The propaganda says that only XYs can have complete androgen insensitivity syndrome, which was previously called testicular feminization as in XYs, due to the presence of the male sex organ (testicles), there is excess circulating testosterone. We are told that these XYs therefore become females. We are told by testosterone experts like Dr. Carole Hooven that XX patients simply do not get CAIS, and if they did, nothing would happen. Well, as we all remember, I corrected her regarding the existence of de novo mutations in the sperm of fertile males, and she acknowledged that I was correct. Testosterone does play a role in follicular development. Therefore, it is predictable that an XX patient with ovaries who was completely androgen insensitive would also be infertile via the female pathway, completely distinct from the male infertility that men with CAIS get. You cannot tell me that these two kinds of CAIS infertility are both female. The sex class division is real and relevant regardless of how the person appears. Who knows how many women never got to know why they were infertile because medicine was playing god, telling us these males were female, and ignoring categorically distinct female health needs?

Through patient ecological management, colonizers have been able to revitalize and even cultivate ever-expanding breeds of medicalized indigenous genders. Instead of recognizing their incurable lack of deep comprehension of all 15,000+ years and 2 continents’ worth of Native spiritualism, and how it does or does not map onto the reality of sex as well as modern colonizer conceptions of “gender,” self-professed colonizer-aligned institutions and professions are still, now, and forever fully embracing a sense of control over the spiritual lives of indigenous people. They are self-nominating to lead the charge to take this ‘collapsed’ gender ecological understanding and then the gender bellows to expand it again into some 3D colonizer fantasy “universe of gender.” However, the one idea they will refuse to entertain is that they as white Christian colonizers are wrong because white Christian nationalism is flawed and incomplete. That would have implications for the supremacy of their God, and monotheists simply cannot have that. Ever since Akhenaten, they have not been able to cope with the existence of other belief systems. So they will only concede to having been wrong in the past - and how gracious are they to acknowledge it, better even than other white colonizers - followed by the triumphant announcement that they are now even more correct, having learned nothing about their capacity to be wrong. They will not be persuaded that male, female, woman, and man, are not genders.

I sit down with Robynne Merguerdjan, who underwent medical “transition” surgeries in the 1990s, including top and bottom surgery, in what is colloquially known as the male-to-female direction.
