The British Establishment have existed since 1706/7 via the Acts of union. This was never put to a referendum and at no point were the subjects ever informed that they or their future generations would no longer be English, Scottish or Welsh. From those acts stem the British "political union" and with this union a British parliament which then passed a law without a referendum called the British Nationalities Act 1981 which imposed (forced) an alien nationality and identity called "British" onto the Subjects of these three realms. England a Country from 927, Scotland a Country from 843, Wales a Country from 1536 were never asked via referendum if they wanted their nationality erased and replaced (imposed upon) with a British nationality/identity. As such, the acts of union are in bad faith. Do you think that it is fair that we were deceived in this way? We, the English, Scots and Welsh nationalists/constitutionalists don't. This remedy: Is proportionate and fair, the British unlawfully imposed their nationality on the three nations within this Island of Britain. We seek to lawfully remove this nationality, reinstitute the traditional and indigenous nationalities, and seek to stop this happening again by returning full accountability to all three nations via their own autonomous parliaments. The courts should void the British Nationalities Act 1981 and any Union, national or local laws that impose the alien nationality of British on the subjects of the three nations and order a referendum on voiding the Act(s) of union for being in bad faith? Returning all nations back to the people with separate parliaments and separate traditional and indigenous nationalities.

In this storm the Eddystone light was destroyed and all its occupants drowned, and within the first six hours of the storm the Royal Navy had lost twelve ships and over 1700 men. In all some 8,000 people were killed and thousands more injured. The author Daniel Defoe was in London at the time, and he used his own experiences of "this terrible Providence" as material for what became his first full-length book, The Storm, which he published the following year. We are not just talking of a belter of a storm depression veering up from the Bay of Biscay, as happened in October 1987, but a full-blown hurricane flailing in from the tropics "like an Army of Terror in its furious March", as Defoe so memorably described it.
