In this Special Weekly News Update Tanya Gaw speaks with UK activist, journalist and champion of the people, Tommy Robinson. In an act of obedience, Action4Canada called upon its members across the land, as well as upon pastors and churches from coast to coast, to participate in our seven week Prayer Walk4Revival campaign from Passover to Pentecost. A4Cs annual Prayer Walk4Revival (W4R) Campaign began April 23, 2024 and continued until June 12th. Twenty nine groups and churches participated coast to coast. Supporting Israel does not mean supporting Netanyahu whose actions, or lack thereof regarding the border breach, has come under rightful scrutiny. Consider if the events of October 7th took place in Canada and it was Canadian citizens who were barbarically slaughtered and hundreds of hostages taken. We would expect that our allies would not only support Canada but also assist us in defending our borders, eliminating the threat and do whatever was necessary to get our loved ones back. Support for Canada would not however mean that they support a treason dictator like Trudeau. Israel as a nation has a right to exist and the people of Israel have a right to expect protection and the return of their family members who are being held hostage. October 7, 2023 is a day that shocked the world as Hamas breached the security wall between Gaza and Israel and went on a murderous rampage killing over 1200 unarmed, innocent civilians and kidnapping over 200 men, women and children. At first Israel's allies around the world supported their military response and right to defend itself from this barbaric attack. However, within a very short period of time the support began to shift and leaders of nations began to turn their back on Israel and the media commenced a misinformation campaign to intentionally demonize Israel. As a result the rise of anti-Semitism around the world rose over 400%. Streets in Europe, the UK, and North America were flooded with pro-Palestinian and pro-Hamas demonstrators who were lying in wait in sleeper cells. Things escalated rapidly and the University and college campuses were also invaded and occupied by radical activists, including faculty, who recruited students and set up encampments, making pro-terrorist and anti-Israel demands. How did this happen? How does this even make sense? What rationale is this based on? Rabbi Jack Zimmerman recently spoke in Calgary addressing the misinformation and providing facts on the history of Israel, so-called Palestine, Palestinians, Hamas propaganda, Gazan deaths, food supply, the two-state solution, occupiers, genocide, apartheid and so much more. Rabbi Jack Zimmerman was born and raised in Brooklyn in a Jewish home. He earned his BA in Radio-TV broadcasting and journalism from Brooklyn College and worked for years in radio and TV. In 1987, his Jewish mother introduced him to Sandie. She turned out to be a practicing Christian and showed Jack Messianic prophecies in his Jewish Bible that described Yeshua. After wrestling with the gospel, Jack finally embraced Yeshua as his Messiah in 1988. The Zimmermans moved to Phoenix and founded Tree of Life Congregation in 2000. David Hunt from the Aristotle Foundation for Public Policy Canada, joins Doris, Action4Canada’s Homeschool Lead, to discuss the latest comprehensive research and statistics from the Cardus Education Survey, comparing outcomes of homeschoolers and private schoolers (whether religious or non-religious) and public schoolers. The age group for the survey is from 24-39. You will be encouraged to see solid evidence that homeschool graduates are thriving both academically and socially and may help put you at ease knowing you’re on the right path with/to homeschooling. David Hunt, BBA & MPP is the Research Director for the Aristotle Foundation for Public Policy in Canada. David has deep and wide experience including as an entrepreneur, business consultant, and as a director of education programs. David has published over one dozen peer-reviewed research studies, written dozens of columns, hosted multiple forums on education, given dozens of speeches on education-related topics including on the benefits of school choice, and has been widely interviewed by the media over the past decade. Three of David’s research papers have been submitted as evidence and/or referenced by experts in court (or court submissions), including to the Supreme Court of Canada. David also teaches occasional courses at the Melville School of Business at Kwantlen Polytechnic University. David holds a Master of Public Policy from Simon Fraser University and a Bachelor of Business Administration (with distinction) from Kwantlen Polytechnic University where he was the Dean’s Medal recipient. David shepherds all Aristotle Foundation research from the idea stage to publication. Born and raised in British Columbia, David and his wife and children live in Metro Vancouver.
