pastor said that since 2005 there have been 100 court cases, 340 citations, and 16 arrests.
Bombak and Grey compare leadership styles between Putin and Zelenski while exploring the issues facing Russia and the Ukraine during this conflict, some of the experiences that immigrants and refugees are going through as they seek to find safety and normalcy, and how politicians are missing the mark when it comes to resolution due to their blinding virtue signaling.

Norman Traversy has charged Justin Trudeau with obstruction of justice
In this episode Constitutional Lawyer Leighton Grey and Norman Traversy have a conversation about his experience as a Firefighter in Mississauga, Ontario, how he came to be involved in the organization of the Canadian Freedom Convoy of 2022, and the work he has been doing to seek justice for the alleged crimes Justin Trudeau has committed during his reign as Prime Minister.
Norman Traversy is a Canadian, ex-firefighter who swore the firefighter’s oath to aid his fellow man in time of need. After a career in the fire service, Norman has dedicated his life to fighting the rampant corruption within Canadian society with the innovative use of previously ignored laws and methods.
Seeing that RCMP, Supervising Authorities, and the Main Stream Media haven't really done anything to bring charges against the Prime Minister for alleged crimes Norman Traversy filed a Private Prosecution against Justin Trudeau. Norman has served a letter to the Ethics Commissioner – concerning Trudeau’s obstruction of justice.
In a public statement the Justice for Canada team outlines their mission as follows: We call upon the Government of Canada to: Task the RCMP to conduct a comprehensive inquiry into the Trudeau, WE, and SNC-Lavalin scandals. Investigate the role of the Prime Minister and his Privy Council in the obstruction of justice in the aforementioned WE and SNC-Lavalin scandals. And investigate the monetary connections between the Trudeau family and the WE “Charity”
Traversy and Grey explore the situation with the Freedom Convoy and how it was organized as one of the most historical protests in Canadian history, why he’s decided to take up the fight against the alleged crimes committed by Justin Trudeau, and how he hopes things will unfold.

Stella Morabito explains how Weaponized Loneliness is destroying our country
In this episode Constitutional Lawyer Leighton Grey and Stella Morabito have a conversation about an experiment that illustrated the human response to group influence and mob mentality, her study of foreign propaganda and its influence on shaping and influencing culture on a global scale, and the role of identity politics in the current media warfare.
Stella writes about society, culture and education. Her essays have appeared in The Federalist, Washington Examiner, American Thinker, Public Discourse, Human Life Review, New Oxford Review.
In her previous work as an intelligence analyst, Morabito focused on various aspects of Russian and Soviet politics, including communist media and propaganda. She has always shown a fascination with the phenomenon of political correctness and has written extensively on these topics.
Stella studied the history of communism and totalitarianism, and the intense propaganda campaigns that labelled independent thinkers as “non-persons.” She found that as distrust and fear take root, people allow themselves to be sorted, hoping for safety. Instead, they become even more isolated from one another and vulnerable. Then they withdraw and cede their power in order to survive socially and physically (in that order.)
Stella's blog, she writes, is an attempt to explore this reality, to dissect it, and to shed a little bit of light on it. She continues on to say that if we want to preserve freedom of expression and freedom of association, we’d best face these facts head on. Her desire in sharing her writings is to help illuminate the connection between human bonding and power.
Morabito and Grey take a deep dive into the world of mental warfare and how people in positions of power deploy very specific tactics to divide and conquer the population, how the current narrative around gender identity has been actively distorting language to further a nefarious agenda, and some of the things we can do as individuals to combat these negative forces in our lives.

Canada’s identity is at risk of being stolen by the Trudeau Government
In this episode Constitutional Lawyer Leighton Grey and Brad Salzberg have a conversation about how he came to take an interest in multicultural policy in Canada which led to the formation of the Cultural Action Party, some of his perspectives on the immigration policy and how it is affecting Canadian Culture as a whole, and the Government’s involvement in media and propaganda.
Brad Salzberg is the founder of cultural Action Party of Canada, a patriot organization which stand in opposition to mass immigration a multicultural policy Canada
Cultural Action Party represents Canadian citizens who value, and wish to retain, Canada's traditional identity, heritage and official languages. They stand in direct opposition to globalist forces attempting to undermine and erode Canada's unique cultural identity.
With an emphasis on the rights of lower and middle-income Canadian citizens, Cultural Action Party monitors Canada's immigration policy and its economic/social impact upon Canadian society.
Salzburg and Grey explore the weaponization of the mainstream media and the public's response to it, where there is a disconnect between the ongoing socialist narrative and their marketing to other countries to encourage immigration, and some of the other farcical transgressions of the current Government Administration.

