Yup that is called Tonnage. I did not Lift it in one go 😛🤨. Tonnage is calculated as
Sets X Reps X Total weight.
Some Lifters train with an aim to achieve a certain Tonnage in a workout. This was my Tonnage for Deadlift. Please give this video a Rumble.

Blacking 😤🗯 Out Under the Heavy Bar🏋🏋. VLog 2.June 2021
Every now and then I experience a micro Blackout, just when I finish the rep. This happens only in Press. First set is where I failed the second rep after a very long Grind and that could be the reason why. All good.

Getting folded 🤮😫 under a bar Squatting
Yup!! That is how it felt. Reason being the Bar Path. The Bar was not on the midfoot during the descent and that makes it an inefficient Lift. I was however still able to achieve the depth but couldn't do another rep.
Weight North of 205 kg makes me commmit mistakes.

What do I mean by Silent Deadlifts??🤔🤔
To ensure that there is No Slack in the bar and the bar sleeves do not make any noise when the bar leaves the floor. This is done by Lifting the chest up hard, feeling the bar heavy in the hands, and heavy on foot and push the floor.

VLog Warm ups 23 June 2021. Deadlifts Low back pain and how I fixed it. Movement is Medicine.
Hi guys this video is my Light to medium Deadlifts session.
I had Low back pain, so I did lots of sets of 2 reps, not all videos are shown.
In my experience 'Movement is Medicine, Motion is Lotions' and it has worked for me every time.
Every one has different levels of tolerance and Lifting could be the last thing for some people.
I however choose to keep moving and Lifting according to the pain level. So far no amount of pain has made me stop moving or Lifting.
The pain intensifies and reaches a Crescendo and then mostly disappears.
This is my experience and I am not suggesting it.

Hi guys this was a session where I felt I could do Deadlift all, I was in a groove and the bar moved really well. It is all about doing basics correct and that session I did everything correct.
