Christmas Is Over 2020 Full Band (An Original Song)
Another Christmas has come and gone. While the lockdowns of 2020 were a huge dumpster fire, the one thing we could always find to get excited about was Christmas.
With stringing up tree lights, buying gifts and singing the traditional old songs, Christmas was never something to leave people feeling disappointed. In fact I even wrote some new songs this year because I was excited about the holiday season.
But now that Christmas has come and gone, with nothing to do but focus on the new year, I can already feel the depression setting in.
I wrote this song because I wanted some way to preserve some element of Christmas cheer.
And while I sang a solo version a few years back, I always wanted to try it with a saxophone, piano and guitar. So I recorded it again as a full band arrangement.
Please give a listen like and subscribe to my YouTube Channel and Website and please pass this along so that it can be heard by others to grow this community.
Thanks.
Lyrics:
Verse 1
Left over presents,
We’ve turned off the Yule Log;
Recycled gift wrapping,
Table scraps for the dog.
Chorus
Christmas is over,
But the fog hasn’t cleared;
Give me more joy and laughter,
I can’t wait till next year.
Verse 2
Christmas card strings,
A wreath on the door;
So many presents
Once covered the floor.
Verse 3
Candy canes and hot chocolate,
Eggnog and rum,
The scent from the pine cones
Now only memories not gone.

The Christmas Train (An Original Song)
The Christmas Train is an original song about a magical train that comes once a year to help Santa deliver candy canes and gifts to all the children around the world.
If only this song could be true, I think it would make the entire world a better place.
I hope you enjoy this song. We had lots of fun making it, as you can see in the video.
Please remember to like and subscribe and checkout my website www.coyotecreekblues for more free songs and guitar lesson downloads.

The Christmas Train
(Intro)
Chugga-chugga-chugga-chugga-chugga-chugga-woo-woo.(Repeat 4 times).
Chorus
The Christmas train
Soon will be here,
Tonight we go to bed
And awake to a song of cheer.
Verse 1
Don’t give up hope
When life ain’t going well,
Can you hear the whistle blow?
As the fireman rings the bell.
Verse 2
Rolling down the track,
In the middle of the night,
Train cars in the snow,
A string of Christmas Lights.
Verse 3
Hear the rumble of the train
As it comes around the bend,
It’s loaded up with gifts
And candy canes for your friends.
Verse 4
A toy car for every boy,
And a dolly for each girl,
And thanks to this train
We all live in a better world.
Outro: Chuga-chuga, chuga-chuga, chuga-chuga, woo-woo. (Repeat 4 times).

Christmas Is Over (An Original Song)
I love Christmas Nativity Scenes, Santa, Egg Nog, Presents, Candy Canes, Hot Chocolate Christmas Trees, Lights, Ornaments, Wreaths, Jingle Bells, Putz Houses... but most of all I love the songs!
Every Christmas its like this build-up and release that leaves you feeling drained when it's all over. This is what inspired me to write Christmas Is Over.

