Villiger 1888 Nicaragua Toro Cigar Review
Villiger 1888 Nicaragua Toro Cigar Review - This 6x50 stick features a dense, oily, firmly packed dark cocoa wrapper with a large double cap, fine tooth feel and rich sweet chocolate and raisin aroma. First light reveals a good draw with thick rich medium-full bodied smoke showing a sweet earth, slight pepper, slight cocoa and building oily sweetness through the fairly long finish. The first third shifts to a thick, slick creamy leather, cocoa and slight pepper all through the now long full finish of the same. The 1/2 way point comes at a slow 45 minutes with notes remaining the same, ash falling in a solid chunk and perfect construction. Ending at 1:25 the last third remained cool to the nub with notes largely the same just dropping the sweetness.

Amendola Core Blend Cremoso Toro Cigar Review
Amendola Core Blend Cremoso Toro Cigar Review - This 6x52 stick features a dark tan silky wrapper with a firm even pack, light weight, triple cap and sweet nutty aroma. First light reveals a flawless draw pouring out thick, rich smooth medium-full bodied flavors of a glycerin sweet cayenne and pepper combo with a real zingy pop of texture and smooth long finish. 10 minutes in the first third continues the perfect burn with the addition of a slight smooth creamy coffee note joining all the rest. The 1/2 way point comes at 50 minutes with flavors the same but a medium strength kick joining in. The last third kicks my ass bringing the strength to at least medium-full passing the body, which keeps the same notes.

Caldwell Long Live the Queen Queens Court Robusto Cigar Review
Yep this was already done early this year and I totally missed it when choosing it to smoke and review! Of course I only noticed here AT PUBLISHING lol! Oh well, it's a good look at how taste and performance can vary a little bit!
Caldwell Long Live the Queen Queens Court Robusto Cigar Review - This 5x52 stick features a dark brown satin feeling firmly packed dry wrapper with a triple cap and faint cocoa aroma. First light reveals a perfect draw with medium bodied complex notes of warm spicy retrohale and core flavors of a faint coca and dark wood with a pepper flavor without texture at the root. The first third burns flawlessly holding a 1.5" ash chunk with notes up to medium-full shifting to a slightly oily dark fruit and not mix with a growing deep cocoa through the long finish holding most of the pepper flavor. Ending at 50 minutes the last 1/2 shifted to a leather, deep caramel and keeps the fruity nuttiness while the pepper drops off completely.

Illusione Allegria Lonsdale Cigar Review
Illusione Allegria Lonsdale Cigar Review - This 6.25x44 stick features a dark chocolate satin wrapper with a slightly soft even pack, thick, rough tooth, triple cap and dense heft with a musty, peppery honey and tobacco aroma. First light reveals a perfect draw with medium-full bodied smoke showing notes of a slight honey and graham cracker with a building pepper and spice through the oily finish. The first third burns very well with body down a tick to medium with flavors of a light caramel and earth mixing with the graham cracker, while the pepper dies down and barely peeks out at the end of the fairly short finish. The 1/2 way point comes at a slow 40 minutes with notes mostly the same, just the caramel dropping and the finish now lasting to the next draw. Ending at 1:15 the last third brought up a bit of strength, otherwise remaining the same.

Sagrado Carismatico Robusto Cigar Review
Sagrado Carismatico Robusto Cigar Review - This 5x50 stick features a dark chocolate, thick, toothy firmly packed oily wrapper with a triple cap and faint sweet, damp cocoa aroma. First light reveals a flawless draw with light, smooth airy mild-medium smoke showing a very light coffee, sweet vanilla and building medium pepper tingle through the long finish. The first third burns a bit slower dropping ash just over an inch with a dryness joining in reducing the oiliness and slickness of the vanilla. The 1/2 way point comes at 25 minutes changing to a medium body soft, sweet floral with an oil slickness, dropping the dryness and pepper. The last third remained the same with a nice slow burn ending at 55 minutes to the nub.

Tatuaje Havana VI Verocu Blue No.1 Cigar Review
Tatuaje Havana VI Verocu Blue No.1 Cigar Review - This 6.25x52 stick features a dark tan satin wrapper with a slight oil sheen, fragile feel, triple cap and faint nutty aroma. First light reveals quite a few wrapper cracks opening up but not effecting the draw at all, producing medium bodied thick rich smooth smoke with notes of a slightly sweet woodiness and building cayenne heat and pepper through the long finish. The first third burns perfectly with no changes. The 1/2 way point comes at 50 minutes showing very little change, just the spice tempering a bit and moving forward to the lips on the finish. Burn is very slow with a smooth creamy presentation of flavors overall. Ending at 1:35 the last third continued the long burn with great constructions, holding the same notes and adding a slight strength kick past the band point.

