SCOTUS Rules That Anti-Discrimination Laws on Speech Are Unconstitutional
🔵 Watch the full episode 👉https://ept.ms/FreeSpeechUpheld_YT
Pride Month hasn’t gone too well for the radical left. It began in the shadows of anti-woke boycotts. It was criticized for parades where homosexuals said they are coming for your children. And it has now ended with a Supreme Court decision that says you can’t be forced to support the movement.
The justices were split 6–3 along partisan lines. They determined that a Christian web designer in Colorado cannot be forced to work on a homosexual wedding project. And it even goes beyond that. The decision applies more broadly, giving people the right to refuse to endorse a message they disagree with in their creative work. What you choose to endorse, or not to endorse, is protected under the First Amendment of the Constitution.

Supreme Court Issues Major Win for Common Sense
🔵 Watch the full episode 👉https://ept.ms/MajorRuling_YT
Affirmative action took a major blow Thursday. The Supreme Court ruled that universities can no longer give preferential treatment to black students over other races—or preferential treatment to any race, for that matter. It will bring back a degree of “colorblindness” where the color of a person’s skin can no longer be used as a factor to decide whether a student’s enrollment is accepted or denied.
In other words, race no longer matters—at least not if the federal government is involved. And if a university denies an Asian or white student because of their race, well that’s still racism. And not only that, but it may even be illegal.
In this episode of Crossroads, we’ll discuss this and other topics.

World Economic Forum Goes to China
🔵 Watch the full episode 👉https://ept.ms/ReworkingTheWorld_YT
The World Economic Forum is back in China. The globalist organization, which is pushing for the “Great Reset” agenda, is partnered on the economic side with the United Nations Agenda 2030 program to remake the world. And that vision of what the new world should look like revolves around the “17 Sustainable Development Goals,” which read like a socialist wishlist that would make Vladimir Lenin blush.

Supreme Court Makes Major Ruling on Election Case
🔵 Watch the full episode 👉https://ept.ms/BigElectionRuling_YT
When former President Donald Trump challenged the results of the 2020 elections, one of the main debates that boiled to the surface was who decides the laws on the elections. Republicans argued that this legal authority falls on the state legislatures, and that these elected officials are the ones who make the laws and decide which electors get to cast the final votes in the Electoral College. Democrats argued that this power was shared—that state courts and state governors should be able to exercise their own authority and challenge the decisions of the state legislatures.
The Supreme Court settled a key piece of that debate Tuesday. And under the law of the land, the state legislature is not the sole body that determines how our elections are run.

After the Wagner Uprising, Paranoia and Distrust Could Decay Russian Stability
🔵 Watch the full episode 👉https://ept.ms/RussiasSilentCoup_YT
A military coup threatened to overthrow the Russian government this weekend. The brutal Wagner private military company claimed they were betrayed by their leaders, and began a march toward Moscow. They were winning support among the local population, they were shooting down Russian helicopters, and they said other units in the Russian military joined with them in what looked like a brewing civil war.
Then, about 24 hours later, the whole thing came to a sudden end. Wagner leader Yevgeny Prigozhin struck a deal with Russian President Vladimir Putin. He was pardoned for his crimes, he and others who joined the rebellion agreed to go to Belarus—where Russia is deploying tactical nuclear weapons—and the remainders of the Wagner group who didn’t join the uprising are being integrated into the normal Russian military.
In this episode of Crossroads, we’ll speak about what just took place, and what this may really mean for Russia.

Supreme Court Makes Major Ruling on Illegal Immigration
🔵 Watch the full episode 👉https://ept.ms/MajorSCOTUSRuling_YT
The U.S. Supreme Court has sided with President Joe Biden in a key decision about illegal immigration. And as tends to happen with the highest court in the country, the decision’s impact will go beyond just the case at hand. For now, it makes it so that the Biden administration can opt to not deport illegal aliens if it chooses. But in the future, it could also mean that states could not intervene in deportation—even if a president decided to deport every illegal alien in the country.
In this episode of Crossroads, we’ll discuss this issue and others.

