High protein French toast recipe
This is the NEW best French toast I’ve ever made 🔥🔥and it has 75 grams of protein for 4-5 slices of bread🥵 ingredients are below, run to your kitchen and make it 🥂 and don’t forget to buy my cookbook 👺
🍞INGREDIENTS🍞
- 40 grams (1 cup) of fruity pebble French toast (you can use less to save yourself some calories)
- 240Ml (1 cup) of milk 🥛
- 2 eggs 🥚
- 1 TSP of Vanilla extract (optional)
- 4 to 5 slices of a bread 🍞 (I used a 70 calorie per slice bread)
- 60 grams of vanilla protein powder
- TOPPINGS: 2 TBSP Coconut 🥥 whip cream and 60 grams (4 TBSP) of light syrup
👨🏾🍳PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS👨🏾🍳
Into a blender, add the fruity pebbles, milk 🥛, egg 🥚, vanilla extract, protein powder, and blend u tik it’s creamy. Pour the mixture into a bowl, coat you bread in it (this should be a fast process, don’t let the bread get too soggy 🤓) cook on medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes (time varies based on cooking appliances) add the 🥥 whip cream, and syrup on top and taste the greatness you just made 🥂💪🏾
