Galatians 5 - A Message to the Young Old
No matter what stage of life you are in, or how far along you are in your walk with Christ, we all have something to learn from the Bible. Continuing in our series “Galatians: The Power of the Spirit", Pastor Tim teaches a message from Galatians Chapter 5 entitled “A Message to the Young and Old”. The young in Christ need to hear that…1) our freedom in Christ isn’t license to sin, 2) self esteem is NOT a virtue, 3) people who practice sin are NOT going to Heaven, and 4) true morality cannot be legislated. And as we grow in our faith we need to avoid becoming conceited, because this kind of attitude…1) is irritating, and 2) will cause you to become jealous. We hope this message encourages you to continue maturing in your faith!

Special Guest // Wes Bentley of Far Reaching Ministries: Road to Damascus Acts Chapter 9
Wes Bentley, a former Marine, first traveled to Africa in 1996. He delivered basic provisions, and most importantly, hope to predominantly Christian people in South Sudan, who were suffering at the hands of Islamic jihadists.
Before Wes's work in Africa, he served as a missionary in Russia before realizing a greater need in South Sudan. Wes founded Far Reaching Ministries (FRM) in 1998.
To change the nation's course, he began a Bible school for the South Sudan army chaplains. Since then, ten classes have graduated; over 400 chaplains deployed throughout South Sudan.
Currently, FRM is ministering in seven of the ten most dangerous Muslim countries in the world. In South Sudan, we have had 65 staff members killed.

Galatians Chapter 1 "Learning from Others"
Learning from others is key to growing in the Christian faith. Continuing our series in the book of Galatians, Pastor Tim teaches a message from Galatians Chapter 1 entitled “Learning From Others” that shows us what we can learn from the Apostle Paul. We learn from the Apostle Paul that he 1) didn’t let his past define him, and neither should we, 2) took time to get to know the Truth, and so should we, and 3) became known for sharing his faith, and that should be the reputation we are developing. We hope this message helps you learn and grow in your faith, and to be someone who others can learn from as well!
