Garlic Fried Prawns (portions for 2):
700g Prawn
1 Tsp onion powder
1 tsp chilli flakes
Salt
25g ghee ( alternatively, the best is olive oil if you don’t have ghee)
½ tsp brown sugar
1 Tsp Dark soy sauce
1 Tsp smoked paprika
50g butter
Lemon Juice
½ onion
1 tbsp garlic paste
Parsley Chopped
