Ruby also posted this apparently now-deleted tweet: "What happens when a nurse removes a dissolvable stitch that shouldn’t be removed, incision gapes gets infected, kidney infection, sepsis, boyfriend finds you nearly dead on the sofa so straight to a&e for a double Mastectomy. @RedThunder_100 saved my life." The damage from this, especially any brain damage, may not be fully apparent immediately. Help is available. Sepsis related brain injury symptoms can look like a lot of things, including attention issues, emotional regulation problems, depression, and behavior/judgment issues. It can also look like narcolepsy, diabetes insipidus, and central sleep apnea. Brain damage can also be very focal, like losing a previously learned skill such as speaking. Emotional trauma and medical PTSD can also cause cognitive impairment and other symptoms. It can be hard to tease these two independent causes of functional impairment apart in a particular individual who acquires both simultaneously. If I were in Ruby's position I would want some sort of scan, preferably MRI, to see whether there were any significant brain lesions created during this episode. I would also want SLP evaluation to establish cognitive baselines. I would eventually want a sleep study and EEG. Please be kind to yourself in the coming weeks and months. Dr. Tandy Aye is a pediatric endocrinologist who believes in transgender newborns and castrating minors on the basis of how many years they've been groomed, rather than age or developmental level. She's a proud member of Our Lady of the Perpetual Hormone Replacement Therapy. As an American, she's likely in the American Academy of Pediatrics, which means they've been plotting the gender affirming minor castrations for a long time. This talk was given in 2018, which is the same year Jazz Jennings was castrated at 17.
