Trying to troubleshoot the 20ma parasitic load/drain coming from the management/balance board. Turns out I don't think there's anything wrong with it...just a bad design and old cells.

Found what seemed to be a fairly decently made book light / work light at a local hardware store. Turns out it will overheat and melt the top over time. The original light lasted a half hour when used non-stop. The one tested in this video only lasted a few minutes.
