Grinding Einkorn for Sourdough/Food Flop

My recent “Friday Food Flop”—I wondered why it was taking so much longer than
normal to grind my einkorn wheat berries into flour! Now that I’ve perfected
my sourdough, I’ve been trying to add in more whole grains to increase the
