in this Vlog post I speak about what Accountability nation is and Who I am. I speak as to future plans as a creator as well.

after a workout stretching is important. also just a chat and sharing of ideas. Our journeys are in route.

Part 4 is more showing what I can do with the mindset to do it. more training as well with Little Ricky who has agreed to training with me. he is my first so I am learning how to train another person.

more teaching more workout..... I am still in recovery workouts so I want to get my body moving while teaching Ricky how I move.

my first attempt to record workout sessions also I am starting to train a friend. He is allowing me to learn to teach as my test student.
