Cute catboy
Haven't been uploading a lot due to school stuff, so heres a short of a cute cat. Since I just talked about homelessness, I also recommend adopting homeless pets. Doing so helps give the pet longer lifespans while also helping the populations of birds that help the ecosystem.

The best way to support the homelessness
If you're wondering what's the best way to support homeless communities, the answer is rather simple, give them homes.
That may sound expensive, but let me explain. By giving homeless people homes, taxpayers are saving more money. In fact, a "study by the economic roundtable found that over a six year period, Santa Clara spent 68% less money taking care of them" (Goldberg, "Giving Homeless people..."). The specific causes of such a cost drop has to do with two main costs. Medical bills and Police funding.
For medical expenses, homeless people have put a huge strain on the hospitals. They are "5 times more likely to get sent to the emergency department,, which costs taxpayers $3,700 per visit, make up 1/3 of all hospital visits, and spend on average 3 nights in the hospital, costing taxpayers $9,000" (Garnett, "The Business case..." ) . They are fuincuintly sent to urgent care because since they lack access to basic healthcare needs, any sustainable source of food and water, get addicted to drugs, and live in inhumane conditions, they are more likely to be exposed to mental, chronic, and illnesses. As a result, not only are homeless people taking up hospital space, but taxpayers are spending millions of dollars for their care. However, when homeless people are given housing, "the cost for both health care and emergency department is reduced by around 60%" (Garnett, "The Business case...). This is due to them having a chance to have a chance to mentally collect themselves, have access to basic necessities like medicine and nutrients, and have a chance to have a stable income,. This healthier lifestyle results in less hospital visits, which leads to less taxpayer funding going toward their care and less hospital space being taken up.
For police, it not only has to do with their funding, but also their main purpose. The U.S government has spent "$193 billion dollars on law enforcement and corrections in 2017" , with "local governments responsible for 2/3 of that spending" ("How much do..."). While that number is huge, it unfortunately doesn't help this issue that much. First of all, the main purpose of the police is to catch criminals, so not only does dealing with homeless people prevent them from arresting people who are doing actual harm, but the police officers wouldn't know how to handle the situation and would treat them like any other criminal. Second, the homeless person in question would either have his camp, which is their only home, removed or sent to prison, where they would be treated like shit and wouldn't get sufficient job training or healthcare. However, if given a home, the homeless person would get a chance to be a contributing member of society, but there would more focus on social programs that could handle situations the police aren't trained for at a fraction of the cost. This would lead to some of the police funding going toward these programs, but since the police would be able to focus more on capturing dangerous criminals, so be it.
Now their maybe some people who think just giving them housing is unfair, but think of it this way, by giving them housing, they would be able to get jobs, open businesses, live happy lives, save taxpayers millions, support their communities, potentially bring something new to the U.S, via research, jobs, technology, etc., and raise a happy family.

How to Enjoy doing YouTube (or being an online entertainer) #Shorts #Howto #Youtube #socialmedia
If you're feeling down because you're not getting a lot of views or life is being a pain, I got five tips to help
Tip#5: Take a break (If you are going through some stuff with family, job, school, etc. or feeling a little burned out, know that it's okay to take a break. Focus on the immediate issue for now and return whenever you feel comfortable and if you want to, let your audience know what's going on and maybe ask them for help)
Tip#4: Do what you enjoy (If your passionate about something and want to use this platform to show the world what you can do, do it. Don't do something just because everyone else is doing it and worry if some people will judge you, but do it because it is something you generally want to do it)
Tip#3: Focus on your audience (What I mean is instead of focusing on growing your audience as fast as possible, try to entertain your established fanbase. Your audience will grow over time, so try to concentrate and try to connect with your fans)
Tip#2: Be persistent (If this is the career you want to partake in, then you got to be consistent. As stated in tip #5, it is okay to take breaks if necessary, but you have to make sure that you audience is engaged and that your not slacking off)
Tip#1: Have fun