Disconnected Full Band Arrangement (By The Disconnected Band)
This is the full band version of "Disconnected" an original song that I recently downloaded as a solo voice and guitar arrangement. (Lyrics and Photo Credits below)
The music to "Disconnected" was originally featured as an instrumental in a video entitled "Illegal Dumping City of San Jose." This video was picked up by Maria Medina, who featured a story about the illegal dumping and trash and a growing homeless encampment along the stretch of Monterey Highway (between Coyote and Morgan Hill) on KPIX Channel 5 news. Maria interviewed me {the resident) and then included the responses from City Counsel person Sergio Jimenez and Mayor Sam Liccardo.
The KPIX video generated a response that lead to a clean up of the area, but it also made me realize that there were more encampments springing up all over my city.
I created a full band arrangement of "Disconnected" and included background photos of various homeless encampments around the city to bring attention to the homeless problem in San Jose. I see this as a microcosm of a macrocosm because I know that there are so many people who have been displaced and are struggling right now in several cities across my state and throughout the country.
If I can accomplish anything with this video, I hope I can bring more attention to this problem and bring help to these people. Homelessness requires help beyond providing shelter or financial assistance; a successful program should also include drug rehabilitation programs, health and mental health services and domestic abuse programs.
Thanks for reading this and for taking a moment to listen to my video!
Lyrics to Disconnected
(Chorus)
How did you and me
Become disconnected?
Are we
Canceled and rejected?
And when
The problem’s dissected
It’s clear
We’ve both been infected...
Don’t want homeless people
In their neighborhood…
Between feces and the garbage
It don’t look good.
Don’t look for a solution
When there’s nothing there...
Just give an inch of ground
If there’s something to spare...
Flashing red lights…
A car stuck in the cold…
Homeless man sleeping
Under a bridge by the road.
A child goes to bed
With nothing to eat;
She can’t sleep when she hears
people fighting in the street.
A drive by shooting…
A hit and run car…
An Amber Alert
They won’t get far.
A crime scene photo…
Yellow tape, “Don’t Cross;”
She was just a little girl…
Another life lost,
A police shooting…
Stand up for Black Lives…
How soon do they forget?
How many more die?
The police killed him…
We heard it on the news;
It only takes one spark
To light the fuse.

Disconnected Solo Guitar and Vocal
l uploaded a video entitled "Illegal Dumping City of San Jose" that documented an expanding problem with homeless people being left to live among heaps of discarded trash, old furniture and abandoned vehicles along Monterey near Union Pacific RR in the City of Coyote in San Jose, California. In that video, I featured an instrumental version of my original song called "Disconnected."
This video includes my original song and it documents another homeless encampment that is just up the road along Capitol Expressway in San Jose, right in back of the Burger King restaurant. These encampments are popping up all around San Jose and many of the encampments are right next to residents despite of the Covid 19 pandemic.
City Council Person Sergio Jimenez and Mayor Sam Liccardo cleaned up the encampment on Monterey that was the subject of my original video. I hope I speak for all the residents in the area when I say that we really appreciated their rapid response. However, we realize that this is a growing problem that goes beyond cleaning up one encampment,. There is still more work to do to fix the growing homeless problem in San Jose. Many of these people could benefit from drug rehabilitation programs and mental health services.
I hope this video will bring more attention to the homeless problem in San Jose, California and that it might benefit the homeless people in someway to receive more assistance or help.

Locked Up Locked Down (Coronavirus Statewide Lockdown) An Original Song
This song is for all the people who have been effected by social distancing or by lockdowns due to the Corona Virus.
In California we have a statewide lockdown and everyday we hear news of the latest victims of this virus.
My heart goes out to anyone who has lost someone or who has been effected by this virus.
For me, the mask mandates of Gavin Newsom and the other Governors have become a struggle between freedom and suppression of everything we enjoy as Americans.
Do we allow ourselves to loose everything over fear of catching a virus, or do we open up the economy again in spite of it?
Not even the Spanish Flu closed an economy and oppressed people around the world like the Coronavirus has done in the year of 2020.
Lyrics:
Chorus
Locked up, locked down,
I’ve been pushed around;
I’m tired of being a prisoner
But they have me in lock down.
Locked down…
Locked up…
Locked down...
Verse 1
Covid 19’s from a bat
Or a bio lab they say,
It’s gonna kill two million people,
Don’t go to church to pray.
It stays upon a surface
And even on your clothes,
You better practice social distancing
So no one is exposed.
Verse 2
I think it’s time to panic,
Shelves are empty at my store,
No Masks or toilet paper
I can’t find them anymore.
Restaurants do take out
The bars have been shut down,
They’ve even locked up all the parks
In my own hometown.
Bridge
The fears that used to haunt me
Don’t matter anymore,
Gonna bust these cell walls
Gonna break down the door.
I don’t wanna be stuck here
But I’m locked inside my house,
Can’t afford my mortgage,
I’m only waiting for the bail out.
Verse 3
Imprisoned in my home
Is not the life a choose,
Deaths around the world
Are plastered on the news,
Gonna break this curfew
And sometime I just may
Tell 'em all to stick it
I ain't living this away!

