MSNBC Denies Border Crisis & Hopes You Never See Their Video from 2017

MSNBC Denies Border Crisis & Hopes You Never See Their Video from 2017 A major frustration among Americans is that the once-trusted news media seems to have entered the propaganda business. It used to be that reporters, well, reported facts without the spin. These days, however, it’s tough to tell the difference between the mainstream media and the Democratic Party’s communications wing. Case in point: Back in August 2017, MSNBC ran an in-depth report acknowledging that deadly drugs likes fentanyl were pouring across the southern border, and admitting that it was a crisis. “This draft report that you issued … recommends that Trump declare a national emergency,” Soboroff confirmed to former Democrat Rep. Patrick Kennedy, who agreed. Yes, even the left was on-board with tackling the cross-border drug problem less than two years ago. The MSNBC journalist then went on to mock the administration for using the word “crisis” when talking about the border. Here’s the reality: Everyone knows the border is broken. The same Democrats who are now squawking about Trump actually agreed with him for years, as dozens of videos show. The two-faced hypocrisy is to be expected from politicians, but is utterly unacceptable from the media. They don’t seem to be even hiding their bias anymore. For outlets like MSNBC to pretend that they are the gatekeepers of facts, yet lie through their teeth and play political games, is exactly why nobody trusts them.

Trump Hits ABC Chief WH Correspondent So Hard He’s Literally Left Sputtering

Trump Hits ABC Chief WH Correspondent So Hard He’s Literally Left Sputtering There is a massive difference between being a responsible reporter and being an activist. ABC News Chief White House Correspondent Jonathan Karl got a little more than he bargained for when he stepped into the world of activism when questioning President Donald Trump The smackdown from Trump began with Karl asking, “So, why not sign the other bills though, so some of these workers can get paid, the government…” That is where Trump cut him off, asking, “You think I should do that?” “I mean, it’s not for me to say,” Karl responded. But perhaps he should have thought of that before he asked the question that implied it was. Trump still refused to let him off the hook. “Because if you would do that, you should never be in this position. Because you’d never get anything done.” In an odd way, it was almost as if the roles were reversed. Oddly enough, activist reporters still have not learned their lesson.

Here's the Truth Behind Obama's Double-Digit National Emergencies1m56s

Here's the Truth Behind Obama's Double-Digit National Emergencies

Here's the Truth Behind Obama's Double-Digit National Emergencies The possibility has been floated that Trump may eventually bypass Congress to get the funds via the declaration of a “national emergency.” Declaring a “national emergency” on the southern U.S. border would activate certain presidential authorities as specified in the National Emergencies Act of 1974 Of course, most Democrats cried foul at the notion and dismissed Trump’s authority to do so as non-existent, and such a move would inevitably draw immediate legal challenges Trump would actually be on solid legal footing. He also would not be the only president to make use of the National Emergencies Act to do what Congress can’t or won’t do. Somewhat surprisingly, CNN actually helped make the case for Trump with an article that listed all of the national emergencies that have been declared since the law took effect As it turns out, there are currently 31 ongoing national emergencies over which the president wields certain authorities Former President Barack Obama, who declared 13 national emergencies, 11 of which continue to this day. Thus far, President Trump has declared three active and ongoing national emergencies. Obama utilized his Congressional-authorized national emergency powers to deal with problems in foreign nations, the bulk of which have proven ineffective and wasteful in terms of time and money. Trump, on the other hand, has hinted that he would use the national emergency powers to better defend our own nation The glaring difference between those priorities is quite telling — as is the staunch opposition to Trump’s doing so by Obama’s fellow Democrats.

Dems Approved $500 Mil for Border Wall... in Foreign Country1m54s

Dems Approved $500 Mil for Border Wall... in Foreign Country

Dems Approved $500 Mil for Border Wall... in Foreign Country As the government shut down continues with the battle over border wall funding not yet resolved, the left’s hypocrisy on the issue continues to be revealed. We have yet another example of how Democratic objections to funding the wall look more like a temper tantrum than an actual, legitimate concern. President Barack Obama helped the Middle Eastern country of Jordan with its construction of a border barrier to the tune of half a billion dollars in 2016 Wait. A country wanted to help stop refugees from entering and Democrats were not only OK with that, but helped pay for it? It gets even better. When the project began in 2008, the price tag was only $20 million. Since then it had grown, as had the cost and amount of funding provided by the United States. So, the United States has funding for a border barrier for a foreign country. But the United States building a barrier and improving upon what is already there is “immmoral.” It is “ineffective.” At least, those are claims being made by Democrats. Every member of Congress has a constitutional duty to “provide for the common defense” of the United States. The funding of such falls under their purview. So, how does funding a foreign country’s border barrier but not our own get passed off as the moral high ground?