Is the COVID-19 Pandemic an Existential Crisis?
An excerpt from the full article:
Since we’ve recently celebrated Christmas, I decided to approach a poignant topic from a religious and philosophical perspective. In this vein, I recalled a great theologian whose work I studied as an undergraduate at Lutheran College, and marked its application to the present global crisis. Martin Buber was one of the most brilliant religious thinkers of the 20th century. He has perhaps had more influence upon Christian thinking than any other Jewish philosopher in modern times. His ideas have transcended the spheres of education, literary criticism, psychology, anthropology, ethics, and even political philosophy.
Buber was born in 1878 and lived most of his early life with his grandfather at Lemberg in Galicia. Under his grandfather’s influence, he discovered Hasidism, a Jewish protest movement that was to greatly impact his own interpretation of life. He died in 1965. Buber studied at the universities of Vienna and Berlin before rising to become the chair of Jewish Philosophy at the University of Frankfurt. The Nazis’ rise to power interrupted his teaching. He resigned from his professorship in protest once Hitler came to power in 1933. From 1933-38, he taught in Jewish schools in Germany despite obvious persecution, helping to strengthen the identity and courage of his people.
In 1938, Buber settled in Jerusalem and lectured in anthropology throughout the Second World War. After the war, he became professor of social philosophy at Hebrew University and the pre-eminent Israeli philosopher. Buber retired in 1951, but still lectured in the U.K., the U.S., and elsewhere, extending the understanding of and interest in his profound ideas. Martin Buber’s classic work is entitled I and Thou. Though he does not ignore the darker side of the human condition, Buber was most concerned with exploring the positive, constructive dimensions of human experience.

Are vaccines really that bad? Dr Paul Offit shares his position.
In this episode Constitutional Lawyer Leighton Grey and Paul Offit have a conversation about his experience developing the Rotavirus Vaccine and how vaccine technology has evolved over the last century, whether the MRNa vaccine can be considered a success in a post COVID world, and the connection between Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine and treatment of the COVID 19 infection.
Paul Allan Offit is an American pediatrician specializing in infectious diseases, vaccines, immunology, and virology. He is the co-inventor of a rotavirus vaccine. Offit is the Maurice R. Hilleman Professor of Vaccinology, professor of pediatrics at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania, former chief of the Division of Infectious Diseases, and the director of the Vaccine Education Center at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
Offit has published more than 130 papers in medical and scientific journals in the areas of rotavirus-specific immune responses and vaccine safety, and is the author or co-author of books on vaccines, vaccination, the rejection of medicine by some religious groups, and antibiotics.
Offit grew up in Baltimore, the son of a shirtmaker. He went to his father's sales meetings and reacted negatively to the tall tales told by salespeople, instead preferring the clean and straightforward practice of science. When he was five years old, he was sent to a polio ward to recover from clubfoot surgery; this experience caused him to see children as vulnerable and helpless, and motivated him through the 25 years of the development of the rotavirus vaccine.
Offit worked for 25 years on the development of a safe and effective vaccine against rotavirus, which is a cause of diarrhea, and which kills almost 600,000 children a year worldwide, about half as many as malaria kills; most deaths are outside the West. His interest in the disease stemmed from the death of a 9-month-old infant from rotavirus-caused dehydration while under his care as a pediatric resident in 1979.
In 2002, during a period of fears about bioterrorism, Offit was the only member of the CDC's advisory panel to vote against a program to give smallpox vaccines to tens of thousands of Americans. He later argued on 60 Minutes II and The NewsHour with Jim Lehrer that the risk of harm for people getting the vaccine outweighed the risk of getting smallpox in the U.S. at the time.
Offit and Grey explore the confusing world of vaccine technology and the science behind the development of new medicine, the importance of having open communication and dialogue around the science of health and medicine, and the dangers of the anti-vaccine narrative.

Drag Race To Dictatorship
An Excerpt From The Full Article:
Is Justin Trudeau grooming us to expect hypocrisy?
“Hypocrisy in anything whatever May deceive the cleverest and most penetrating man, but the least wide awake of children recognizes it, and is revolted by it, however ingeniously it may be disguised.”
- Leo Tolstoy
While on a French-Canadian television show earlier this year, Justin Trudeau lamented that there were still people in this country who are “fiercely against vaccination, who do not believe in science, they are often misogynistic, also often racists…it is a small group that muscles in. And we have to make a choice, in terms of leaders, in terms of the country. Do we tolerate these people?”
Among ‘these people’ are about 7 million well-informed Canadians who refused to participate in an experimental drug trial, even if it cost them their jobs. Also among them were the peacefully protesting Truckers whom Trudeau reviled, refusing so much as to meet with them to address their concerns. He suspended the civil liberties of an entire country in order to invoke state violence against them over a medical choice. He froze their bank accounts.
He seized their property. He arrested a 49 year old Métis grandmother and persecuted her for many months. While testifying under oath at the recent inquiry into use of this Draconian law, Trudeau explained that he did it all to protect us. He only regrets not getting more people injected with the experimental Covid-19 drugs that are now widely known to be ineffective and to cause grievous injury and even sudden death to otherwise healthy men, women, and children:
“Every heartbreaking story I hear of a family who sat beside the bed of a loved one who died because they believed the vaccines were more dangerous than the disease, I take personally, because I wish I could have done more to convince people to get vaccinated.”
- Justin Trudeau, Public Order Emergency Commission