How to tell if someone is full of shit #news #Shorts #howto #bodylanguage #foxnews #theoffice
If you believe that a certain KKK Andy Bernard reject is credible source, you need to look at these five tips
Tip#5: body language (If someone is sweating alot, pointing or tapping excessively, isn't making eye contact, fidgeting , Voice is charging (change in volume or speed), or tip twitching, there is a chance that the person is lying)
Tip#4: Review the story (Important for news stories. Look at the story and ask yourself the following questions, this story important, how does it effect you, Is there something else more important they should report, are the sources cited(articles, studies, research papers, etc) credible, and are there any good or bad guys and if so why?)
Tip#3: Look at how they are telling the story (Does this contradict with a previous statement or piece of evidence, Is there a implication of bias, Do they heavily imply something and if so what is it, Are they giving you the full story, Do they seem to know what they are talking about, Are they qualified to talk about the subject, and is their evidence flimsy)
Tip#2: Do research (If your confused by a subject or story, look for research papers or studies of the topic. No random post from some random guy from Facebook or twitter. Not only will you understand the issue better, but you will also be less likely to be exposed to biases and BS)
Tip#1: Use common sense (Nothing much to say for this one, just look at the claim and see if it makes sense and is backed up by credible evidence)

How to prevent another pandemic #Shorts #Howto #Health #fitness #America
If think this Pandemic unparalleled torture and ass and don't want another one to occur, Then follow these 5 steps
Step #5: Support medical institutions and workers (Hospitals need more resources like bed, ventilators, stretchers, etc, to be able to help people who are suffering from fatal illnesses other than covid-19. Hospital workers need better pay, more benefits, and some paid leave especially now. Also, get vaccinated).
Step #4: More diverse ecosystems (Helps the air quality, produce more natural resources, cooler temperatures, but it also helps many different endangered animals. Animals that help the planet and maybe predators to animals with harmful bacteria to humans like covid-19).
Step #3: Stop the spread of misinformation (Misinformation is one of the main reasons why the pandemic was as bad as it was. Misinformation, especially during a pandemic but in general, leads to more violence, arbitrary deaths, relationships being ruined, and assholes making profit)
Step #2: Universal income (Another reason the pandemic was as bad as it was is the eviction crisis. Universal income results in people being able to pay rent, get necessities like food, repairs, and bills, being able close the wealth gap, and help local businesses and American's economy due to more spending (Also would recommend a $20 minimum wage)).
Step #1: Medicare for all (One of the most oblivious steps during a health crisis. A government paid healthcare system would lead to people not going bankrupt because of medical bills, pisses off insurance companies, improved treatments and care, and helps people get access to lifesaving treatments and use the money that would go to paying for the treatment to local businesses and support their community)

How to help your MAGA relative/friend #Shorts#Howto#MAGA#politics
If someone you know is a fan of the Cheeto Jaba the Hut baby boy, use these tips to help them snap back to reality
Tip#1: Get them off fox news (Fox news, OAN, Newsmax, and many other conservative news outlets are responsible for spewing misinformation and lies about the 2020 election and covid-19 pandemic, amplifying KKK talking points, and mainly talk about culture wars in order to get their viewers mad and engaged in their broadcast. Try to callout their misinformation and explain to your relative what parts their cutting out, exaggerating, misconstruing , parts with a clear double standard, and stories they straight up dropped)
Tip#2: Get them off social media (They also get their information from platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube. Platforms with the lots of conservative users that keep sending them the same type of content even if that content is dangerous or false by an algorithm with the sole purpose to keep them engaged on the platform. So get them off of social media, try to callout misinformation coming from people like Ben Shapiro, Steven Crowder, and Candace Owens, and get social media platforms to enforce harsher penalties for spreading misinformation)
Tip#3: Talk to them (Many of these individuals aren't dumb, they're just people who are suffering from mental illness and for whatever reason, feel like Trump was that was looking out for them and are now stuck in a cult like mentality. Try to understand why they think the way the think, Talk about Trump's career fuckups, talk about how the interactions have changed ever since Trump's presidency and the pandemic, Talk about Trump's bills and history in government, and try to snap them out of their current mental state. )
Tip#4: Get a mental expert (As previously mentioned, many Trump supporters suffer from mental health issues and need help badly. Try to get InTouch with a therapist or mental health professional and have them try to help your relative/friend snap out of that cultish mentality. Additionally, support organizations like the APA, BC2M, and HelpGuide to help other organizations to improve mental health care )
Tip#5: Support public education (Even though some Trump supporters aren't dumb, a lot of Trump supporters aren't well educated and don't have good critical thinking and social skills. This leads to them to get doped by Organizations and candidates that are and do some of the same things they claim to hate. So support public schools and organizations like The Public Education Foundation, the NEA, Jumpstart, and TNTP to get more educated people )
Also, to any conservative viewers watching this, ask yourselves these questions: What are you afraid of and why, What happened during Trump's presidency, How do stories from conservative news outlets impact you and how are they credible, What has Trump done during his life, What have pro life candidates done during their careers, Is there evidence of voter fraud and what is it, and Why has Trump earned your approval

