He says that notes produced by government have been done so in response to the questions from the Department for Trade and Business Select Committee and, unlike his file notes, were not contemporaneous records of what was discussed at the time.

Firstly, the advice from a fellow barrister made in 2013 is put to Richard Morgan that says Fujitsu's Gareth Jenkins credibility as a witness is fatally undermined and that he should not be asked to produce any more witness statements nor have any further involvement in ongoing trials.
