Texas Town Declares a State of Emrgency
There are thousands of criminal aliens invading our southern border under the guise of asylees. They are not. These are economic migrants seeking to rob the US of her resources.

The Cancelation of Russel Brand
In what's being called a "Matrix Attack" we are seeing the sudden cancelation of Russel Brand on baseless allegations.
Several anonymous women have cast accusations against Russel Brand of sexual misconduct. What makes it especially suspect is the sudden and total cancelation of the outspoken comedian.

Firearms Friday: One week after NM gun ban
We will be doing some DGUs this morning.
That said, I'd like to open with a bit of commentary on the week since the New Mexico gun ban and the citizen's response to this gross violation of the constitution.

Mayor Eric Adams Says New York City is DOOMED!
I wonder if he'll accept the blame for this when reelection comes around.
New York, a sanctuary city in a sanctuary state, has a problem all of a sudden with... sanctuary!
NYC Mayor Eric Adams says they just can't take it anymore and cites, I shit you not, the strain on the welfare state.

Republicans are Finally Moving to Impeach Biden
We have been waiting to hear these words ever since he stole the election. Biden is now facing an impeachment.
This is a funny story.
After the Democrats made a mockery of the politicization and weaponization of the constitutional impeachment process during the administration of Donald Trump, we here at the Brushfire Mind have said that Republicans should likewise impeach the next Dem president to make clear that the process has been deeply corrupted. It happens, however, that the Biden family has been openly and obviously engaged in bribery and money laundering since before he served even as Vice President.

Professor who ‘Proved’ Systemic Racism Fired for Faking Data
We got one!
This country has a supply-side problem with racism. This is to say that we don't have enough racism to meet the demand of the radical left for victimization.
Eric Stewart, a CRIMINAL law professor, has now been caught with his hand in the cookie jar generating the supply to feed the addicts.

They Are in fact Coming for YOUR Guns
The New Mexico Governor, Michelle Grisham, has unilaterally banned all guns in the state's most populace cities.
The Governor acknowledged that the order "may face legal challenges".
These things do not happen in a vacuum.
This is another example of corrupt democrats testing their limits. They are looking to see how far they can go without forcing a real reaction.
It is beyond time to push our Republican lawmakers and representatives to take action. We have laws. Let's use them.
In particular, this is a clear violation of the Constitution, specifically the Second Amendment and, by extension, Title 18, U.S.C., Section 242.

There must be a full boycott.
Here is the message that needs to be sent to the Corporate adherents of the Cult of DIE. There is no way back.
Liberty Safes has betrayed the trust of the American people.
We're going to cover this story briefly before we get to the DGUs.

Musk to Sue ADL for Defamation
The claim here is that the Anti-Defamation League has dishonestly smeared Musk's X (formerly Twitter) platform and caused the loss of huge amounts of ad revenue.
As it is clearly the case that this is a habit of the infamously defamatory ADL there is no surprise here that one might argue that they have caused damage with their dishonesty.

AG Chris Carr RICOs the Atlanta Forest Terrorists
There has been an autonomous zone established and occupied around the site of the Atlanta Public Safety Training Center for a little over 2 years now.
During that time, the so-called "protestors" have engaged in combat with the police. They have firebombed police vehicles, shot a police officer, and even tried to get local residents to hunt down named officers.
Now, AG Chris Carr has filed charges against a number of the terrorists involved and is pursuing a RICO case.

Tribal Police Ram Protester Barricade
I was pretty hard on the cops in yesterday's episode with reference to the unconstitutional use of surveillance equipment.
This story, where police rammed through a barricade may seem like I'm cherry-picking things based on what I like, but there is a very important difference between these exercises of rights.

NYC Police Are Spying on Citizens in their Homes
In clear defiance of the POST Act of 2020, New York City police are conducting surveillance on citizens without due process.
This is a violation of the First and Fourth Amendments.
“If a caller states there’s a large crowd, a large party in a backyard, we’re going to be utilizing our assets to go up and go check on the party,” Kaz Daughtry, the assistant NYPD Commissioner, said at a press conference.