How to help with opioid addiction #Shorts #Howto #opioids #JohnOliver #Sacklerfamily#Help#drugs
After learning about the Sackler case from a man who can only be described as penguin from Batman going on a diet, I want to tell anyone affected by the opioid epidemic how to deal with opioid addiction
Step#1: Get support (From friends, family, professionals to help you recover. Remember that people care about you and want you to get better.)
Step#2: Set a goal (Set some goals you know you can do. These goals can be cutting back on usage or not using it for a certain amount of days. If you need help to make sure your on track, there is no shame in that)
Step#3: Go to therapy (Since opioids are very addictive, using different forms of therapy could help you deal with withdrawal. The different forms of therapy I'd suggest are meditation, Psychodynamic, and Cognitive therapy. I also recommend interventions in order to kickstart your journey)
Step#4: Get treatment (There are different treatments and medicines available. Some medicines include Zubsolv, Probuphine, CAM2038, and Methadone and Buprenorphine. Additionally, there are treatments provided by General practitioner that are proven to help with addiction )
Step#5: Do research (You shouldn't use this use this video as your only source of information. Look for credible sources and to make sure your make the best decisions possible. Try to find some studies, research articles, and actual stories of people overcoming opioid addiction. Try looking into the sites I used, https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3223744/, https://www.healthline.com/health/types-of-therapy#cbt, https://www.therecoveryvillage.com/opiate-addiction/family-support/#:~:text=Effective%20Ways%20to%20Help%20Someone%20With%20Opiate%20Addiction,and%20stick%20to%20them.%20...%204%20Provide%20support. How to save America
In light of Nina Turner's lose against Shantel Brown, I figured I go over 5 ways to support more progressive candidates in the future
Tip#1: Donate to their campaign (Not to complicated. By donating to their campaign, they can produce more ads and fliers, host events, and more recognition, which will lead to more interest, more volunteers for campaign, and more voters )
Tip#2: Callout smear campaigns and other bs (You can do that by explaining the true story to tie up loose ends, show them the candidate's true history in government, and even callout the opponents corrupt actions and shady donations)
Tip#3: Don't give up (By doing that, your doing the exact thing the corrupt dbags want so they could get more corporate politicians in office. Keep making noise and calling out the useless aholes)
Tip#4: Support organizations that support progressive candidates (for pacs, there's wolf pac, turnout pac , and . For organizations, look into PDA, MoveOn.org, and other organizations you can look into at stateguide.org. Also look into progressive news outlets and podcasts like TYT, the damage report, the humanist report , and secular talk)
Tip#5: Callout both parties (Call them both out for doing terribly economically, but especially the democratic party for constantly beating down progressive candidates while being weak to republican opponents and Manchin and Sinema. Point out their donors, their history in government and the bills they passed).

How to safely recover from the pandemic
We can all agree that this pandemic can go suck Shrek's lovestick, so in order to prevent another pandemic and to safely recover from this one, we have to do the following step
Step #1: Get vaccinated (The most basic and easy step, however still wear a mask for the new variant and get your one friend with Q brain to get vaccinated)
Step #2: Medicare4all (The fact people still have to pay for vital medical treatments is incredibly dumb. Would lead to superior care, medical workers getting better pay, lower death rates, and much better treatments)
Step#3: support organizations that analyze bacteria and produce vaccines ( These organizations include the AIRA, PHII , AMA, and the NVAC. You can look up more organizations at the CDC)
Step:#4: Support natural habitats (the ocean, forests, mountains, the arctic, etc. Better habitats lead to more animal, which leads to more predator's for animals that could spread harmful bacteria)
Step#5: Crackdown on misinformation (Call out people spreading bs, have social media companies be held responsible for spreading bs and/or not deleting it, and teach people to know how to tell if something is credible ).