They Gave It To Sleepy Joe (A Song About The 2020 Election Fraud)
I wrote this song because I was disgusted by 2020 election results. All of the evidence that is emerging clearly suggest some sort of fraud was involved. Which is even further supported by the fact that they are trying to censor and shut down all Conservatives. We will not and should not stand for this steal!

Interesting - Song For Kristina Karamo Volunteer Poll Worker/Whistleblower
I wrote this song based on an article in The Gateway Pundit titled "“They Were Like a Pack of Dogs!” – Detroit Voter Fraud Witness describes election night chaos (VIDEO)" By Ben Wetmore on Published November 18, 2020 at 5:23pm. In this article, Kristina Karamo, Volunteer Poll Worker/Whistle Blower who worked at TCF Center/Cobo Hall in Detroit during the 2020 Presidential Election describes who she was pressured to flip votes and was witness to a 3:30 AM ballot dump.
Lyrics:
Song For Kristina Karamo (Volunteer Worker and Whistleblower from the 2020 Election Polls In Detroit)
Verse 1
I’m a volunteer worker,
I worked at the polls.
To take part in election,
Was my only goal.
They threatened my children,
And then threatened me,
They Couldn’t stand that I worked
With the GOP.
Chorus
How did it get like this?
I don’t really see,
Can somebody tell me
Where’s the Democracy?
Verse 2
I believe in fair elections,
I did support Trump,
I’ll tell you that I witnessed
A 3:30 ballot dump.
Mainstream media ignored it,
No one listed to me.
They refused to hire
Challengers from the GOP.
Bridge
I saw some ballots spoiled,
But none were cast off;
The poll workers surrounded
like a mean pack of dogs.
They said that one should go
To the Democrat.
Their eyes looked like demons
From the place where I sat.
Verse 3
I wanted to be a poll worker,
No Republicans applied,
That’s what the clerk told me;
I think the clerk lied.
I’m here to report it,
I’ve contacted the news.
While they replace a true story
With the lies that they choose.

It's All About The Control (an original song)
This is my original song about about Gavin Newsom and Nancy Pelosi and life during the Coronavirus lockdown.
Lyrics:
Control
Verse 1
Why do they need cameras
On every street light pole?
Do they think that we guidance,
We’re under this system controlled,
Chorus
Control,
Control.
It’s all about the control,
And if they can make you do more things
They can finally have
You controlled.
Verse 2
Why should we be censored,
For having a thought they don’t like?
Did you know your searches are guided?
While the mainstream news tells you lies.
Verse 3
Prepare for more rolling blackouts,
While fires rage through your state,
The governor’s winery stays open,
He says wearing masks is our fate.
Verse 4
They’ve closed all the libraries,
Schools are closed everywhere,
We cant even go to a barber,
While Madam Speaker blows out her hair.
Verse 5
Why can’t I eat in a restaurant?
I can only do drive-thru by car,
We can’t even go to a ball game
Or have a drink at the bar.

Zombie Trailer Park Song (Original Song)
I wrote this song after my car was totaled by a drunk driver in 2011. I was playing a lot of Zombie Trailer Park at that time, and the game just sort of wrote itself into the song. Lyrics:
Gonna find the son of bitch that hit my car,
Verse 1
Gonna chase him down to Zombie Trailer Park.
That hit and run driver better run and hide,
Cause if he gets eaten by a zombie he’s gonna get squishified.
Chorus
Gonna chase him down to Zombie Trailer Park.
Verse 2
Got a shovel and a shotgun and I just can’t miss,
Gonna let him know I’m a survivalist.
Cause when you shake my trailer I’m gonna settle the score,
And when you try to eat my kinfolk it’s a total war.
Verse 3
Got a salvage yard a chapel and a moonshine still,
Gonna chase him with a harvester and get my thrills.
When you hear my yee-haw you better run,
I’m gonna hit you with an air strike, gonna have some fun.
Repeat Verse 1 and Chorus