Why Oil & Gas and Indigenous Communities should be on the same team
In this episode Constitutional Lawyer Leighton Grey and Dale Swampy have a conversation about the evolution of his involvement in the relationship between the oil and gas sector and indigenous communities, how he has been working with the National Coalition of Chiefs to tackle the poverty issues these communities are facing, and Dale’s thoughts on the Alberta Sovereignty Act.
Dale is a member of the Samson Cree Nation in Maskwacis, Alberta and a graduate of the University of Alberta with a B.A. degree majoring in Economics. In 2006, after working for 22 years with his band, Mr. Swampy left his position as CEO with the Samson Cree Nation to start his own business as an Indigenous Relations consultant working on a variety of projects including the Alberta Clipper and Southern Lights Pipeline projects.
The Southern Lights Pipeline commenced operations in July 2010. This project includes approximately 1 530 km of operating pipeline and various auxiliary infrastructure. Capacity of the Southern Lights Pipeline is about 180 000 barrels per day.
In 2010, Mr. Swampy joined the Indigenous Relations team for the Northern Gateway Pipeline Project as Director of Indigenous Relations for the B.C. terrestrial region. During this time, Mr. Swampy, and Indigenous Relations team members of Northern Gateway would work with Indigenous community leaders to establish the Northern Gateway Aboriginal Equity Partners group.
In 2016, after the cancellation of Northern Gateway, Mr. Swampy started the National Coalition of Chiefs (NCC). Today, the NCC works with Chiefs from across Canada and is committed to “Defeating On-Reserve Poverty” through positive dialogue and partnership with Canada’s Natural Resource Industry.
The NCC was formed by First Nation Chiefs in response to the poverty crisis and social despair that currently exists in our communities throughout Canada. The NCC’s mandate and purpose was developed through comprehensive dialogue, meetings and consideration of best practices with the intent of creating a national organization focused on creating mutually-beneficial relationships among First Nations, and industry leadership.
Swampy and Grey take some time to explore the relationship between corrupt government organizations and the oil and gas sector, how the National Coalition of Chiefs has been working together to address concerns of the indigenous communities, and why the climate change agenda has been weaponized to further an unfavorable globalist agenda.

The Pandemic may seem like it’s over but the fight has just begun
In this episode Constitutional Lawyer Leighton Grey and Sonya Anderson have a conversation about Sonya’s background in education and public service and how it’s shaped her current work at the Covid Care Alliance, some of the recent work she has been doing with the Citizens Hearing which gave a voice to those negatively impacted by the Covid-19 measures, and what some of her goals are with the work she is doing.
Sonya is one of the organizers of the Covid Care Alliance. She is working to bring awareness to the business, economic, educational, and societal impacts of lockdowns, constitutional law developments, medical and scientific findings, and the processes in place for politicians to navigate a crisis like Covid.
Anderson helped to organize the Citizens’ Hearing that took place from June 22nd to 24th, 2022 in Toronto, Canada, which marked the launch of an historic documentation of Canadians negatively impacted by government responses to COVID-19.
During the course of the 3-day event, stories were heard from families who lost loved ones, students who were faced with an unprecedented decision, business owners who lost everything, professionals that were forced to make career-ending decisions, and experts that confirmed that the government had other options and tools at their disposal.
Anderson & Grey dig deep into the idea that the process of science is a conversion over time and that one of the biggest lies we were told was that there was a general consensus among scientists during the pandemic, they cover some ideas when it comes to how we’ve responded collectively to the pandemic and what we can do to deal with it without living in fear of it, and how the 3 day Citizens Hearing was able to assemble and open up the space to collaborate and have important conversations about what to do next.

