In so doing, you have just decided to love yourself. You have chosen to allow life and spirit to flow into your body, nourish your cells, encourage the cleansing flow of lymph, increase circulation, and invite us to come closer and help to create balance in your mind, body, and spirit. You have just made a strong statement to the universe, "I am open to receive life and love." You didn't think of all these things. You didn't say these things. You simply took one deep, conscious, and deliberate breath. However, your choice to do this sent out a vibration to the universe that called for spirit, life, and love to come into your physical body, soothe your mind, and help balance your emotions. One simple self-loving choice, dear ones, and there is so much benefit to you. Likewise, every time you choose to simply accept yourself as you are, you are releasing resistance to love. When we speak of resistance, we are not talking about a mental blockage to love. We are talking about tuning into a lower vibration that blocks the unending flow of love from reaching you as strongly as it could. Water, for example, is available in your faucet. It is ready to flow at all times. Much of the time, and for good reason, the faucet is off, thus resisting the flow of the water. When you open the faucet, you release all resistance, and the water that was there, just waiting, begins to flow. Similarly, Divine love is always there, emanating from the Source, waiting for you to allow it to pour into your mind, body, and soul. Here is the good news. Any simple, self-loving, self-soothing, self-accepting, or other loving choice allows it to flow to you in the moment that you begin vibrating in the frequency of love. Even in your deepest grief, you can reach out for a cup of tea (or, for some of you, a glass of wine!), and this is a form of self-love at that moment. We know we've inspired some judgment as we say this. A glass of wine? How can that be loving when it is often a form of escape? Well, dear ones, anything that helps you feel better—as long as it does no harm—can raise your vibration. So many of you criticize yourself for your habits. "I spend too much. I drink too much. I eat too much. I sit around too much..." We understand that you realize there are other things you want to do, other versions of. yourself that you may want to become, but in reality, most of you are judging yourself by criteria others have impressed upon you. What is too much, dear ones? Who gets to decide? Our answer is that you get to decide. You get to decide when something lifts you vs. when it begins to drag you down. You get to decide when something tastes good vs. when you start feeling you are not even tasting. You get to decide when spending feels like self-love vs. when it feels like filling an empty gap. No one else gets to tell you what is right or wrong for you. You get to decide. No one else walks in your shoes, lives in your body, or experiences your unique mind and feelings based on your very personal history and present moment. No one, dear ones, knows better what is good for you or bad for you than your own inner authority. By all means take the opinions of others that you resonate with into account. Weigh them against your own feelings. If you want to eat healthier, for example, you might visit a nutritionist or study various experts online. Some of their recommendations might feel wonderful to you. That is a good clue that this is a good path for you. Some of their recommendations might feel too restrictive. Keep searching for ones that don't. You can get fit by finding exercises that you love. You can lose weight by finding foods that taste good to you. You can be healthy and have a few glasses of wine if you have a metabolism that handles it. You know yourself better than anyone else does. You know your history, your body, and your own feelings about right and wrong. You, dear ones, have a direct-connect to the. Divine, and like every cell in your body, every bit of nature, you know what feels good in the moment and what does not. Trust that. In a given moment, all of creation is impulsed by the Divine toward its desires, as surely as the body impulses every cell. Both the Divine and physical impulses guide souls and cells toward greater harmony. Just as each cell receives unique "instructions" based on its purpose, needs, and relationship to other cells, each of you receives unique instructions based on your desires, needs, and relationships with other souls. Dear ones, accept yourselves. Accept your feelings. Accept your quirks and so-called flaws with love. As you do so, the ones not rooted in love will evolve naturally, while the ones that are will remain. If you love yourself enough to refrain from judging your spending and spend more than you have, then next time, you'll realize that you didn't feel so good and spend in moderation. Or perhaps your bills will motivate you to start a side business you've wanted to start but were not yet motivated to do! Always, if you accept yourself as you are, with love, you will naturally and organically begin to recalibrate to the frequency of love, which can only bring good into your lives. Breathe, dear friends, slowly and deeply. Receive our love. Receive our non-judgment. Receive our vision of your beautiful hearts and your love. Above all, receive the peace of knowing that no matter what you do, you can't stop the Divine and your angels from loving you. You can only receive it or not and it is as simple as making one self-loving, self-soothing, self-accepting, or loving choice at any given moment. God Bless You! We are a twelfth-dimensional