Jonathan Perez is hoping to inspire as many people as possible by showing no matter what the size, you can achieve your goals after completing a triathlon event.
The Puerto Rican resident currently weighs 290lbs and has already lost a staggering 106lbs already but decided to take on the challenge of a gruelling 750 metre swim, 20km cycle and five km run in one event in September.
Jonathan was captured on video throughout the event jogging out of the water and making his way onto the bike ride and finally running over the finish line for a very impressive one hour and 50 minute time for completion.
With this incredibly impressive feat, Jonathan hopes to inspire others to begin their weight loss journey and take on more challenges to achieve their goals.
Jonathan said: "Don't wait until 'Monday' to start, start with as much as you can if you can start with 15mins then start there and build it up over time.
"I want to inspire and motivate."
