I scoured the internet looking for these little gems. Unlike the greats of Germany, English, French, Italian etc, it was a little harder to find a comprehensive selection of American Classical Greats. Although there was quite a lot of American composers, the recordings are either very old (and terrible quality), or no recordings at all!

However, I hope you enjoy this selection of some of the Best of American Classical Composers. You can really hear the difference between these composers, compared to their European counterparts.
