4 egg whites
a pinch of salt
70 g(1/3 cup) sweetener(stevia or other)
add the ground pistachios
bake 25 minutes at 180°C/360°F
250 g(8.8 oz) mascarpone
200 ml/6.7 oz whipping cream
160 g/5.6 oz pistachio cream
decorate with ground pistachios