Canadian Natural Resources facing lawsuits over wrongful dismissals
In this episode Constitutional Lawyer Leighton Grey and Rick Ducharme have a conversation about the events that transpired leading up to Canadian Natural Resources Limited imposing their vaccine mandates resulting in hundreds of lost jobs, what the oil and gas giant did in respect to allowing room for exemptions, and why Rick’s efforts to file a Human Rights violation was such a difficult process.
Rick Ducharme began working for Canadian Natural Resources Ltd. as a mechanic, eventually being promoted to foreman. Rick spent the last 15 years working for the oil and gas giant making roughly $150,000 a year, plus benefits and bonuses until he was fired for refusing to take the COVID 19 Vaccine.
The 55-year-old, who lives in Bonnyville, AB, a community north of Edmonton where the majority of the people make their living from CNRL, either directly or indirectly says he loved his job and how close to home it was making it easier to spend time with friends and family.
CNRL is a massive oil producer, with more than 9,000 employees around the world and its value just surpassed $100 billion for the first time. But, it's also facing a revolt from staff who wouldn't get vaccinated. Many are suing for lost wages and benefits, in some cases demanding well over $1 million each, reflecting the high salaries common in the industry.
Ducharme says he was offered his job back but won't take it. He says he no longer trusts the company and will find work elsewhere. "I have my skill set that they can't take away, and I have my ambitions that they can't take away and I will find a way to proceed," he says.
Ducharme and Grey take some time to talk about the process that the wrongfully dismissed employees went through to try to protect their jobs all in vain, how Ducharme was blacklisted from working for someone else, and what Rick and his fellow wronged employees plan to do to make things right.

James Kitchen is still fighting the good fight against COVID-19 measures
In this episode Constitutional Lawyer Leighton Grey and James Kitchen have a conversation about how James came to find his passion for fighting for rights and freedoms by enforcing the rule of law in Canada, some of the cases he has been working on during the Pandemic, and how he hopes things turn out as he continues to fight against unjust mandates enforced by the Canadian Health System.
After spending over five years in constitutional litigation with a national public interest law firm, James launched his own practice in 2021. As a litigator with demonstrated excellence in written and oral advocacy, James is committed to fiercely defending civil liberties, upholding constitutional and human rights, and advocating for health freedom.
James S. M. Kitchen has recently been appointed as Liberty Coalition Canada's Chief Litigator. James practices in areas of Charter and human rights, employment, and education, with a focus on health freedom.
James has appeared before provincial, superior, and appellate level courts in multiple provinces. As a passionate advocate, Mr. Kitchen has been focused on defending those penalized while exercising their fundamental rights in the face of government censorship and oppression.
In a recent interview James was quoted as saying: "We know better now and from the perspective of our Constitution we need to weigh the harms and balance them out. So, do we go into lockdown and devastate all of society, or do we tailor the government’s measures to protect those who are more vulnerable and be a little more precise?"
Kitchen and Grey explore some of the work he has been doing with the Justice Center for Constitutional Freedoms, the wins and challenges James has faced during his battle against the Government, and some of the outcomes he hopes for as the conspiracy continues to unravel.

Bully Boy: Alberta Responds to the Trudeau Agenda
An excerpt from the full article:
Remember that scene in “A Christmas Story” when little Ralphie finally decides that he is tired of running from and being pushed around by big, bad, Scut Farkas? After years of torment at the hands of this bully, Ralphie finally has had enough. He decides to reverse course on the fight or flight response and something inside just snaps.
Before he can even realize what has occurred, he is on top of Farkas, hailing punches down upon the prostate villain, who is lying on his back, sobbing and screaming for mercy. The scene reveals what we have always known, and what our parents used to teach us in less gynocentric times: that bullies are all cowards, and if you stand up to them and bloody their noses a little, it is likely as not that they will leave you alone or even run away.
Justin Trudeau is Alberta’s Scut Farkas.
It all started back in 2010:
Of course, this was a mere prelude to a kiss. The full brunt of his Scut Farkas assault upon Alberta was all yet to come, awaiting only Trudeau’s rise to power in 2015. Since then, he has repeatedly emerged from behind his rotted out fence in Ottawa to invoke various forms of political violence upon Albertans. The resulting barrage has been both punishing and constant. In no particular order...

The Canadian Government is twisting the laws to suit their agenda
In this episode Constitutional Lawyer Leighton Grey and Bruce Pardy have a conversation about the obvious divide in our political system and how villainizing each other isn’t a productive exercise, some of Pardy’s thoughts on the Emergencies Act Inquiry, and why it’s important for the inquiry to reach a decision on truth and justice blindly.
Bruce Pardy is executive director of Rights Probe and professor of law at Queen’s University. He has taught at law schools in Canada, the United States and New Zealand, practiced civil litigation at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP in Toronto, and served as adjudicator and mediator on the Ontario Environmental Review Tribunal.
Professor Pardy is a classically liberal legal academic for whom equal application of the law, negative rights, private property, limited government, and separation of powers are foundational to the Canadian and Western legal tradition.
Bruce has written on a range of pressing legal subjects at the front lines of the culture war inside the law, including environmental governance, climate change, energy policy, human rights and freedoms, professional and university governance, property and tort theory, free markets, and the rule of law.
Pardy is a senior fellow at the Fraser Institute, and publishes and comments widely in traditional and online media. He is one of the creators of the Free North Declaration, a call to arms to protect civil liberties in Canada from COVID-19 irrationality and overreach.
Professor Pardy spearheaded resistance to and ultimate repeal of the Law Society of Ontario’s statement of principles (SOP) policy that required Ontario lawyers to attest to their ideological purity to maintain their license to practice.
Pardy and Grey explore the idea of the Alberta Sovereignty Act and how it affects the rest of Canada, how Bruce feels as a classic liberal about the irrational reaction to the Covid 19 Pandemic, and what we can be doing to correct the errors the current government has made in its handling of the situation.

