In this interview we have 3 guests from Florida Right to Life, and Do no Harm Florida, and we discuss Florida Amendment 4, the right to abortion initiative. Lynda Bell is the President of the Florida Right to Life representing the statewide organization as a delegate to the National Right to Life Committee board of directors in which she also serves as Chairman of the NRLC Board. In her capacity as president, she lobbies at the state Capitol to promote and support pro-life legislation. Lynda is one of the founders of “Do no harm, Florida.’’ Dr John Littell is a board certified family practitioner based in Florida. He has been practicing for 33 years. He worked in the hospital system for a few years and then in an independent practice in 1998 and then started his own practice in 2003. Dr. Littell is the author of "The Hidden Truth: A Physician’s Advice to Women ― and All Who Care for Them" . He is the chairman of Do no Harm Florida. Dr. Rebecca Peck is a board-certified family physician who has worked in government, private and hospital-employed physician environments as a geriatric specialist and family physician. She has been practising medicine for over 20 years. She is a spokesperson of Do no Harm Florida. In this episode, we discuss the following: --Lynda explains what is Florida Amendment 4, the right to abortion initiative, and a bit of the history leading up to the amendment. The ballot will be on November 5, 2024, the same day as the US federal election. --We discuss the Ballot Title : “Amendment to Limit Government Interference with Abortion” -- We discuss the ballot summary, and the fact that many of the words in the summary are vague and misleading and the senate should never have approved this to go to ballot. -- The Amendment 4 ballot summary can be found on the Do No Harm Florida website, with the 5 main concerns highlighted. See references below for that link, and here is the summary. The proposed ballot summary is as follows:[1] “ No law shall prohibit, penalize, delay, or restrict abortion before viability or when necessary to protect the patient’s health, as determined by the patient’s healthcare provider. This amendment does not change the Legislature’s constitutional authority to require notification to a parent or guardian before a minor has an abortion’’ --The sponsor of the bill is Floridians protecting freedom which is a group of allied organisations. The main 2 organisations are Planned Parenthood (the largest abortion provider in America) and the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU). -- We discuss Campaign Finance. There is a big difference in the reported total $ contributions and expenditure for the sponsor versus the contributions and expenditure for the opponents. These figures can be seen on Ballotpedia. At the moment the sponsor have spent USD $19 million. The opponents, USD $73 000. -- The Roe Vs Wade decision of 1973 and the overturning of that decision in June 2022. We talk about what impact all of this had on abortion in the USA. ---What is the Abortion law in Florida right now? Florida’s six-week abortion ban went into effect May 1, 2024 The Exceptions are: To save the pregnant person's life To prevent serious risk to the pregnant person's physical health If the fetus is not expected to survive the pregnancy If the pregnancy is a result of rape and/or incest. -- Is there a political organization behind the sponsor, or some sort of organized campaign to increase abortion in the US. Lynda tell us that the Democrat Party is actively involved. The Democrat mantra used to be safe, legal and rare. Now it’s everywhere. -- On the Floridians protecting freedom website abortion is referred to as healthcare. We discuss with the doctors how can it be called healthcare when the baby is killed and the mother often has health issues following the abortion? -- Dr Peck tells us that less then 1 % of doctors in Florida wish to perform abortions. -- Dr Littell tells us that ACOG, (The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists) put abortion rights on the top of the list of things they want to see available to women. He said the obstetrical profession in America have turned from reproductive healthcare to experts in infertility and killing babies. -- Dr Littell points out that chemical abortion is very profitable for Planned Parenthood. $600 for the pills. The mother can go home and have a miscarriage in the privacy of her own home, with all the risks that that entails, including bleeding to death. -- Dr Littell tells us that what he saw happen during Covid (eg leaving the elderly to die on their own) was intentional, he believes it is an attempt to dehumanize the profession of medicine to make way for a new approach to medicine which has a callous disregard for human life. -- Dr Peck tells us her story, she had 2 abortions herself, but now has 6 children. She explains the effect that has had on her, and how it has motivated her to help as many mothers and babies as she can. -- Dr Peck reminds us that we have lost 63 million babies in the USA to abortion, and we have not really done an accounting of that. -- We discuss the three methods of abortion. The morning after pill (plan B), the chemical abortion and the surgical abortion. -- The chemical abortion is done with both mifepristone (round 1) and misoprostol (round 2). 