Plasencia Reserva Original Cortez Cigar Review
Plasencia Reserva Original Cortez Cigar Review - This 5.75x56 figurado features a dark brown firmly packed wrapper with a dry, thin feeling satin texture, large pigtail cap, almost closed foot roll and a damp, sweet nutty tobacco aroma like a cigar factory. The first light reveals a flawless draw with thick plumes of mild smoke showing notes of a slight pepper, zingy wood and nutty vegetal, all through the long textured finish. The first third transitions nicely to a medium body with a soft smooth sweet caramel and leather with just a hint of pepper. Burn is fast but perfect putting out plumes of smoke. The 1/2 way point comes at 30 minutes with the burn slowing, and a muted cocoa joining the draw flavors with the nuttiness taking over the finish, dropping the pepper tingle. Ending at 55 min to the HOT nub, the last third showed no changes.

All Saints St. Francis Colorado Mitre Cigar Review
All Saints St. Francis Colorado Mitre Cigar Review - This 5.5x54 stick features a dark tan firmly packed thin wrapper with a triple cap, sharp box press, buttery smooth feel and faint peppery tobacco aroma. First light reveals a flawless draw with thick chewy medium-full bodied smoke showing flavors of a zingy oak, slight vanilla sweetness and pepper going in to the low full finish of the same. The first third continues the perfect performance amping up the vanilla and oiliness of the smoke in the mouth. 35 minutes in at the 1/2 way point flavors are unchanged, burn is flawless, the ash holds for a solid chunk and the finish is still long and smooth. Ending at 1:10 the last third eased up on the oak, shifting to a light roast coffee, vanilla and bit of nutmeg through the finish to the hot nub.

EPC Allegiance Sidekick Cigar Review
EPC Allegiance Sidekick Cigar Review - This 5x50 stick features a dark chocolate mottled wrapper with a sharp box press, firm pack, toothy satin finish with a slight oil sheen, large double cap and sweet earthy aroma. First light reveals a very open draw with thick medium bodied notes of a slightly sweet cedar and smooth earth with a zing and tiny pepper buildup on the finish. The first third goes to a deeper but still smooth sweet earth with more pepper bite and an oily spice on the lips. The 1/2 way point comes at a quick 25 minutes still with flawless construction, adding a robust coffee note to the mix especially on the now long finish. Ending at 50 minutes to the nub, the last third dropped the cedar, going to a coffee and light earth core with a slight vanilla on the finish, also dropping the pepper and spice. CO Smoke-Along Series
I'm trying a new series, in which you'll be able to smoke-along with me as I review some specific cigars! For the last 3 Fridays of June, I'll be publishing the following cigar reviews on a set schedule, each going up around noon EST. You can use these to just have fun, some along with me at the same time, see what we both pick up, train your palate, give your feedback as you smoke and more! If you do participate though please make sure it's with the specific size cigars, as experiences do vary for many blends by size. If you already have the cigars, great - you are all set! If you need them, I've partnered with CigarAndPipes.com to get you a good discount on them just for this series. You'll save almost $20, getting 2 of each of the cigars. Please order now so you have time to let them acclimate in advance of the start of course. You can order the pack here: https://cigarandpipes.com/product/co-review-cigar-set
If feedback is good we can look at extending the series! I look forward to the comments and your participation over the next few weeks!

ATL Wise Blood Lonsdale by Luciano Cigar Review
ATL Wise Blood Lonsdale by Luciano Cigar Review - This 6.5x42 stick features a dark brown, firmly packed satin wrapper with a triple cap and faint musty cocoa and pepper aroma. First light reveals an almost completely plugged draw with no real smoke or flavor. The first third opens the draw slightly, still quite snug, but putting off pretty normal smoke with a deep earth and very slight pepper on a mild-medium body and long finish. The 1/2 way point comes at a slow 35 minutes with a medium bodied earth and deep caramel, with a slick sweetness and slight cinnamon through the finish. The last third ends at 55 minutes with no changes to the hot squishy nub.

Rock-A-Feller Nicaragua Maduro Lancero Cigar Review
Rock-A-Feller Nicaragua Maduro Lancero Cigar Review - This 7x38 stick features an almost jet black wrapper with thick, toothy, oily feel, pigtailed cap and pungent black licorice aroma. First light reveals a plugged draw with virtually no smoke or flavor, with the wrapper cracking at just the slightest touch. The first third opens the draw, after removing the constricting band. However the wrapper is continuing to crack at various spots, still putting off almost no flavor. The 1/2 way point comes at 40 minutes with a better draw as it burns down, a mild-medium notes of a sweet vanilla and light leather, but short finish. 1 hour in at the start of the final third it finally wakes up, with a medium body, vanilla and light leather also joined by a gingerbread and spice that all holds through the now long finish, ending at 1:25.
