OH NO! Really?! More Venetian Plaster pages?! What am I thinking? I’m thinking I MUST conquer this medium! New art supplies came so they require some attention as well. I make some more ink daubers and you get a tiny tour of the oh so messy studio! I finally pull out ye olde hot glue guns! We have a little palm tree talk (note: they’re mean!) and then it’s play time with the plaster pages. I went a little long so this video cuts off rather abruptly, but don’t worry, it’ll pick right up where I left off here in episode 60! :) Come on then, Let’s get to it!

In this episode we spruce up the two little girls’ journals. We add just a touch of ephemera so as to leave ample writing space. We also build a paper “bead” dangle and finish up the whole shebang! Come on then …. Let’s get to it!

Wow! 50 Episodes! We are cruising! Thanks for coming along for the ride. :) So today we finish up our oil box journal. From pill box to Junk Journal! Who would have ever thunk it?! I sew the 8 tiny signatures into this pill box frame; it wasn’t easy but it was fun! I add fancy book corners and a ribbon even! A pill box never had it so good. Today we put a new glue contender in the ring! I put this new silicon glue I found through the paces. I make a quick journal card then we pull out the big guns and make a small fabric covered journal on the fly to see how it holds up. Let me tell you, I LIKE IT! The one BIG drawback is it’s made in China (bad!) and our beloved Fabri-Fix (Beacon glues) are MADE IN THE USA… So, while this glue works great, I will likely continue to support our USA made product.
