What do you do when you are so fed up with an industry and you no longer even want to be a part of it. You diversify! I can't stand the vast majority of modern games and the crap that occurred with Stellar Blade and the censorship clearly mandated by Sony was the final straw. Nintendo heavily censored many of their games back in the NES and early SNES lifespan. Once the ratings boards came to be, Nintendo lightened up on the censorship significantly. Today, there is next to no censorship on Nintendo platforms. Sony on the other hand seems to be going out of their way to censor games. I provided a few examples in my video. #censorship #ps5 #metalgearsolid #tombraider Video game companies are eventually going to destroy themselves and they will do it with censorship. Nintendo heavily censored many of their games back in the NES and early SNES lifespan. Once the ratings boards came to be, Nintendo lightened up on the censorship significantly. Today, there is next to no censorship on Nintendo platforms. Sony on the other hand seems to be going out of their way to censor games. I provided a few examples in my video. "SILPHEED" is a vertical scrolling 3D shooter game released by GAMEARTS in 1986. The player boards the air fighter SA-08 SILPHEED and sets out to crush the insurgency. The Sega CD port is an enhanced version of the game. In this video, I show both. The game's story concerns a space war campaign when terrorists—led by a man named Xacalite—hack into the mother computer of Earth, granting them control over all the space weaponry of the solar system. The Earth's only hope is a small fleet outside the computer's reach, provided with a squadron of SA-77 Silpheed dogfighters (referred to as "prototypes" in the manual for the PC version).
