Today after the Heavy Squats and Deadlifts, Ice bath for 8 minutes was completed. I hope to spread the awareness for Strength training and Ice bath.
It may look very hard and illogical to do Ice bath. But is surely has some health benefits. Ice bath and Strength could be done safely and it all depends on method and constant guidance.