Eva Chipiuk spills the tea on the Emergencies Act Inquiry
In this episode Constitutional Lawyer Leighton Grey and Eva Chipiuk have a conversation about her experience as a lawyer and how she came to be a Yoga practitioner, what inspired her to get involved with the Emergencies Act Inquiry, and some of the dramatic “mic-drop” moments of her line of questioning during the inquiry.
Eva holds a Bachelor of Science, a Law Degree, and a Master of Laws in Alternative Dispute Resolution. Her unique education has empowered her with a creative and holistic approach to representing clients and protecting their rights. Eva’s experiences have inspired a distinct approach to the law, problem solving, and addressing her client needs.
In 2010, Ms. Chipiuk was challenged with an unexpected diagnosis of an extremely rare form of pancreatic cancer, requiring life saving surgery. As a result of this experience, In March of 2012, Eva took a break from law and travelled the world to focus on wellness. Upon returning to her practice she found a reignited passion for defending civil liberties and the rights and freedoms of Canadians.
Eva’s experience ranges from representing landowners whose land is affected by industry or government development; such as roads, landfills, power plants; and electrical transmission infrastructure as well as making regular appears before various Alberta boards and tribunals, including the Alberta Utilities Commission, the Alberta Energy Regulator, and the Surface Rights Board.
Upon returning to her practice after a battle with cancer she found a reignited passion for defending civil liberties and the rights and freedoms of Canadians. This has led her to become the official legal counsel for the Peckford Travel Ban Challenge, Tamara Lich, and the Freedom Convoy.
Chipiuk and Grey take a deep dive into some of the information that was kept from the public during the invoking of the Emergencies act and why there is an ongoing inquiry into some of the decisions that were made by the federal government, how the Ontario Provincial Police were incredibly honest and professional in their delivery of evidence, and what the outcomes of the inquiry will be once things wrap up.

Slaying The Tarantula: Is Nationalism The Antidote To Leftist Tyranny?
An excerpt from the full article:
The main goal of the left in any discourse is first to stake out their faux moral high ground. Regardless of the issue under discussion or how absurd their arguments are, it is pivotal for them to assert the claim of unassailable “virtue”. From that perch, like a great poisonous spider, they project sanctimonious venom condemning the inherent evils of all recalcitrants and their conspiratorial views.
It is equally essential to realize that leftists do not actually care about any of their championed people or causes. Once these aggrieved groups or special interests are no longer useful, then they are unceremoniously cast aside. Leftists are first and foremost, hypocrites. Their alleged concerns are but a veneer from behind which they shamelessly exploit the suffering of others (which they cause) as political currency. Put simply, if the left did not employ a double-standard, then they would have no standard at all.
From Covid-19 to climate hysteria and radical gender ideology, race baiting, cries on behalf of minorities, the radical feminist agenda, or insistence upon distributive justice for the poor and underprivileged, the cause of today is contradicted by their behaviour tomorrow. Leftists only care whether such realignments and treachery advance their political agendas and personal fortunes, which are their sole motivation. Anyone or anything in their path must be ideologically annihilated.

The Government and Pharmaceutical companies are manipulating the masses
In this episode Constitutional Lawyer Leighton Grey and Karen Selick have a conversation about the process of selecting judicial candidates and the damage that is being done as a result of a flawed system, how the people involved in the decision making process have been tampering with the accountability of the decisions being made, and how we can work to improve the system for the advancement of our society.
From 2009 to 2015, Karen was the Litigation Director for the Canadian Constitution Foundation. Now she writes occasionally for the Western Standard online, and produces a variety of video content exploring the current climate of health, wellness, and politics.
Karen became interested in the dangers of vaccination several years before "COVID-19" started, and had already read numerous books on the subject. The last thing she thought while researching the subject of vaccines was that it would eventually become the central subject of everyone's life.
Karen Selick is a Columnist for the Western Standard and based near Belleville, Ontario. She has been a columnist for the National Post, Canadian Lawyer Magazine, and the original Western Standard. She retired in 2016 after 38 years of practicing law.
As a freelance writer Karen has been published in a number of different outlets including The Globe and Mail, National Post, The Epoch Times, Toronto Sun, Financial Post, Business in Vancouver (BIV), Citizens Journal, Western Standard, TroyMEDIA, and the Swan Hills Grizzly Gazette.
Selick and Grey explore the censorship of information on the internet and how damaging it can be to our collective decision making process, how the government has been manipulating the messaging to influence the masses, and the role we all play in holding our leadership accountable while staying informed about important issues we are facing.

