Heroic Missions are unlocked once the player has completed the requisite fifty (50) levels in adventure mode - through Tier 10 Map 5. In order to clear each Heroic Mission, each boss must be defeated by a leader from each faction. In other words, five (5) separate defeats. This is made more difficult as the mini levels for each boss is increased by ten (10), in addition to other unique effects that these bosses have. What do you get for spending real world money? 〰️〰️〰️ According to Blizzard, money payments can be applied to cosmetic appearances and to purchase materials. One can play the entire story without needing to spend real world cash. My experience is that while it would speed things up, spending cash is not necessary to enjoy the game. 〰️〰️〰️ Is there any objectionable material in Diablo Immortal? 〰️〰️〰️ As you would expect in a hack-and-slash game, there is lots of animated violence - typically blood, guts and gore. While female characters can show some cleavage, they are not overly sexualized or objectified. 〰️〰️〰️ Is Diablo Immortal fun to play? Is the game challenging? Is this game a grind? 〰️〰️〰️ Blizzard typically makes their games a little easy on the front side and slowly ramps up the difficulty once one has spent some time with the game. This model appears to be used here as well. One should easily get to level 15 or 20 with no real difficulty. 〰️〰️〰️ Is Diablo Immortal playable on a mobile device? 〰️〰️〰️ Blizzard says Diablo Immortal can be played on a mobile device. This game would not load in Bluestacks, an Android emulator for mobile devices, so we do not have direct experience on mobile game play. Based on the PC version, we do not see how one can reasonably enjoy playing Diablo Immortal on a mobile device. This game takes 27 Gigabytes of space on my PC. While I expect that number to be smaller for mobile devices, even one (1) gigabyte would tax many mobile devices. Secondly, the controls work well with a keyboard. If one has a portable controller, this would be helpful for playing this game on a mobile device. One needs to move the character and press a key which will activate the spell or action the character is to use. How this can be done without a controller and still be enjoyable, I simply do not see. 〰️〰️〰️ What about in-game advertisements? How many are there? How intrusive are they? Do you get anything for enduring them? 〰️〰️〰️ While there is the customary in-game offers for in-game items, I have not encountered any 3rd party advertising. 😊️ This is definitely a good thing. 〰️〰️〰️ What is the story in Diablo Immortal? 〰️〰️〰️ The events of Diablo Immortal takes place five (5) years after Diablo 2. The story centers around a demon trying to collect shards of the Worldstone - which was destroyed in Diablo 2 - in order to do bad things. You - the hero - need to prevent this from happening. Blizzard is not known for writing engaging stories and this one certainly follows suit. 〰️〰️〰️ Is this a commitment game or a casual game? 〰️〰️〰️ Diablo Immortal is definitely a commitment game. Boomland fits that description. Boomland can be challenging although we have found this game more frustrating than challenging. We do not mind learning and experimenting to clear a level. However when one is failing dozens of times, we believe the game may be frustrating. When we are failing dozens of times, we believe that the level is too difficult. ~~~~~ What about in-game advertisements? How many are there? How intrusive are they? We applaud this game for that feature. ~~~~~ What are the pros and cons of this game? ~~~~~ Pros: A simple game to pick up and understand. The player gets to blow stuff up - sometimes sky high. Has background music. Cons: Very difficult game, especially in the early levels. While this game has a 3 level tutorial, this game could use a longer one to learn the nuances of the game. ~~~~~ Do you recommend this game? ~~~~~ If one played Angry Birds and got frustrated because one could not get the birds to do what was desired, this game eliminates that frustration. If one enjoys destruction-type games, this one will suffice. As far as children goes, we will leave that up to the parents. While we have found nothing beyond the obvious, it is that obvious that some parents may object to.

Blockoli heals 400 hit points to the plant on its immediate right. (+50 healing per level except levels 4 and 8.) Blockoli can heal every six (6) seconds. (-1 second on levels 4 and 8.) When given plant food, Blockoli heals all plants in a 3x3 area around it. This effect happens every time Reinforce-Mint is planted. Commentary: While the obvious use case would be for plants like Wall-nut or Tall-nut, Endurian would be a nice plant as it damages zombies who eat it. Same with a powered up Murkadamian Nut. Chard Guard would be nice allowing for quicker regeneration of the leaves. Pumpkins would also be a nice plant as it would allow for some melee plants like Bonk Choy or Snapdragon to be better protected while being on the front lines. Bottom Line: Blockoli's 75 + Pumpkin's 150 = 225 Sun * 5 = 1,125 Sun which is quite a lot to spend on defense. Blockoli + Wall-nut = 125 which is not a bad block. Although Tall-nut costs the same and has many more hit points, blocks fliers and saves a column. We do not “hate” Blockoli. It's not a bad plant. We just find the use case quite limited.