collective of nonphysical beings, and we are here to help. You are taking your spirituality very seriously, and many of you are separating that which is spiritual from that which is material or physical. Not all of you, but many of you do this, and you do it because you can feel the trappings of the physical reality beckoning you towards them. You can remember hedonistic lifetimes where you were all about the pleasures of the flesh and wealth and power, and you seek to avoid those traps to such a degree that you tend more towards the life of the renunciate. And you seek to have spiritual experiences in very specific places, in venues that were designed to create the energy to give one a spiritual experience. However, we want you all to recognize that you can have a spiritual experience while eating your lunch, while going for a walk, and even while taking a shower, a bath, or brushing your teeth. The time that you are living in right now is a time of blurring those lines of separation. It is a time to infuse more of the spiritual, the nonphysical, into the physical and the material. It is time to stop seeing them as separate. It is time to see and to fully recognize that everything is love and everything is of the Divine. It is also important for more new agers to recognize that you are where you are supposed to be, and you are having the experiences you are supposed to be having. Nothing has gone wrong. You are not trapped, and Earth is not a prison planet. You do not have to be there, because of your karma or your contracts. You are there because you want to be there at the soul level, and when you elevate your consciousness, your perception of reality to that of your soul, you will understand that. You will know that in a very visceral way. You will stop pleading with your helpers, your guides, your higher self to get you off of this rock. You will recognize the opportunities that show up as challenges are there to show you that you are Source Energy. They are not there to get you to amplify your desire to escape reality, whether that be by drugs or by spaceship. You are meant to engage with the reality that is before you as the Divine Source Energy Being that you are, and you are meant to see it all as Source Energy as well. And that is the best of both worlds. That is the best of all worlds, and that is why you wanted to incarnate on planet Earth. It is because Earth is giving you the best opportunity to have that experience in a new way, in a way you have never had it before. And so, you are there to be trailblazers and wayshowers. You are there to take the consciousness of humanity beyond where it has been before, and you are there to be one of the ones who initiates the blending, the merging of the two realms, to create Heaven on Earth. And sometimes that also means bringing more of the Arcturian system to Earth. Sometimes it means bringing more of the Pleiadian system to Earth. And sometimes it means bringing more of the Sirian and Lyran systems to Earth. We are not going to list all of the systems here, but you get the point. If you don’t feel at home on Earth, then you are meant to make it your home by grounding in more of the energies that you do desire to play with. I am here to guide you. I am here to assist you in welcoming in the newer consciousness. You are ready to elevate yourselves to a higher level of vibration, and you are doing that in a variety of ways. One of the ways is through entertaining new thoughts, different thoughts than you had previously entertained in your consciousness. Here is an exercise that you can utilize to do just that. I advise you to allow your mind to just wander and to be the observer of the wandering mind. Take note of where your mind goes, and in that noticing do not judge yourself or your mind, but rather be curious about where your focus tends to go. And then ask yourself the question, at the end of this exercise, ‘Is this what I want to be focusing upon?’ Now, if the answer is no, you can also ask yourself the question of, ‘Why do I tend to place my focus here rather than somewhere else?’ And you may get an answer. You may discover that you are focusing in that way because of habit, because of societal programming, or you may find yourself focusing in that direction because of your upbringing, because of your parents and what they focused upon. Letting go of the old and accessing the new means first acknowledging that the old is there and that it needs to be released. By being more consciously aware of your thoughts, you can lovingly let them go, and you can raise your level of consciousness up to the next level by choosing more consciously what you focus upon and what you think about from moment to moment. You have the ability to do this, and you always have had it, but now you are ready to use that ability to a greater extent because you are supported by energies that are encouraging you to go to the higher consciousness, to go to the higher-vibrational state. You are ready to do just that because you have lived enough of the third and fourth-dimensional states of being. You are ready to grant yourselves access to higher-frequency thoughts and thought forms. You are ready to access streams of consciousness that were not available to you just a few years ago. And all of us in the higher realms are here to help. We are here to direct you and to show you that you can go higher than where you have been. Where you have been is not an indicator of who you really are. It’s just where you have been, and you are there to experience growth, to experience yourselves as attaining mastery, and that