Tapping Technique for Stress Relief and Focus starts off with a few deep breaths to center the mind and body.

We then move on to 3 rounds of tapping on the different acupressure points to acknowledge, vent and relieve build-up of stress. Round 4 and 5 will aid in improving focus so you are better equipped at achieving your goals.