Towering Tyrants: What Is The Antidote?
An excerpt from the full article:
When I was a boy, “Nimrod” was an epithet describing someone lacking intelligence or sound judgment. In fact, Nimrod was a rather impressive personage. The great-grandson of Noah, Nimrod is described in Genesis as the first of the ante-diluvian “mighty men”. Nimrod it seems was much larger than the average man, a giant even. The Bible calls him “a mighty hunter before the Lord.” Nimrod established a great kingdom that included the infamous Babel. Nimrod was possessed of prodigious physical strength and an indomitable will. No wonder then that so many people of his time followed him, and that legends have emerged about him. Why then is his name associated with an insult or slur?
As the leader of the kingdom of Babel, Nimrod is of course connected with the infamous Tower described at Genesis Chapter 6. Hebrew lore holds that Nimrod swore revenge upon God, so that if God had a mind to drown the world again, Nimrod would build a tower too high for the waters to reach, and that Nimrod would thereby avenge God himself for destroying his forefathers. The motive for building the Tower was thus to protect humanity against another flood, ignoring of course that the reason for the first great deluge was humanity’s own wickedness and rebellion, from which mankind had refused to repent.
Nimrod was therefore rebellious against God, just like his forebears. He espoused a form of Old Testament secularism, persuading his people not to ascribe their strength to God as a means of fulfillment, but to believe instead that it was their own courage which procured such happiness. Construction of the Tower ended inexorably with a typical Old Testamentary demonstration of God’s power: He conflated the languages of those working on the Tower, making it impossible for them to communicate effectively to complete construction. And so Nimrod was proven a colossal fool: all of mankind’s strength and abilities, even the mightiest among them, are bestowed by a God who can rescind such emoluments at any moment.

Is it just a theory if people in positions of power are conspiring?
In this episode Constitutional Lawyer Leighton Grey and William Dove have a conversation about the founding days of the Iron Will Report and Strong & Free Canada and the inspiration behind the work Will has been doing, the effect that mass psychosis has had on our collective population, and what we can do to stay informed and make a difference in the fight for freedom in Canada.
Will has had many experiences in his life which have made him resilient. From stage 4 cancer to the many smaller fights he has taken on over the years against petty tyrants who seek to exploit others for their own gain.
In summer of 2020, Will Dove (Iron Will) launched StrongAndFreeCanada.org, a freedom organization dedicated to protecting Canadians against our government's Covid tyrannies. As part of his efforts, Will began interviewing experts on all subjects Covid to fight fear with truth.
Will believes that most of what we hear from our government and mainstream media is either misleading or an outright lie, including Covid fear mongering, manmade global warming, overpopulation and a long list of other bunk not supported by real science in any way.
In spring of 2022, Iron Will Report was launched. Here, Will continues his fight to bring the truth to Canadians, but moves beyond just Covid tyrannies to a wide range of subjects of interest to small 'c' conservatives and libertarians*. Government spending and corruption, mainstream media propaganda, the transgender movement, critical race theory, global warming and much more.
Will Dove (Iron Will) considers himself an ordinary guy doing his best to fight tyranny in order to protect the health, well-being and freedoms of his fellow Canadians. Will is proud to be Canadian, but he believes in the will of the people, not the government.
Dove & Grey explore the idea of the globalist agenda and how each of the narratives are being used to manipulate the masses through misinformation and outright censorship, why it’s dangerous to allow the government to hold their own inquiry into the enactment of the Emergencies Act, and how all of these topics are connected to the Globalists connected to the World Economic Forum.

Former executive of Scientology Mike Rinder speaks out about the cult-like institution
In this episode Constitutional Lawyer Leighton Grey and Mike Rinder have a conversation attempting to explain as clearly as possible, what exactly scientology is, some of the experiences he had as a former Executive of the Scientology organization, and what he had to face to escape from the grips of the organization.
Michael John Rinder, born 10 April 1955, is an Australian-American former senior executive of the Church of Scientology International. From 1982 to 2007, Rinder served on the board of directors of the CSI and also held the post of executive director of its Office of Special Affairs, overseeing the corporate, legal and public relations matters of Scientology at the international level.
Rinder left Scientology in 2007. Ever since then, he has spoken about the physical and mental abuse inflicted upon staff members by Chairman of Scientology, David Miscavige and by Rinder himself before his departure from the cult and explained how abuse was embedded into the culture of Scientology.
From 2016 to 2019, he co-hosted the A&E documentary series "Leah Remini: Scientology and the Aftermath". In 2020, he and Remini reunited to launch the podcast Scientology: Fair Game. In September 2022, he published a memoir named A Billion Years: My Escape From a Life in the Highest Ranks of Scientology.
Rinder has said that he was living in The Hole for over two years "when he was suddenly pulled from his prison and sent on a mission to London to defend the Church against John Sweeney's film", Scientology and Me, in March 2007. Michael defended Scientology leader David Miscavige, but Miscavige was unhappy that Rinder was unable to stop the documentary from being shown. As a result, Rinder "was to report to the church's facility in Sussex, and dig ditches" and then was to be allowed to return to the United States.
After leaving Scientology, Michael relocated to Denver, Colorado and initially didn't intend to speak out against the organization and in 2009, when St. Petersburg Times asked Rinder for an interview, he declined. However, a month later, two Washington-based Scientology lawyers went to his home unannounced, informed Mr. Rinder that they knew about the newspaper's visit and asked what he had revealed.
Rinder and Grey take a deeper look at the Scientology organization and some of the outrageous claims that were made to entice it’s followers into the cult-like institution, how the celebrity endorsed consortium established its presence in the mainstream consciousness,

