In this practice, Guided Jin Shin Jyutsu Relaxation Meditation to Relieve Anxiety, I incorporate the basics of Jin Shin Jyutsu acupressure points along with deep breathing to improve feelings of well-being, alertness, and relaxation.
In order to reap the full benefits, focus on the pulsing sensation on each finger, before moving onto the next.
This is a longer meditation practice, if you are short on time, just decrease the amount of time you hold each finger.