Twitter Bows to EU Censorship as New Global Info Controls Roll Out
🔵 Watch the full episode 👉https://ept.ms/TwitterToCensor_YT
After a long bout with Europe’s information police, Twitter CEO Elon Musk has confirmed that Twitter will bow to new laws on censorship currently being rolled out under the European Union.
The news comes from an interview Musk gave on French TV. During a back and forth with the interviewer, Musk defended the rights of Twitter users to speak relatively freely. He initially explained why he refuses to censor content on Twitter. Then Musk explained the condition where he would allow censorship on the platform. This would be if there were laws that forced the removal of content. He said, “If a law is enacted, because the law in a democracy represents the will of the people, if the law represents the will of the people, we must respect it.”

Special Counsel John Durham Testimony’s Reveals Truth Behind the Trump Investigation

Special counsel John Durham testified before Congress twice over the last couple of days. He held a closed-door meeting with the House Intelligence Committee on Tuesday, and then an open meeting with the House Judiciary Committee on Wednesday.
This all focused on the FBI and how political bias within the agency allowed a group of people to use their powers to spread lies about American citizens, launch investigations without evidence, carry out surveillance, and interfere with three elections in 2016, 2018, and 2020.
In this episode of Crossroads, we’ll speak about Durham’s testimony and what the findings mean for the country.

Behind the Hunter Biden Plea Deal
🔵 Watch the full episode 👉https://ept.ms/HunterTakesPlea_YT
Hunter Biden, the son of President Joe Biden, is accepting a plea deal on charges for tax evasion and a gun violation. A Department of Justice letter offering Hunter Biden the deal was released Tuesday.
It notes that Hunter Biden has agreed to plead guilty to two misdemeanor counts of “willful failure to pay income tax.” And it notes that he agreed to enter a “Pretrial Diversion Agreement” for the felony crime of using a controlled substance while possessing a firearm. The pretrial agreement means the charge can be dropped if he goes through alternate treatment programs.

Medical Establishment Hit by Anti-Woke Uprising
🔵 Watch the full episode 👉https://ept.ms/MedicalNarrativeCR_YT
What began as a Twitter debate on vaccine safety has transformed into a public uprising against the falsehoods of the medical establishment. It began with an interview between Joe Rogan and Robert Kennedy Jr. Vaccine scientist Peter Hotez called for Rogan’s show to be censored because of it. Rogan then invited Hotez to debate on his show. And this started a domino effect that has joined the momentum of the anti-woke boycotts, yet on the ideological front.

Trump’s Philosophy on Facing Challenge a Key Factor in Legal Adversity
🔵 Watch the full episode 👉https://ept.ms/TrumpPhilosophy_YT
Former President Donald Trump showed up in court Tuesday in Miami, where he’s facing 37 felony charges over his taking classified documents while he was president. Crowds of his supporters lined the streets. A handful of anti-Trump protesters were there as well. But even before he entered the courthouse, Trump made his plans clear. He told radio host Howie Carr, “I’ll just say not guilty.”
And that says a lot about where he’s at. Put simply, it suggests that his mentality has not changed one bit when it comes to his philosophy for facing adversity and hardship.

Why WHO Believes Fighting ‘Disinformation’ Is Key in Next Pandemic

The World Health Organization is now working to get global authority to manage pandemics. And in their new guidelines on the “Preparedness and Resilience for Emerging Threats,” the infodemic is back.
It states that as a form of “community protection,” it needs a form of “infodemic management,” as well as “collaborative surveillance.” It states, “Infodemic cannot be eliminated it can only be managed. This is why WHO and partners have developed the approach of infodemic management,” armed with new capabilities for the job. It describes these as “tools and approaches for social listening,” including artificial intelligence that monitors social media, as well as other systems such as experts for “community engagement.”

Trump Indictment Ironically Unites Republicans and Shines Light on Political Hypocrisy
🔵 Watch the full episode 👉https://ept.ms/TrumpIndictmentBackfire_YT
Former President Donald Trump is facing 37 charges over the handling of classified government records, according to the federal indictment document unsealed earlier Friday. Thirty-one of those counts accuse Trump of willful retention of national defense information. Trump and his aide, Walt Nauta, each also face a count of conspiracy to obstruct justice. This goes back to the raid on his Mar-a-Lago home, and the appointment of special counsel Jack Smith to investigate the classified documents scandal. Trump is set to appear in federal court in Miami on June 13.
In this episode of Crossroads, we’ll discuss the charges, the reaction to them, and what it all means for the United States politically.

