Sagrada Familia Cathedral
In the middle of the 19th century, José María Bocabella, president of the Holy Brotherhood, planned to build a church in Barcelona and dedicated it to the Holy Family "Sagrada Familia". He chose a property within the street grid in the former "Poblet" (small village), in today's Eixample district.
A property closer to the city center was not possible due to the already high land prices.
Initially, thediocese architect Francisco del Villar planned the church. He designed a church in the Gothic style and the work according to these plans began in 1882 with the construction of the crypt. Due to fundamental disagreements with Bocabella, however, he had to vacate the order. A few months later, in 1883, the young architect Antoni Gaudí took his place and found his life's work in it. Until his death on June 10, 1926, he worked on the Sagrada Familia.
Under Gaudí, the church became so important because of its expansive dimension and lush design that it soon became known as "the cathedral". Even Gaudí himself called the church "the cathedral", although it didn't host a bishop's seat. Gaudí was convinced that the city would someday be known for "his" church.

Auto Car Wash
Acar wash orauto washis a facility used to clean the exterior and, in some cases, the interior ofmotor vehicles. Car washes can be self-serve, fully automated, or full-service with attendants who wash the vehicle. It may also be an event where people pay to have their cars washed by volunteers as a method to raise money for some purpose.
While there are many types of car washes, most fall into the following categories:
Car wash lift, where cars are placed on a lift platform which can be used to wash under car.
Hand car wash facilities, where the vehicle is washed by employees.
Self-service facilities, which are generally coin-operated, where the customer does the washing, including pressurized "jet washing".
In-bay automatics consist of an automatic washing machine and dryer that rolls back and forth over a stationary vehicle - often seen atfilling stationsand stand-alone wash sites.
Tunnel washes, which use aconveyorto move the vehicle through a series of fixed cleaning mechanisms.
Chemical car wash, also known as waterless car wash, uses chemicals to wash and polish car surface. Claims to be an eco-friendly car wash method.[6] Recommended only for cars with light dirt accumulation to avoid paint damage.
Steam car washes use a jet of steam and micro fiber towels, some include detergent injection. Known to have originated from South Korea, steam car washes have been especially popular as a low-investment, eco-friendly car wash solution in Asia, Middle East, and Europe thanks to its sanitizing features and mobility.[citation needed]
Mobile car washes, often also serving as mobile detailing systems, which carry plastic water tanks and use pressure washers. Sometimes these systems are mounted on trailers, on trucks, or in vans. Generally these operators also have a generator to run a shop vac., buffers, and other tools as well.

Corona Mode
Wearing a mask to protect against coronavirus has become part of daily life for Marylanders.
Though wearing a mask is one of the most important things you can do to prevent coronavirus infection, there are still many misunderstandings about:
How safe and effective masks are
How to use them properly
When and where masks are needed
Discover the facts behind the myths about coronavirus masks.
Cloth face masks are effective. They create a barrier between your mouth and nose and those around you. This makes it more difficult for the droplets that spread coronavirus through coughs, sneezes and talking to reach other people.
Different types of masks serve different purposes, but cloth masks are highly effective for the general public. The average person who is not working in a medical environment with COVID-19 patients should wear a cloth mask to conserve personal protective equipment (PPE) for medical workers.
Some people have suggested that carbon dioxide from exhaling gets trapped under the cloth and can make you sick. This isn't true. Properly fitted masks offer adequate airflow while still covering your nose and mouth. This makes the accumulation of carbon dioxide impossible.
However, people with breathing problems, children under age 2, and those who can't remove the mask without assistance should not wear one.
Wearing a mask correctly is the key to making it effective atpreventing the spread of the coronavirus. According to the CDC, a cloth face mask needs to have the following in order to be effective:
Coverbothyour nose and mouthFit snugly but comfortably against the sides of the faceBe secured with ties or ear loopsHave multiple layers of fabricAllow for unrestricted breathingAble to be laundered and machine dried without damage or shape changes.

The Fundamental Human Needs To Best Lives
When things get really tough in life, we have this deep urge to cut everything back to the bare essentials. Tiny houses, minimalism, less-is-more, back-to-basics – these are all strategies to make sure that we are getting our most basic needs met on a daily basis without getting distracted by the shiny objects in life.
Abraham Maslow, a psychologist, defined a list of human needs that people now call the Hierarchy of Human Needs. He published this list in the 1940s, and it has become the utmost referenced list of human needs.
However, we’ve learned a lot about the human brain, body, and mind since that time and Maslow’s list could use an update.
Maslow’s list includes many requirements that are not actually ingredients toward happiness. Instead, many of Maslow’s needs are descriptions of how people are when they are in a long-term state of contentedness. For example, self-esteem, a sense of security, a sense of belonging, and self-actualization are the side-effects of contentedness. They are not needs in their own right.
This list benefits from nearly 75 years of psychology, neuroscience, and sociology research beyond what was known when Maslow wrote his list.
Food – The body needs calories and a variety of nutrients including protein, fat, and carbohydrates everyday to grow, function, and repair. Without food, the body begins to atrophy.Water – Ample hydration allows for the processes of the body to occur. Without water the body cannot process food or remove wastes.Shelter – We require protection from blazing sun, freezing temperatures, wind, and rain. Without shelter, human skin and organs are damaged from extreme temperatures.Sleep – 6–9 hours of sleep every 24 hours allows the brain to process new knowledge and deal with emotional information. Without ample sleep we cannot learn new things or get past emotional pain.Others – Adults require connection (physical or emotional) with other humans to release certain hormones like oxytocin. Human touch is so important that when we are young, our brains don’t develop correctly without it. Regular connection to others allows us to maintain a sense of well-being that allows for self-care.
Novelty – Novelty creates the opportunity to learn and the potential to fail, which stimulates dopamine release in the brain. Without regular novelty, motivation wanes and a healthy sense of well-being is lost.
These 6 needs, when met, allow for a person to develop the self-esteem, security, belonging, actualization, and the other expressions of contentedness that Maslow described. Maslow’s list came from what he saw in successful and happy people versus those who were not as contented or accomplished. He was the first to study contented humans. Prior to Maslow’s work, Psychology focused on people who were described as mentally ill.
We now live in a world where coaching, therapy, and personal development is the norm. Psychology is expected to support all people in achieving their goals. This new modern list of needs assumes that if these 6 basic needs are met on a daily basis, that a person will have enough motivation, well-being, and physical stamina to seek out physical exercise, emotional stimulation, and creative expression as needed throughout their lives