The Price of Speech is Not Free
An excerpt from the full article:
Canadians can justifiably demand investigative hearings into government abuse of executive power during the Covid-19 Pandemic. These hearings ought to have occurred long ago, and when they do happen, they will undoubtedly vindicate many Canadians who suffered under
the capricious, authoritarian rule of public health officials. At the core of this investigation must be an inquiry into government campaigns to manipulate public opinion. We know that public officials misrepresented opinion as fact and covertly suppressed contrary opinion, even those expressed by the eminent scientists who crafted The Great Barrington Declaration six months into the Pandemic. The pronouncements of bureaucrats,
Who cared more for their own celebrity and power than truth, went largely unchallenged. This represents an utter failure of Charter guarantees to free speech; a failure which evidences a completely unbridled and expanding Canadian bureaucracy.
It is tempting to think that tyrannical public officials are ultimately to blame for our embarrassing foray into censorship. But if we accept this explanation prima facie, assign scorn, and then move on, we risk ignoring entirely the cultural rot that is far more insidious than any government overreach. It is we Canadians, and not government bureaucrats, who must bear the lion’s share of responsibility for censorship, because we are the last line of defense against the suppression of speech. It is we who have lost sight of or appreciation for the essential right which defines a free and democratic society: the freedom of speech carved out of centuries of bloody conflict and civil discourse

In Loving Memory of the late Leon Fontaine
To celebrate the passing of one of our beloved guests and friends Mr. Leon Fontaine, we've created a short tribute and have decided to re-air our interview to honor his memory.
In the original airing of this episode Constitutional Lawyer Leighton Grey and Leon Fontaine have a conversation about the challenges our society has faced in a post pandemic world, how we can all benefit from aiming to be the best version of ourselves possible, and why God should play a role in what we all do next.
Leon is a conference speaker, author and talk show host; he is the CEO of Miracle Channel, Canada’s original Christian television station; and he and his wife Sally are the senior pastors of Springs Church, one of the fastest growing churches in Canada. Leon Fontaine has studied and lived leadership for over 35 years. His early training as a paramedic forged his desire to help people of all walks of life — physically, mentally, and spiritually — and for the last three decades, he and his wife Sally have done just that from their home base of Springs Church in Canada, one of the country’s fastest-growing churches.
Leon has a powerful and practical teaching style that keeps his audience coming back for more. Using the Spirit Contemporary® style he has made famous, Leon empowers people to be led by Holy Spirit in their everyday lives and, at the same time, gain influence with the people in their world like never before. Leon Fontaine’s passion for a current events commentary that offered an intersection of knowledge and wisdom has been percolating for years. Recent events in Canada and around the globe have propelled the conversation forward. The erosion of freedoms has never been so widespread and the need for unbiased journalism is more important than ever.
Pastor Fontaine opens up about his journey into spirituality and how it has helped him make sense of the world, the importance of finding purpose in our lives and the work we do, and why younger generations are reluctant to participate in traditional religious practice.

