1 cup oatmeal and 2 apples. I haven't eaten sugar for a year! No sugar and no flour!

Ingredients:

100 g(1 cup) oat flakes
3 medium apples
80 ml(1/3 cup) water
1 banana
2 eggs
add hot water over 50 g(~1/2 cup) dried cranberries
add hot water over 50 g(~1/2 cup) raisins
1 teaspoon baking powder. 1 teaspoon cinnamon, optional.
Mix all ingredients until smooth.
40 g(1/3 cup) of your favorite nuts
Bake in preheated oven at 360F/180C for approximately 35-40 minutes.
Serve with Greek yogurt and your favorite berries(optional).