Tucker Carlson Argues for Free Speech Rights as Fox Threatens Lawsuit
🔵 Watch the full episode 👉https://ept.ms/FreeSpeechWar_YT
Fox News is trying to shut down Tucker Carlson again. The former Fox host made a return to the news industry with a Twitter video on June 6. It racked up over 104 million views. Establishment media attacked him in unison. Fox is now claiming that Carlson breached his contract, and the debate is turning into a broader conversation on First Amendment rights to free speech.
After Carlson left Fox News, rumors swirled about where he would go next. On May 9, Carlson revealed that his new show would not be on a news network, or on his own website. Instead, he’d be taking advantage of the full video capabilities on Twitter. Shortly after, Elon Musk noted that there was no signed deal between the platform and Carlson. And the lack of a signed deal could be important in the coming legal debates.
Here’s why all this really matters. Carlson and Fox are on the brink of a tense legal battle, where each is accusing the other of breaching a contract. Apparently, that contract restricts Carlson’s ability to work on a news show. But even beyond this debate, the bigger question is whether a contract with a private company can restrict a person’s constitutional rights. Can a news network stop a former host from publicly expressing an opinion?

Pentagon Accused of Using UFO Technology for Weapon Research
🔵 Watch the full episode 👉https://ept.ms/UFOWeaponTech_YT
A military whistleblower has made a shocking series of claims. Air Force veteran David Grusch, of the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency, is doing a media tour. He claims that the military has a program that has retrieved downed UFOs, including complete vehicles, and has been reverse engineering these for military weapons programs. He also claims these vehicles come from multiple species of aliens.
Among the big claims Grusch makes is that a task force formed by Congress to investigate UFOs, or Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) as they’re called now, was denied access to these key programs. This is the All Domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO).

This Is the Real Reason Companies Are Going Woke
🔵 Watch the full episode 👉https://ept.ms/WokeExtortionCR_YT
Woke culture has blanketed the world. Companies are getting behind it as corporate policy. Schools are parading it in front of children. Governments are standing behind it and protecting it through law. But is it something actually embraced by the average person, or is it an agenda being manipulated to appear more popular than it actually is?
Going by the boycotts now sweeping the country, it appears it’s the latter. And public awareness is now going beyond the surface narratives, to see the real motives behind the woke push. This is where CEI comes into play—the “Corporate Equality Index.” There are similar scores, such as ESG, or “environmental and social governance,” and also DEI, or “diversity, equity, and inclusion.”
In this episode of Crossroads, we’ll discuss the agenda behind the woke movement.

Who Controls the Minds, Controls the Votes
🔵 Watch the full episode 👉https://ept.ms/PSYOPS_YT
The Intercept revealed a document from February 2023 released by U.S. Special Operations Command. It detailed how the elite warfighters of the United States are looking into new tools for psychological warfare operations. In particular, it seems they want to use “deepfake” videos for military operations. Deepfakes are a type of fake, but very realistic-looking, video where people’s faces can be superimposed. They can make public figures appear to say things they never said. And they could be used to frame people for crimes or scandals they had no part in.
As we’ve discussed frequently on this show, information is the lifeblood of a free society. The marketplace of ideas is meant to be the stage of debate between the people who really call the shots in a constitutional republic—between the voters who decide who leads the nation and which policies represent them in the seats of power.
But what happens if the forums for public debate get censored? What happens when key topics become off-limits? When certain political narratives can no longer be challenged or discussed openly? If information is restricted, then what information informs the voters when they choose their representatives? And most importantly, who is left to control the flow of information? And which side of the political system do their interests serve?
In this episode of Crossroads, we’ll discuss these topics.

Conservative Crusade Against Wokeism Is Working
🔵 Watch the full episode 👉https://ept.ms/WinningAgainstWoke_YT
The conservative crusade against wokeism appears to be working. Bud Light sales are down close to 30 percent from last year after parent company Anheuser-Busch linked up with trans influencer Dylan Mulvaney. Target has lost an estimated $12.7 billion in market share amid boycotts of its trans clothing lines and controversy of partnering with an openly Satanic designer.
Kohl’s and other companies are next on the list, due to homosexual-themed clothing lines. And even companies that have until now branded themselves as conservative aren’t safe from the boycotts. Establishment media outlets are criticizing the companies for folding to the “anti-woke” movement. They’ve criticized Republicans for making employees at the companies feel “unsafe.” But the boycotts are showing signs of slowing.
We’ll discuss this and other stories, in this episode of Crossroads.

