My First Hunt - Go Big Or Go Home!
Recently I went on my very first hunt ever in Florida and it was for an alligator! Talk about going from zero to 100. It was an interesting experience and it was more of a hunt because I wanted to get a nice one for my very first hunting experience. It was definitely an interesting experience to get my gator. I had a great shot on my gator so it did not suffer at all. It was a bit anti-climactic following two days of searching for my gator after my hunting buddy Brandon Herrera got his in a few hours.
For anyone wondering, the meat and hide are being sent to me so nothing will go to waste.

2 Gun Competition - Did John Wick Cringe?
On my recent trip to Florida with Smith and Wesson, Caldwell Shooting Supplies, and Crimson Trace we had a friendly two gun competition. It definitely reminded me, competitions aren't really my thing. I just don't have enough time to practice for speed, but hey, my shooting was accurate.

I just got some new range apparel from LA Police Gear. LAPG has a huge selection of name brand as well as their own line of gear and they constantly have things on sale making them a excellent place to order your range clothes from. In this video I talk about my Reebock Women's Sublite Cushion Tactical Mid Boot, 5.11 Wyldcat Pants, and the LAPG Soft-Shell Jacket.

I just got the Springfield Hellcat Rapid Defense Package (RDP) to test out and see how it stacks up to the competition. Ava & 22Plinkster Buy Their First Gun
Dave and I pretended to be first time gun buyers. We decided to switch roles a bit - I wanted a big .45 and he wanted a .22. It was tough keeping a straight face, but the masks helped. Afterwards, we told the salesman we were just kidding and told him we appreciated his patience.

S&W M&P M2.0 Compact - Are You Optic Ready?
I just finished testing out the new Smith & Wesson M&P M2.0 Optic Ready Compact Pistol chambered in 9mm. It has a 4" barrel, comes with two fifteen round mags, and best of all seven plates to make it compatible with all of the popular pistol red dots out there. Red dots are all the rage lately for carry and competition guns because they are so much faster to use. Watch to see how it performs and my thoughts on this new pistol from S&W.

For all the Karens:
This was performed on a closed isolated range with a very large backstop. As you can also hear, every single round hit the target. Multiple safety precautions were taken to ensure every round was in a safe direction.

FK BRNO PSD In 7.5 FK - Rifle Power In A Pistol
The FK BRNO PSD is a pretty amazing new design that shoots a proprietary round called the 7.5 FK and has the ability to shoot 9mm, 40 S&W, and 10mm as well. The 7.5K round has muzzle energy similar to a 44 magnum with a muzzle velocity of around 2000 fps. It has some pretty amazing ballistic performance at long range as well. The pistol itself looks a bit like like a CZ and Hudson had a baby from its ergonomics. Check out my initial thoughts of this beast of a handgun.

Scorpion Evo Bullpup Conversion from Manticore Arms
Ever think your Scorpion Evo Carbine was too long? Convert it to a bullpup now with the conversion kit from Manticore Arms. It brings the benefits of shorter overall length while maintaining rifle classification and decreases muzzle climb because the weight distribution is closer to the shoulder. The bullpup conversion can also be applied to the Scorpion Evo pistol with an SBR tax stamp. Fair warning, once you go bullpup, you may never go back. Just kidding, the conversion is easily reversed if you want to change back to the carbine configuration. Watch to learn more about the benefits of converting your Scorpion Evo into a bullpup.