all means that you will have had experiences of yourselves as less than masterful. But you are ready to master those minds of yours, and we know that you are, and we feel the support that is coming in for you from all dimensions and all realms. We have an enormous amount of respect for you all there on Earth and your journeys, because we have been observing you for a very long time, and we know how many challenges you have faced there on Earth. We are excited, however, about what is to come for humanity, because we also see how much you create from each and every hardship you face, each and every time that you do not succeed. And those of you who are awake realize this. You know how reality works, and you know that there is more than one reality, and therefore you are the ones to lead humanity into the light, the knowing that the perfect planet and society you have co-created together is available, and it is available right now. You don’t have to wait until the solar flash, the financial collapse, the full disclosure of the fact that governments know about e.t.s and have been working with e.t.s, and so on. You don’t have to wait for free energy, and you don’t have to wait for the mass landing of ships that is coming. You don’t have to wait for you to have full access to your spiritual gifts and abilities. You just have to care enough about how you feel to focus on that Earth and that society that you all have co-created together. It’s available to those who care enough about how they feel to focus on their vibration, rather than on what’s wrong with society today. You can care your fellow humans and the way that you all have been treating Mother Earth in terms of your pollution and toxins in the air and water and soil and so on, and you can still be focused on where you want to go, where you want to be, where you want to lead humanity. As soon as you start focusing on what’s wrong with the way things are today on planet Earth, then inevitably you have to look for the source of those problems, and that puts you in a position where you are pointing fingers. And if you are pointing fingers, you are stuck in us-versus-them mode, and when you are there you are not in a high vibration. Therefore, you must be able to see something that you know is not a part of the Earth and the society that you want to be a part of, and you must be able to send healing, love and compassion to all who are involved, and then focus on the Earth and the version of the human collective that you do want to harmonize with vibrationally. It is possible to do this every single time you become aware of a problem, an issue, a challenge, in your life as well. As an individual, you can look at your health, your finances, your relationships, your career, and you can ask yourself, ‘Who is to blame for all of this? Was it my mistake? Is it that person’s fault? Is it the economy?’ Or you can recognize that all you are living is nudging you in the direction of what you want to be living instead, and it is entirely up to you whether you make that gentle shift to focusing on the beautiful version planet Earth in that other reality that you want to be a part of, that you want to live in and experience. It is up to you. You can stay where you are, look for all the villains, all the culprits, and fight them to the death, or you can forgive them, recognize that they are hurting in some way and need love and compassion. You can be the one who sends the healing to the person who needs it the most, and then you can focus on what it is you’d rather be seeing in your society, in your fellow humans, and even in yourself, as you must recognize that if you see it in someone else, then it must also exist within in you. And there is self-forgiveness that is necessary. We know all of this is easier said than done, but that is the blueprint, that is the map that gets you to the new Earth you have all co-created. We have a perspective that we like to share with all of you on just about everything that you are living there on planet Earth. We love to share our perspective with you because we know that it broadens your minds, and because when you encounter higher-vibrational energy, it also expands your hearts. We do not come to you to give you the one and only answers to your burning questions. We come to you to offer you an invitation to exist in higher states of consciousness. Others are offering their perspective to you, and when you encounter that perspective, you must ask yourselves whether it resonates, whether it feels right, whether it takes you into a higher state of consciousness to choose to accept their invitation. This is a time for all of you of great discernment, and it’s not about whether something is logical to you at this point. You have taken your logical minds as far as they can possibly take you. Now is the time for feeling into whatever it is that you are considering and determining whether you feel more expansive or more contracted when you focus on that timeline, that opportunity, that teaching, that perspective, and so on. You set your lives up for yourselves to give yourselves opportunities to feel particular emotions. What you did not realize as you were feeling the not-so-good-feeling ones is that they also needed to be felt in order for you to have a finely-tuned discernment. You need to know when something feels good and when something feels off to you, and the only way to have that sensitivity is to allow yourselves to feel everything. You are masters of energy, of vibration, of thought, and of focus, and you came to this reality, with all of its challenges, to prove that to yourselves. You don’t have to prove it to anyone else. No one else is keeping score. It is you; you are the ones who want to grow and expand and become one with Source once again in that way that you can only experience it after having given yourselves the illusions of separation. So a question you want to ask yourselves regularly is, ‘Am I moving closer to Source in this moment or with this thought, or am I moving further away?’ The answer can only be given to you by feeling into your body, into your chakras. You have everything that you need inside of you, but you will often get invitations, upgrades, and activations from outside of you that help to raise the level of consciousness inside of you so that you can make more informed decisions. And isn’t that the way for you all to grow through your experiences, no matter what they are? Before you condemn an experience you are having, ask yourselves if there is a possibility that the experience was chosen by you so that you could grow from it. Don’t be hard on yourselves, because you are conscious and deliberate creators beings now. You were masters before you incarnated there on Earth, and you are there to reveal to yourselves your own mastery. As you allow yourselves to feel into everything that is in your life and that is being presented to you, those are the moments when the mastery is present. It is palpable. You as courageous souls who are expanding the invisible love into physical form. We never criticize or condemn you. We never tell you that your feelings are "wrong." You are all working very diligently upon your earth to bring more love into your lives and the lives of those around you. We see you through the eyes of love and compassion only. So many of you, however, are so very hard upon yourselves. You learned to base your thoughts about yourself on the thoughts of others. Even when no one else is around, you frequently judge yourself by the criteria you have been taught. You have learned the "criteria" that "make" you a good person, a worthy person, or an acceptable person. We can say this with certainty: You are all good souls, even at those times when you forget. You are all worthy of love. That is not something you earn. That is something you are. You are all OK as is, regardless of who you please or do not please, how you look, think, act, or behave. There will always be those doing "better" and those doing "worse." These, dear ones, are facts accepted by all in the heavens. When you live in the light of the Divine, you realize that the criteria human beings impose upon one another are superficial, capricious, and unnecessary. It is your nature to love, not to judge. You accepted yourself without condition until you learned otherwise. As a child, you looked at your body with wonder. You took pride in your slightest accomplishments. You got angry if you didn't receive love because you knew that you deserved it. Over time, as you watched others judge and criticize themselves and felt others judge and criticize you, you started to judge and criticize yourselves. We understand why, dear ones, but self-criticism and self-judgment are both unnecessary and unnatural. Can you imagine waking up and looking in the mirror through the eyes of your soul? You might see wrinkles or bags under your eyes, but you'd accept them as surely as you accept, and even appreciate, the beautiful gnarled branches of a mature tree. Can you imagine catching yourself after a so-called mistake and celebrating the fact that you saw an area in which you could grow? You'd be like those perfect plants who become stronger as they reach for the light each time they bump up against a rock in the soil. Can you imagine listening to someone share their opinion about you and seeing it only as that—their opinion? You'd have compassion for people who feel the need to share their pain with you in the form of criticism, and you'd celebrate those wise enough to focus on your light. If you could practice self-acceptance regularly, you would start to experience heaven on earth. You would start to draw into your lives those who love and accept you as you are. You would be open to all the good you are asking for. Start today, dear ones. Catch yourself when you judge or criticize yourself, and change it. Talk to yourself the way you'd talk to your dearest friend. As surely as you learned self-judgment, you can learn self-acceptance, one choice at a time. If you are tired, rest. If you are passionate, chase your dreams. If you need comfort, wrap a blanket around yourself, give yourself a hug, and have a cup of tea. You might not think that such a simple thing as self-acceptance could cause profound changes in your life, but it can. Old resentments drop away, burdens will ease, and health can even improve. Your relationships will become more deeply authentic. Honor the Divine within, dear ones, rather than making others your God. In a given moment, you are who you are, and that is OK. We are pleased to connect with all of you. We have been recalibrating the energies that we are sending to you because you are capable of handling so much more than you were just a few years ago. You have been experiencing root chakra upgrades that have been initiated by your Mother Earth, and she has been expanding your capabilities in terms of what you can receive from the higher realms. She is also helping you to cleanse and clear out those root chakras with pulses that are sent up from her core. We want you to understand that this is a group effort, and that everyone is playing their part. And we also want you to know that you always have help and that more help