AI Could Become the Biggest Problem for the 2024 Elections
🔵 Watch the full episode 👉https://ept.ms/AIElectionThreat_YT
Artificial intelligence is now being framed as a public threat, including to elections, to public safety, and even to race and equity. To mitigate this threat, the government has created new programs that can manage key systems that influence AI information. And these programs raise some serious questions about who controls information.
Meanwhile, the Chinese regime has large-scale military programs involving bioweapons. Unfortunately, these programs tie into technology the United States provided to the CCP. And now the United States and the world are facing a very real threat from China’s bioweapon programs. To learn more about this we speak with Brandon Weichert. He’s the author of “Biohacked: China’s Race to Control Life.”
In this episode of Crossroads, we’ll speak about these topics.

Why a Recent Arrest Is Terrifying to CCP Leadership
🔵 Watch the full episode 👉https://ept.ms/CCPTerrifiedCR_YT
There has been a profound shift in relations between the United States and the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). The significance of this can’t be understated, yet it appears to have gone largely unnoticed. This is bigger than U.S. sanctions on high-tech chips. This is bigger than the previous arrests of Chinese spies. This hits on something deeply held by the CCP as one of its core interests, and changes a seemingly unspoken agreement in America to leave the issue untouched.
It was easy to miss. On May 26, two suspected Chinese spies were arrested by U.S. authorities. The Department of Justice said in a release that John Chen and Lin Feng were charged in a bribery scheme that was directed by the Chinese authorities. They face charges of conspiracy, bribery, and money laundering.
What matters most though is the story behind these charges. The two were allegedly involved in a CCP plot against Falun Gong right here in the United States. They’re accused of trying to bribe an IRS official to go after an entity tied to Falun Gong practitioners. But this is a case not just about the CCP exporting one of its largest human rights abuses onto American soil. This is a case of the American government taking a stand where it previously would not.
In this episode of Crossroads, we’ll discuss this and why it matters.

America Has Become So Divided That Foreign Threats No Longer Unite the Nation
🔴 Watch the full episode 👉 https://ept.ms/DeathOfPatriotism_YT
Wars are often fought by patriots, or by people so dedicated to a cause that they’re willing to kill or die for it. This actually has strategic value for governments, and some use it to their advantage. The threats of war and the drums of the war hawks are often rallying calls that unify a nation behind a patriotic idea. Sometimes the mere talk of a war and shows to prepare are enough to unite the people behind a common patriotic cause. And it appears now that the threats of war, and the rising tides of enemy nations, no longer unite Americans. What does this mean for the country? And what will the deeper implications be? We’ll discuss.
Also, America’s political parties are undergoing major changes. The Republican and Democrat parties are no longer the parties they used to be. Will they be able to weather these shifts, or will we be likely to see new parties arise?
And in other news, the Chinese regime is pushing a global campaign to get other nations to join its “de-dollarization” movement. We speak with Epoch Times contributor Alex Newman about what this means for the United States.

Conservative Moms Become Target’s Worst Nightmare
Watch the full episode: https://ept.ms/WarOnWokeCR_YT
Target has joined Budweiser in the anti-woke panic. The retail company released a whole new line of clothes to push transsexualism, which included women’s swimsuits with “tuck-friendly” features so men can hide their genitalia. And also among the collection were clothes with graphics from London-based designer Abprallen, which critics discovered was openly promoting Satanism alongside transsexualism. And after facing public backlash, Target has begun removing the items from its shops.
Meanwhile, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis has announced he will be running for president in 2024. This places him among a growing pool of Republican candidates, with former President Donald Trump still far ahead in the polls.
And we’ll also be speaking with Curtis Sliwa, CEO of the Guardian Angels, about crime and whether Americans still have the right to defend themselves.

Bud Light Backlash Shows the Death Spiral of Wokeism
Budweiser has taken a major hit in the market through its relationship with trans activist Dylan Mulvaney. Other companies such as Miller Lite, Ford, and Target have likewise faced criticism recently over their apparent support for woke culture. Yet what does this say about the popularity of wokeism in the United States, and does it tell us anything about where the country is heading?
Also, President Joe Biden was criticized by Republicans recently for saying that the United States is “not looking to decouple from China.” He also referenced the Chinese spy balloon that flew over the United States before the military shot it down, and said he wouldn’t let the “silly balloon” damage his communications with the Chinese Communist Party.
In this episode of Crossroads, we’ll discuss these stories and others.
