Drinking around 4 liters of black salted coffee, used my last scoop of bone broth in one coffee, and for dinner -500ml of water boiled with lemon, ginger, cayenne pepper and salt. Then after the fast I will introduce meat and eggs. Might have to do more water fasts if I cannot lose a pound every day. Probably will have to do a fast for a week.

The problem with the Rotatrim, is it scratches the paper immediately behind the cutter. The solution, is to ensure enough spacing between images.