62% of the abortions in America are done this way. It is $600 USD cost to the patient. The failure rate is 7%. Dr John Littell explains in details how these pills work and what can go wrong. This was meant to be done only up to 9 weeks gestation, however it is being done later than that. The risk of complications increases with a chemical abortion done between 9 and 16 weeks gestation. -- The Ballot sponsor “Floridians protecting freedom” gives advice on their website for Florda women who wish to access the pills for a chemical abortion, post 6 weeks. A website is provided. It appears to provide a way to order these pills online. (including from India, in which case no doctor or nurse is involved). -- We discuss the risks of doing a chemical abortion without a Doctor involved. -- The WHO is pushing for at home abortions up to 24 weeks gestation. -- Dr Peck believes that mothers are not given full informed consent with respect to surgical abortions, and do not understand what is involved. -- We discuss what is the law in the USA when a baby is born alive in an attempted abortion. Who advocates for the baby? We compare with the situation in Australia. Attempts to put in a bill to protect the born alive babies failed in both the USA and Australia -- We discuss these statistics on abortions in America. Over 92% of abortions are performed for social or “other” reasons – because the woman does not want to have the baby. Less than 1% of abortions are performed because the mother’s life is in danger or for cases of rape or incest. 64% of women report feeling pressured into having an abortion; women also report being forced to abort. 48% of abortions are repeat abortions — the woman has already had one or more abortions. -- Has the ease of access to abortion over the last 50 years (since the 1973 Roe vs Wade decision) created a cultural attitude now that no longer values every life as sacred? Gigi Foster is a Professor with the School of Economics at the University of New South Wales, having received her BA from Yale (majoring in Ethics, Politics, and Economics), and her PhD in economics from the University of Maryland. Her research interests and contributions lie in the areas of education, econometric methodology, behavioural economics, and the multi-disciplinary analysis of human behaviour in groups. Professor Foster’s research has been supported by the Australian Research Council, the University of New South Wales, the University of South Australia, the University of Maryland, and the Spencer Foundation, and she has been published in a variety of academic journals including Journal of Public Economics, Quantitative Economics, Higher Education, Human Relations, and Journal of Economic Psychology. Gigi is a nationally awarded economics educator, a member of Australia’s National Economic Panel and the World Well-being Panel . She is also the author of multiple books including “The Great Covid Panic” and “Do Lockdowns and Border closures serve the Greater Good”. In this episode, we discuss the following: - Gigi was on a television program in Australia called Q and A, in 2020. We played a short segment from it during our interview. Gigi was the only one on the panel speaking out against lockdown. The host was Hamish Macdonell and Adjunct Professor Bill Bowtell was present. - Gigi tells us what was biggest economic and human cost from the Lockdown period. She also highlighted the intangible losses eg loss of trust in government and in eachother. Australia is $1 trillion in debt. - Gigi tells us there was clearly a crowd psychology going on, and she did not predict that crowd would form. - In August 2020, Gigi asked where is the cost benefit analysis of the government’s lockdown policy? - Lockdowns were never part of the Westerns world pandemic preparedness plan and lockdowns do not have a good track record of working. - Gigi said we should use data and not computer modelling. The obsession with modelling is about conceit. Retired United States army Lieutenant General Michael Flynn served in the US army for 30 years. This included tours in the Middle East and Central America. He was appointed Assistant Director of National Intelligence in 2011 and