Young Patriot's Right Abused over Gadsden Flag
There should be consequences.
A young patriot named Jaiden was removed from classes by psychotic anti-American political infiltrators over the display of a business card sized Gadsden Flag patch worn on his backpack.
“The reason we do not want the flag displayed is due to its origins with slavery and the slave trade,” a woman says in a video that is purported to show a meeting between the boy’s family and staff at The Vanguard School, a charter school in Colorado Springs.
But the fact is that the Gadsden Flag has nothing at all to do with slavery and everything to do with the opposite of that... FREEDOM!

Mask Mandates Coming Back! Alex Jones was right AGAIN!!!
Several organizations are now at least experimenting with a return of mask mandates. There are a few probable reasons for this. Much of what the left does is crime and crime is best done under the cover of subterfuge and deisguise.
It's not complicated. They love the masks because they love the crimes.

Trump, for his part, has maneuvered the event for maximum press coverage by arranging to be arrested during prime-time TV viewing hours.

Fox News Prepares for Next Staggering Ratings Collapse
It's debate time!
Yay! The political season is coming into full swing with the debut of the first GOP Primary Debate to be hosted by Fox News tonight at 2100EST. In a not-too-shocking move by President Donald Trump in conjunction with talking head superstar Tucker Carlson is skipping the debate and doing an interview instead.
It's going o be a hysterical failure for the recently and consistently humiliated Fox News Network.
As was the case earlier this year when Fox News decided to sacrifice Tucker Carlson, then the network's singularly most valuable asset personality, the ostensibly conservative network is about to get waxed in the ratings just as it has consistently done since Tucker's exit to a very successful independent operation.

The New York Times Advocates Ending Elections
Let's be very clear about this accusation.
Section 230 offers broad immunity from responsibility to "platforms" from editorial responsibility and excuses them from censorship concerns... in theory.
The New York Times, however, is not such a platform and does bear editorial responsibility for what it chooses to publish.
In an article entitled "The Worst People Run For Office. It's Time for a Better Way." NYT contributing opinion writer, Dr. Adam Grant, of the Wharton School advocates for the elimination of US elections.
It is beyond time to remind everyone that there should be consequences for crimes, most especially when such consequences are being assigned to other people. The 14th amendment, which the lefties are so concerned with regarding the January 6th events, also guarantees equal protection under the law.

Self-defense is a lawful right to counter harm, even if it's normally a crime. It applies in violent crime cases, varying between federal and state laws. Using force to counter imminent death or harm is self-defense. Courts consider factors like provocation, threat type, retreat obligation, reasonable fear, and response reasonableness. States establish self-defense rules, determining allowable force. Imminent threats warrant force, even from words causing immediate fear. A scenario exemplifies justified force use in true danger.
Self-defense ends when threat does; retaliatory force isn't defense. Example: if an aggressor stops attacking and signals safety, victim's later force is retaliation, not defense. Law assesses reasonable fear of harm. A "reasonable person" standard gauges justified force from perceived danger. Bee incident shows reasonable fear justifying force. Perceived threat can justify defense, regardless of intent. Imperfect self-defense occurs with unreasonable fear, possibly reducing charges.
Unreasonable fear leads to imperfect defense claims. If a non-threatening gesture is wrongly seen as an attack, excessive response's self-defense claim might lessen charges. Provoking attack can lead to imperfect defense claims, reducing charges but not excusing actions. Defense must match threat's level. Deadly force counters deadly threats, but excess defeats claim. Laws vary on retreat duty; some maintain it, while "stand your ground" laws allow defense without retreat. "Castle doctrine" permits deadly force against home intruders in many states. Seek local legal advice for self-defense claims.
For more on castle doctrine, refer to FindLaw. When unsure, consult a local attorney. Self-defense is intricate; legal counsel simplifies matters. Find a skilled criminal defense attorney in your area for help.