is always coming. You are meant to experience this shift in consciousness and to do so with as little resistance as possible. And so, when something is happening for you in your physical body, we invite you to allow the first conclusion you come to to be that you are getting an upgrade or you are doing some clearing. You don’t have to panic and you don’t have to worry that things are going to get worse for you physically. Instead, always assume that you are going through a healing event and that it can be painful and it can be uncomfortable, and it will make it so much easier for you to get to the next level of your consciousness expansion. You are not meant to worry and live in fear, but these have been the ways in which you were raised. You were raised to care more about your survival than your evolution of consciousness. But now is the time that your evolution of consciousness is taking so much more of the energy that is present for you. It is of much greater importance that you recognize who and what you really are than that you merely survive for as long as you possibly can. But of course that is what your parents, your teachers, and your society have wanted for you, and now you must unlearn those worrisome tendencies that have been thrust upon you by those who came before you. Now, they were well meaning, and certainly there was a time when the lifespan was a lot shorter than what it is today, but you can relax because you are meant to thrive there and to continue to be in your bodies so that you can experience their evolution, their transition, and ultimately your transition, and ultimately your transition into the fifth-dimensional frequency range. You are also getting help from your guides to acclimate to the higher-frequency energies that we are now able to send to you, and your guides are helping by opening up your crown chakras and by recalibrating your energy fields. The transformations that are coming in the remainder of 2024 are magnificent, and you will be glad that you hung in there through the discomfort and even the pain. You will be happy that you trusted that everything was and is alright, and you will be happy to ascend into the next level of your consciousness that awaits you by the end of this calendar year. You are awakening to the truth of who you really are more and more every day, and you are helping those around you do the same by holding that knowing in your consciousness. You are there to have experiences as the Source Energy Self, to see the world through the eyes of that which many call God. And you are there to create. Once you have an experience, you must decide how you want to frame that experience. When you eventually get to the perspective of Source, you then become a much more effective and powerful creator being. We desire for you to recognize yourselves as such, to realize that you are meant to create and to have a joyous experience of your ascension. Even though your ascension is assured, you still are deciding how you are going to do it. You still get to determine for yourselves which set of eyes you see ascension through. And many people are choosing to see it through very human eyes, eyes of separation, eyes of judgment. Many people are hoping that ascension is an escape, but you are not there to escape. You are there to integrate, and you are integrating that which you have previously condemned so that you can see everyone and everything as part of one Whole Being. That being is Source, and when you are acting as Source, and loving as Source, you are able to see everything as Source. When you are thinking as human and acting as human, you want to judge and separate and condemn, and then you get more of the same reality that you’ve been getting. So those of you who are truly awake know this, and it resonates with you, and you are there to teach it through your example. You are there to show others what it looks like and what it feels like to be one who walks in a human body but who holds the consciousness of the Divine. Now, as you do so, you get to create wonderful things, wonderful business and buildings and vehicles and clothing and artwork and movies, and we encourage you to do so because self-expression as Source Energy serves everyone. And creation from that place of knowing that every creation can be of service is how you build a better world. You still have time to dwell there in the fourth dimension, and you might as well do so from that place of empowerment and from that place of creativity. You might as well take your awakened self to everything that you do and everything that you create. There is much room for growth, still, and we are talking to those of you who are in the Awakened Collective, because if there wasn’t room to grow, you would be stagnant. There is no such thing as that type of stagnation. You are always growing and becoming more of who you are, and you get to do it joyously through your experiencing of your conscious creations and you get to show others what is possible when one who is aligned with Source Energy creates. And so, go forth and be fruitful and create, and know that you are having the impact on the rest of humanity that you seek to have, as long as you are in that place of remembering who you really are, and you are creating from that place of ultimate power, that place of alignment with Source. We know how much you are all worth. We know that you are priceless. We know that you couldn’t possibly be quantified, and yet, you do tend to try to measure yourselves in a variety of ways. And we would like to see you getting past that tendency by fully accepting that you