Video: Did You Catch the Pelosi Slam Trump Worked into His Speech Last Night? President Donald Trump slammed House Speaker Nancy Pelosi during Tuesday night’s Oval Office address, pointing out that the real “immorality” of the border security debate is the politicians who refuse to do anything. “A wall is an immorality,” Pelosi told the media last Thursday. “It’s not who we are as a nation.” President Donald Trump President Donald Trump It’s a basic concept that has been universally understood since the beginning of time — walls protect people. Pelosi has a barrier protecting the front of her multi-million dollar estate in Napa Valley, California Wealthy politicians have unwittingly proven that barriers work.

Watch: Kellyanne Tears Acosta's Head Off in Brutal Exchange Caught on Camera Before President Donald Trump’s Oval Office address on Tuesday, White House counselor Kellyanne Conway absolutely shredded CNN reporter Jim Acosta in a heated exchange. “Kellyanne, can you promise the president will tell the truth tonight?” Acosta said. “Yes, Jim, and can you promise that you will?” Conway shot. It wouldn’t be surprising if even fellow journalists wanted to avoid Acosta. He has a history of making a fool of himself. “And let me get back in your face because you’re such a smart*** most of the time and I know you want this to go viral,” she said, gesturing to the media gaggle gathered around. “A lot of these people don’t like you.” Exchanges like this are why liberals hate Conway so much. And why she has conservatives cheering.

What Jerry Brown Just Said About Slain Cop Should Have Him BOOTED From Office

What Jerry Brown Just Said About Slain Cop Should Have Him BOOTED From Office It’s no laughing matter when police officers are being killed. California Gov. Jerry Brown, mockingly referred to as “Moonbeam” for decades now, had to have been utterly checked out, knowing that his term would be over on Monday. By now, I’m sure you’ve heard of the utterly tragic story of Newman, California, police Cpl. Ronil Singh, who was shot and killed during a traffic stop in the early morning hours of the day after Christmas. As Fox News notes, the alleged killer, identified as Gustavo Perez Arriaga, is an illegal alien who had multiple DUIs and suspected gang ties. So to recap, Singh, a legal immigrant, was allegedly shot and killed by an illegal immigrant within a “sanctuary state” that helps illegal immigrants hide from the proper authorities. But Gov. Moonbeam thinks that SB54, the “sanctuary state” law, had “nothing to do” with Singh’s death. Brown was asked if he thought bad people could slip through the cracks of such a lenient set of laws. Gov. Jerry Brown for Brown or any other politician to say the permissive atmosphere that gave birth to SB54 had “nothing to do” with Singh’s death is simply a lie, and a slap in the face to Singh’s widow and infant child. Good riddance, Moonbeam. Something tells me you won’t be all that missed.

James Woods Levels Pelosi With 7-Word Bombshell

James Woods Levels Pelosi With 7-Word Bombshell Few people deserve to be excoriated more than Democratic Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi. Few people are better at excoriating leftist nonsense than conservative actor and producer James Woods. Worse than not making sense, Pelosi’s remarks are the utter height of hypocrisy. It only took Woods seven words to nail her on it. Here’s the thing, Mrs. Pelosi. President Trump is not the one diverting attention from a problem here. He is the one facing the reality of a major problem, as the recent, tragic death of a policeman in California showed. And he’s striving to protect the country in the process. That’s far more preferable than a hypocritical hack who’d rather not get anything done.

Democrats Make Their Move on Guns1m41s

Democrats Make Their Move on Guns

House Dems Prepare Law That Will Devastate Private Gun Sales When Democrats regained the majority in the House of Representatives in the midterm elections, gun rights advocates and Second Amendment supporters knew it was only a matter of time before the debate over strict gun control measures heated back up again. It didn’t take long for that concern to become a reality, as The Washington Post reported on Saturday that Democrats had already announced legislation that would mandate “universal background checks” on virtually all firearm purchases across the nation. If passed, the legislation would impose the requirement of a federal background check on all gun sales, even private transactions between consenting individuals. In essence, this proposed law would insert government oversight into the personal business of private citizens, effectively prohibiting the mutual exchange of firearms and money between individuals without the government’s knowledge. However, this bill and the others that will inevitably follow are unlikely to make it past the Senate, as the Democrats would need to convince 13 Republicans to abandon their firearms-friendly constituents. Even if Democrats managed to somehow clear that daunting hurdle in the Senate, they would also have to receive an approving signature from President Trump … another rather unlikely scenario.
