Gonna play some old school NES classics - Tonight I played Rygar from 1987. Besides a string of bad luck with the valkyries, I managed to finish from start to end in about 45-50 minutes.

I just saw the movie and here are my initial reactions and non-spoiler review.

The D-pad moves forward or backward and turns your character. The L & R buttons control strafing and the ability to look up and down. I have not played this in decades so lets see if I can get used to the control scheme and remember where anything is.

I saw Maverick and it is awesome. This is how a sequel should be done. The action is great the nostalgia is great and the plot kept moving. In a time where movies tend to drag or have a lull, I didn't notice any major downtime that would keep me from seeing it again and again. Finally a movie to be happy about, because its just a fun movie.