are infinite and eternal beings of Source Energy. You are the Divine that is expanding out in all directions, and you have everything that you need inside of you, and therefore, you could never really measure your worth by looking at how much you have, how much you earn, or how much you’ve accomplished. So we encourage you not to base your self-esteem, your self-worth, and your self-love on these tangible things, these items that you can point your finger to. And instead, we invite you to feel for your true worth, your worthiness, your infinite and eternal nature, and you do this by going beyond this singular lifetime. You do this by reaching within your heart center and finding the soul that you are deeply embedded within that very center point of your being-ness. Feel for yourself as infinite, eternal and expanding all at once, and let that be a way for you of measuring yourself, determining your worth. Let yourselves dream then as big as you feel yourselves to be, and go beyond the limitations of your third and fourth dimensions. You are there to break free from those bubbles that you have placed yourselves in, and you cannot break free from those bubbles simply by acquiring more wealth or more stuff. It is only through introspection, going within, feeling for who you really are, that you begin to get a taste of the Divine. And knowing yourself as the Divine while in the physical is the goal. It is the Christ consciousness, and it is what you are all after. You are there to experience more of the true self, the whole self, and then to live your life with that knowing and instructing others through your example. You teach by how you be and by how you feel, not just by what you say and what you do. You can teach in those ways, of course, but those teachings are hollow and do not contain the right frequency when they are not backed up by a person who truly feels what it is that they are teaching glowing from their heart center. And so, we recommend that you do that every single day. Reach within yourself, and feel for the truth of who you are. Allow that then to radiate out in all directions, and you will be serving yourselves and others. You will not then feel a need to do so much to prove your worth to yourself or others, and no one will be asking you to do anything either, because they will simply enjoy the energy that you are giving off. You are these beautiful beings of love and light. You are there on Earth to experience the physical realm as the truth of who you are, and we are here to remind you of that over and over again until you get it to such an extent that it clicks into place in a permanent way and changes everything about who you are and how you be in the world. It is a fun ride, and it is very fascinating and interesting for us as well. We enjoy so much being your teachers, being your guides and being the wayshowers that we are to all of you. We are a twelfth-dimensional collective of nonphysical beings, and we are here to help. We love and respect you so much that we would never desire to trample upon your free will, and yet, we ask you for your assistance in assisting you. We know that there is much you would like to see happening there on Earth that isn’t happening in your current moment, and while we cannot make anything happen in your reality, we certainly can set wheels in motion energetically for you. And that is what you are getting when you are getting a prayer answered. You are getting an energetic response that sets wheels into motion that can bring something to fruition that you desire, but no one can make something happen in your reality without your agreement. Your agreement can come at the mental level, yes, but it also must come vibrationally. You must be a match to that which you seek, and while we can start the process of bringing something to you that you desire individually or collectively, you must then match it in order to receive it. Now, matching what you desire does not have to be difficult. It does not have to involve mathematical equations. You do not have to figure out what the right frequency is in order to bring it about. But rather, we suggest that you relax into the feeling of it as best you can. Have faith and know that all you desire is on its way to you. When you are in that level of relaxation, you are in the mode of having your prayers answered. If you are in doubt or in fear, you are less likely to receive that which you have asked for, and you must then believe in yourself and in your ability to rise up to the level of consciousness that is a match to what you have asked for. You are co-creators in all of this. You are participating in your lives, and you are the ones who are determining what it is you would like to see. Therefore, the asking matters. You being there matters, and what you have asked for is a better reality. That better reality is being determined by you. What you are living is important, and you are big factors in the reality creation equation. We and the other non-physicals who seek to help you will continue to do our part, but we want you to know that we cannot simply override your vibration. Your faith in us helps you. It helps you to recognize that you have help on the other side, and that is how your belief in that which is non-physical serves you, but we will also always encourage you to believe in yourselves and in your abilities. Some of you have yet to tap in to even a fraction of your ability to create, to become one with that which you have created, and this is something that we seek to help you with in each of our transmissions of energy that we bring forth to you.