Innocence of the funny Baby
The notion of innocence refers to children’s simplicity, their lack of knowledge, and their purity not yet spoiled by mundane affairs. Such innocence is taken as the promise of a renewal of the world by the children. Innocence has been attributed to children and childhood by adults at all times, but content and social function of such glorifying assessments show considerable variation over time and context, and the valuation is never unanimous among contemporaries. Innocence used to be a religious notion in earlier times. With the Enlightenment and success of Rousseau’sÉmile, nature becomes a new point of reference. From the 19th century onward, the idea of children’s innocence is strongly interrelated with children’s sexuality. Innocence is then emphasized to defend the assumption of an absence of sexuality in children and the demand for such absence. Innocence is not a scientific term; therefore, the numerous studies concerning processes, seminal ideas, and functions of the value assessment of children and childhood do not constitute a unified research area. Researchers deal with questions of children’s innocence often rather implicitly. They do so while analyzing the social construction and reconstruction of childhood at different times and in different historical and contemporary contexts. They do so as well in the interpretation of classic pedagogy, as innocence is a conceptual element in the writings of several pedagogues. Last but not least, we find references to notions of innocence in studies on discourses and political programs concerning children’s sexuality and in the scientific reconstruction of moral enterprises called “moral panics”: public outcries concerning improper childhoods. Put together, these studies, which are scattered over multiple research fields, support the following conclusions: (1) various value assessments of children and childhood maybe found at all times, and the notion of innocence is never uncontested; (2) historical notions of innocence are complex and may as well recognize children’s agency; (3) the attribution of innocence to children is often functionalized by interest groups to support their claims and to devaluate rival or marginal groups; it may therefore be a value assessment of minor profit for the children, but of high profit for interest groups; (4) while the attribution of innocence has had a clear reference to religion and nature implicating far-reaching assumptions concerning humankind, it is almost completely narrowed down to debates on children’s sexuality and sexual endangerment in the early 21st century.

Cats Nap
For the most part, a cat typically sleeps anywhere from 15 to 20 hours per day, alternating between short, 5-minute periods of deep sleep and 15-30 minute stretches of dozing. While dozing, a cat hovers just under awareness, which is why it seems that your cat will open his eyes as soon as you walk in the room.
Not all cats need the same amount of sleep, just as all humans vary in their need for sleep. The amount of sleep your cat needs also depends on her age, with young kittens and senior cats sleeping more than juvenile or adult cats. A newborn kitten may sleep almost 24 hours a day, waking only to nurse for short periods, then going right back to sleep. A senior cat, on the other end of the spectrum, may sleep for longer periods of time as a normal part of the aging process.
And though your cat spends a lot of his day sleeping, you probably notice that he's awake and waiting for you when you get home from work or crazily racing around the house first thing every morning. Contrary to common belief, cats aren't nocturnal. These bursts of energy and alertness every morning or evening are related to the cat's "crepuscular" nature, meaning that a cat is more active at dawn and dusk. This activity pattern, in turn, is linked to the behavior of a cat's natural prey--small rodents and birds--which are most active at sunrise and sunset.

Fly Boarding in Abu Dhabi long time ago
AFlyboardis a brand ofhydroflightingdevice which supplies propulsion to drive the Flyboard into the air to perform a sport known as hydroflying.
A Flyboard rider stands on a board connected by a long hose to a watercraft. Water is forced under pressure to a pair of boots with jet nozzles underneath which provide thrust for the rider to fly up to 22m (72ft) in the air or to dive headlong through the water down as far as one is willing to go.
The Flyboard was invented in Autumn 2012 by aFrenchwater-craft rider,Franky Zapata. The design allows the device to climb out of the water and be stable in the air. This was achieved by the underfoot propulsion and hand stabilization. The FrenchInstitut national de la propriété industrielle(INPI) granted Zapata a patent for his invention. The Flyboard was the subject of a lawsuit from competitorJetlevwhich was dropped without prejudice in March 2013. The device was presented to the public for the first time at the jet ski World Championship 2012 in China. Since its introduction in 2012 the Flyboard has sold around 2500 units.
In the 2015 season ofAmerica's Got Talent, a flyboard enthusiast named Damone Rippy performed Flyboarding as his act on the show.
In 2014 the first dual flight of a pilot with both a Jetlev Jetpack and Flyboard occurred in Sydney Australia at the Jetpack adventures facility by pilot Brad Hudson.
In 2016, Franky Zapata sold Zapata Racing (ZR) to U.S. defense contractor Implant Sciences.
