A solution for the economic warfare that China is proposing.
"Ultimately, just like it took the globalists decades to decimate American manufacturing, unfortunately, it will take decades to repair it. But here's how we do it. First, let's move from China. Then let's make sure that we're not utilizing adversarial nations. So let's stay away from Venezuela. Let's stay away from Iran. Let's avoid even some of the entities on the fence, like Pakistan or Russia. Let's stay away from these different entities. Then let's try to get back to North America. Mexico is now our largest trading partner. Okay. That's a great step. Now let's move to the United States shores." -Michael Seifert

The Economic Civil War
"About ten years ago, I started to witness the demise of corporate America, largely due to the preaching of progressive political values, instead of focusing on providing quality products and services. So you saw companies like Starbucks come out and announce that they would be matching employee contributions [00:01:00] to Planned Parenthood. You saw globalist entities like Target or Walmart start to talk more and more about progressive gender ideology, rather than on providing products and services to their consumer base. You saw the antagonization against companies like Chick-fil-A or Hobby Lobby. So you began to see this economic civil war emerge." -Michael Seifert

Will the Inflation Grinch Steal Christmas This Year?
"We don't have the margin as Americans anymore to waste our time on broken workplace or government policies. We don't have that margin anymore. We're too- we're very tight in our economic condition right now. And so our encouragement to businesses is you need to be hiring people who are going to show up and work hard and are not going to spend all their time whining about the latest political fad and their pronouns and DEI or ESG. We have to be productive. And that's how we get past this. We need to get back to productivity." -Andrew Crapuchettes

The builders are leaving California and what that means
"It's people who are under 30 years old earning over $100,000 a year. There are not lots of people in their 20s earning a six-figure salary. And so those people are generally going to be the leaders of the economy. They're going to build meaningful businesses. They're going to move the needle on an economy." - Andrew Crapuchettes

Will the Inflation Grinch Steal Christmas? | Guest: Andrew Crapuchettes | Ep 269
Recently RedBalloon.work and PublicSq.com surveyed 60,000 freedom economy businesses. The findings of the survey have a very low margin of error and reveal the sentiments of small businesses across the country, and it is not the same narrative being put out by the government. With almost $34 trillion in debt and increasing global turmoil, people are nervous and concerned about where the economy is headed. According to this survey, small businesses fear this holiday season may not be very good for their bottom line. Andrew Crapuchettes joins Kevin Freeman in the Economic War Room to discuss the impact of the Freedom Economy Impact survey and what you should be prepared for.

The Thanksgiving Legacy of Our Forefathers
A little over 400 years ago, a small group of Pilgrims made the hazardous journey across the Atlantic. After a difficult first year, in the fall of 1621, the survivors and the indigenous people shared three days of feasting, games, and exercises. After the first year, what was left was a small group of 50 people: 22 men, four married women, and 25 children and teenagers. Soon their celebration became an annual tradition for Americans. In 1863, Abraham Lincoln officially named the last Thursday of November as a Thanksgiving national holiday. Believe it or not, this history has some important economic lessons for today.

The real impact of DEI policies
"Companies are struggling with DEI because it is ineffective. It is divisive. And so they're in these workplaces. And think about it like this. If all of your staff here spent all their time or a vast majority of their time working on something other than work, how would the business do? Well, you'd be a frustrated boss and you'd go out of business. Right? And so what has been happening with these businesses is they're focused on something that has nothing to do with their business. We talked about Silicon Valley Bank, but there are so many examples of this. You know, we talked about the $8 billion that's spent that's just spent on the trainers for DEI not the lost productivity, not the demoralization of the workforce that you're putting all those people through." -Andrew Crapuchettes

Is prioritizing diversity over skills a good thing in the long run?
"53% of hiring managers believe their jobs will be in danger if they don't hire enough diverse employees. 70% of the hiring managers believe that the company is just virtue signaling that they don't believe it." - RedBallon survey

(UPDATE) DEI Is Destroying the American Economy | Guest: Andrew Crapuchettes | Ep 267
Diversity, equity, and inclusion are the new words that are shaping C-suite compensation rather than profits. These words sound nice and seem admirable, but in reality, they mean something completely different. Andrew Crapuchettes, CEO of RedBalloon, joins Kevin Freeman in the Economic War Room to expose the true meaning of DEI: divisiveness, exclusion, and ineffectiveness. Kevin and Andrew discuss important solutions to this economy-killing corporate policy.

How the corporate policy of DEI is killing the economy.
"A lot of Americans are going to be in a tough spot, because for a conservative, for a Christian if you're canceled from Facebook, you just kind of shrug it off. It's not that big a deal unless you make a living doing it and so forth. But if you are canceled from your ability to feed your kids and pay your mortgage, then you're going to be very tempted to compromise on something that you hold very dearly. This is the end game for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)." -Andrew Crapuchettes

Global Digital ID Means Total Control Over You!
"It's called our Common Agenda Policy brief number two. And the UN basically wants to pick up where the W.H.O. stops. So the W.H.O. wants to take over on all matters that have to do with health, and then UN wants to be able to take over. They want an emergency platform. And this is the whole thing. They can say whatever they want is an emergency. And then they use that as a pretext to run things. There's an emergency platform that will operationalize automatically, okay, in the event of a climate event. So climate change, cyberspace disruption. In other words, if there's if there's a disruption in the Internet, um, an event in outer space and then an undefined, an unforeseen black swan event. So basically between the United Nations and the World Health Organization, they've got everything covered on Earth and into the solar system of all different ways that they can step in and completely remove our sovereignty and our personal freedom." -Reggie Littlejohn

"One Health means all health is connected. It's human health, animal health and, and the environment. And what the W.H.O.wants to do if these amendments pass is they want to be able to surveil and censor us on every aspect of human health, animal health, and plant health, the environment, so every aspect of life on earth." -Reggie Littlejohn

Total Control Is the Goal | Guest Reggie Littlejohn | Ep 266

A graduate of Yale Law School, she's an acclaimed international expert on China's one-child policy, now become its three-child policy. 200 million women and girls missing in the world because of Sex-Selective abortion
"People don't realize is that the new policy or even if there was no coercive birth control in China at all, there'd still be genocide because people, for whatever reason, they prefer boys over girls. The policy was instituted. There was an incident of a woman whose husband forced her to abort. Four baby girls in a year and she died." -Reggie Littlejohn