then Director of the Defence Intelligence Agency in 2012. Both of these appointments were made by President Obama. He was appointed National Security Advisor by President Trump in late 2016. In this episode, we discuss the following: - General Flynn has said in the past that the US is in the middle of a cultural revolution with some similarities to the Chinese cultural revolution. He tells us that he feels the US is moving away from a constitutional republic and towards socialism and globalism. - We discuss his new documentary film, Flynn – Deliver the truth. Dr Brian Hooker is the Chief Scientific Officer at Children’s Health Defence. He holds 5 patents and is the author of over 70 peer reviewed scientific publications, of which over 20 cover the epidemiology of vaccine injury. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering. And he has a Masters of Science and a doctorate, both in biochemical engineering. Dr Hooker has been active in vaccine safety since 2001. He was a Professor of Biology at Simpson University. In 2013 and 2014, Dr Hooker worked with CDC whistleblower Dr William Thompson to expose fraud and corruption within vaccine safety research in the CDC. He has co-authored a book called “Vax -Unvax, Let the science speak”, with Robert Kennedy Junior. In this episode, we discuss the following: - Dr Hooker tells us about the 2004 study that the CDC scientist, Dr William Thompson, co authored. It concluded that their was no relationship between autism and the first MMR (measles, mumps, rubella) vaccination. See reference below, DeStefano et al.2004. - In 2013 Dr Thompson called Dr Hooker (9 years after the paper had been published) and asked him to look at the data from his 2004 paper. Dr Hooker found a safety signal for African American males who were vaccinated before 36 months, which Dr Thompson confirmed. They were 3.5 times more likely to have autism then those vaccinated after 3 years of age. Dr Thompson revealed that the CDC had known about this since 2001 and had shredded all the data, and concealed the results. - Dr Thompson also knew about CDC fraud regarding injury from mercury in the Hepatitis B, DTAP and haemophilus influenzae B vaccines. - They reviewed this data together for 10 months and over approximately 40 to 50 phone calls. - The MMR study fraud involved diluting out all the children without a valid Georgia birth certificate, thereby making the sample size so small, it was not statistically significant and the safety signal was not reported. - Dr Hooker noted that 80% of all autism is regressive. -- Dr Thompson made a statement in 2014, published via his attorney, testifying to the fact that he and the other authors omitted statistically significant results in that 2004 paper. See references below for the statement. - Dr Hooker did his own study and published in 2014. But after the CDC whistleblower story came out, his paper was retracted and labelled “a danger to public health”. He published another study in 2018. “Reanalysis of CDC Data on Autism Incidence and Time of First MMR Vaccination”. See references below. - There are 9 studies by independent researchers comparing health outcomes of the unvaccinated to the vaccinated. They are reviewed in his book, Vax-Unvax, see Chapter 2. - Dr Hooker tells us that this year alone, in the USA, the children’s vaccination schedule increased from 73 shots to 103, before age 18. So they’ve added 30 shots. - We discuss the Control group problem. The Control group in vaccine trials is not a saline placebo. It has something in it. Eg the Gardasil 2007 trial, the control contained a highly toxic amorphous aluminium hydroxyphosphate sulfate. Which is a strong adjuvant. Then in the second Gardasil trial of 2014, (called Gardasil 9) they used the old Gardasil (Gardasil 4) in the control group. This masks the adverse events found in the vaccinated arm of the trials, because the adverse events are found in both arms of the trial. - Dr Hooker tells us that then CDC director, Julie Gerberding approved the Gardasil vaccine, and then one year later she left the CDC and had a position at Merck. - We ask Dr Hooker why is thimerosal (mercury) in vaccines at all. Which ones is it in and what side effects occur. We also discuss the danger of vaccines containing mercury for the unborn child (prenatal shots). - Dr Hooker tells us that the CDC now has recommended 2 flu shots per child under 9, per year. But the multidose vial for influenza contains mercury which has a near infinite half life. - Dr Hooker tells us about his son, who was vaccinated on time. His son was speaking and walking before his 15 month shots. But after the shots, he became very ill, a fever for 18 days and other symptoms, and has been diagnosed with autism, and is non verbal.