The Emergencies Act inquiry has been rigged from the start
In this episode Constitutional Lawyer Leighton Grey and Brian Peckford have a conversation about Brian's concern of the denigration of fundamental democratic institutions in Canada, some of the history of our democratic process and how that’s been deconstructed over the years leading us to the fiasco we’re experiencing now, and how over the last couple years the conspiracy theories have become more and more obviously true.
Brian Peckford was born in Whitbourne, Newfoundland on August 27, 1942, and was raised in the communities of Whitbourne, Marystown, and Lewisporte. He earned a Bachelor of Education degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland, and has completed postgraduate work in English Literature, Education, Psychology, and French Literature. Prior to entering politics, he was a high school teacher in rural Newfoundland.
Peckford was the Progressive Conservative candidate in the district of Green Bay in the 1972 provincial election. The PC Party won a majority government in the election and Peckford was elected in his district over the Liberal candidate. In 1973 he was appointed Parliamentary Assistant to Premier Frank Moores and the following year he was sworn into cabinet as the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing.
Peckford became a business consultant and has sat on numerous boards since leaving politics including the board of the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation in the 1990s. He relocated to British Columbia in the early 1990s and in 1998 was appointed to lead a one-person inquiry into the state of Fraser River salmon stocks and fishery management.
In 2008, he was appointed chair of a federal government–appointed expert panel to review federal chronic disease policy, especially diabetes, and to present a report to the federal Health minister. He is currently a director of Strongbow Exploration Inc., a public junior mining company. He has also been an advisor to the British Columbia Conservative Party, co-chairing the party's issues management committee.
The last living drafter and signatory of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, which is the highest law of the land, is suing the Canadian federal government over its travel ban for the unvaccinated. Former Newfoundland Premier Brian Peckford, 79, is the main applicant in a case brought against the federal government by the Calgary-based Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms, according to a press release.
Peckford and Grey open up a can of worms when they have a conversation about the depth of the corruption in our judicial system, how our democratic system has evolved over the past couple decades, and where the emergencies act inquiry has failed us in its attempt to hold those wrongdoers accountable for their actions.

The Tyranny Of Foreign Aid
An excerpt from the full article:
What is generosity? Perhaps it's best philosophical treatment is found in Aristotle’s “Nichomachean Ethics”, which holds that when generous persons give appropriate things in proper measure at the best times in proper ways and for the appropriate reasons, they do so for the sake for what is divinely beautiful. Generosity, therefore, is a human excellence, and those who develop it as a habit excel as humans. Accordingly, generosity cannot tyrannize.
What is tyranny? Perhaps its most authoritative treatment is found in Aristotle’s “Politics”, which states that tyrants tend to arise when the same person becomes leader of both the people and the military, and then disregards the common interest of his own people unless it happens to coincide with his own. Aristotle asserts that of all forms of government, tyranny is the most dangerous to its subjects, since tyrants make it their purpose to accumulate wealth and to undermine the excellence of others, all of whom they see as rivals. A tyrant is thus incapable of generosity.
It is not always easy or appropriate to be generous. Every decision we make influences the choices and life circumstances of others. When we engage in political activism, we seek to sway public opinion. Organizations for which we volunteer do not always meet our best expectations. Even our purchasing decisions exert influence over the employment opportunities of others. Each choice entails its own set of risks. We are, as Aristotle declared, social and political creatures, bound tougher in a complex socio-political tapestry rendering us responsible to and for each other; meaning that we are always implicitly shaping one another’s lives.

The Illusion Of Control: And The Pointless Pain We Suffer To Sustain It
An excerpt from the original article:
Helmut Thielicke was a 20th Century Lutheran theologian who stood between two worlds: academia and the church.
Thielicke was born in 1908 in Barmen, Germany, a boiling pot of cultural and religious upheaval. It was there that Thielicke’s cultural teeth were cut. Following his early schooling, he attended the renowned Gymnasium in Wuppertal, known for its successful graduates and astute teachers. Thielicke was drawn to theology because he perceived it to be the most learned and complex of all disciplines.
He entered the University of Greifswald in 1928 before going to Erlangen to study with Paul Althaus. He later enrolled in the University of Bonn, where the great Professor Karl Barth taught. He concluded his education at the University of Marburg, where he wrote two dissertations for which he received doctorates in both philosophy (1931) and theology (1934).
Like his contemporary, Dietrich Bonhoeffer, Thielicke struggled under the Hitlerian regime during the period of conflict between the Confessing Church and the Nazi Party, which essentially put Der Fuhrer at the head of both church and state. Thielicke’s public critiques of Nazism caused his expulsion from a coveted teaching post at Heidelberg in 1940, where he had taught since 1936. Bishop Wurm aided Thielicke by ordaining him in 1941, and he served quietly as lecturer and pastor at Stuttgart for the remainder of the War.
As a theological professor, Thielicke exhibited the remarkable ability to communicate effectively with both the German academy and laity alike. He was not a theological reformer who sought to change the face of Christianity or the structure of society. He was not at all concerned with politics, except to the extent that they interfered with the work of the church. He was however keenly concerned with updating the language of theology so that it addressed and inspired people from all walks of life.
Thielicke quickly resumed his post-war professional career in August of 1945. He joined the faculty in Tubingen, where he remained until 1954, before resigning to join the newly formed theological faculty at the University of Hamburg. In his writings of that period, he took on the complex dilemmas and perplexing problems which Germans faced in their families, churches, institutions and government.
He strove to set forth theological and ethical premises for living within the new German milieu. Thielicke’s most popular sermonic work is called “The Waiting Father” (1959).
