Villiger Miami 2023 Canonazo Cigar Review
Villiger Miami 2023 Canonazo Cigar Review - this 5 7/8x53 stick features a medium brown, buttery soft wrapper with an even soft pack, triple cap and rich sweet cocoa and pepper aroma. First light reveals a flawless draw with medium bodied smooth smoke showing notes of a sweet spicy retro with a draw of hazelnut and cream and a zingy nutty finish. The first third burns with a slight wavy line but no problems, with notes unchanged and the overall burn very slow. 40 minutes at the 1/2 way point the slight sweetness and vanilla drop replaced by a light earth and building pepper through the finish. Ending at 1:20 to the nub, the last third remained the same.

Drew Estate Liga Privada No. 9 Robusto Cigar Review
Drew Estate Liga Privada No. 9 Robusto Cigar Review - This $16 5x54 stick features a very dark chocolate, oily satin feel with a firm even pack, large double cap and extremely pungent aroma of campfire, fire cured, spicy sweet earth and cocoa. First light reveals a perfect draw with rich plentiful medium-full bodied smoke showing a musty deep leather, smooth smoke but a zingy dark plum joining the finish along with a deep earth. The first third continues the perfect construction shifting to an allspice, cayenne, vanilla, deep earth and very slight dark cocoa all with a long finish. The 1/2 way point comes at 35 minutes still with excellent burn and smoke, with just a slight change of the spice taming down a tick. Ending at 1:10 the last third showed no further changes to the nub.

The Tabernacle Toro Cigar Review
The Tabernacle Toro Cigar Review - This 6x52 stick features a dark cocoa mottled wrapper with a dry satin feel, very firm even but light pack, large double cap and very faint sweet aroma. First light reveals a flawless draw with a light, creamy dusty cocoa on the medium bodied draw followed by a zingy cayenne through the finish. The first third burns quickly but razor sharp up to a medium-full body with increased smoke showing flavors of the same coca adding a big dark caramel to the mix. The 1/2 way point comes at 25 minutes with notes unchanged, still near full and complex. The last third burns much slower, ending at 1:10 to the hot nub, with flavors going simpler just keeping the dry dusty cocoa on the draw and finish.
