Home intruder gets "cut to pieces" by a Florida man with a seven-inch garden knife after the intruder shot the man's wife in the face during an apparent robbery. ‘Florida Man’ remains undefeated. Intruder 62-year-old Lindsey Glenn is dead after a 69-year-old Florida man stabbed him to death after Glenn allegedly broke into the home and shot the man's wife. Glenn entered the home by pretending to be in need of a notary (the wife) when he pulled out a gun and shot her in the face. "Once armed with the knife, he went to work on Mr. Lindsey Glenn," Sheriff Paul Blackman said. "Ultimately, the suspect, Lindsey Glenn, was cut to pieces and was very much deceased by the time deputies could get to him." - "I would like to commend the male victim for his bravery and quick action in defending his wife in their home. We will pray for his wife that she has a fast and full recovery." Glenn had been sent to prison six times after being convicted of 12 different felonies. The wife was rushed to the hospital and is currently in stable condition.

Apocalyptic scenes out of Houston, Texas as severe thunderstorms sweep through the city, demolishing buildings in the downtown area. 80 mph winds blew out windows in downtown Houston and knocked out power for 1 million residents. Four people have reportedly been killed by the storm including a mother and her newborn. Two people were killed by falling trees and a third person was killed by a falling crane. The mother was concerned about a tree’s stability so she went to move her car when the tree fell and pinned her down. A 73-year-old man was working in a cement truck when a crane fell on top of him.
