Hello Soul Family, This week we continue to focus on the topic on healing. We are in the middle of intense emotional and psychological warfare. There is so much information coming at from so many different and unique perspectives that can be quite overwhelming. It is important in order to protect your nervous system to step back and get a break from this informational assault. Many of the information is designed in such a way as to trigger you mentally and emotionally. Your discernment and intuition are key in knowing the truth. Go within and query yourself on the various topics to find out what details resonate with you. Feel your way through, looking for what feels right and true. Then use your logic to see if the pieces fit with facts. Lastly, use the higher viewpoint as the bird up in the tree looking at the bigger picture, and then you can find your way. Also, here are some tools that can help protect your nervous system. First take a break from or reduce the amount of time you spend on social media, watching the news and other video platforms during the day. Another therapeutic trick is by listening instead to meditative tones, such as 432 hz or 528 hz instrumental music. These frequencies can realign your body with the sacred tones of nature and help repair your body at the DNA level as well as calm your mind and bring peace and relaxation into your body. Dear Soul Family, Today, is a special day and a special week because of the Great American Solar Eclipse. This week we are using the power of colors because their frequencies can assist you as you traverse the days ahead. We are in the process of dismantling a 6000-year-old system of oppression, fraud, and deceit. We are the spiritual warriors that break down the programs and patterns of the past and are here to build the beautiful new world from the energies of love, unity, and collaboration. This week you are working with the powers of your upper chakra system, the heart, throat, third eye and crown energy centers. Green is the color of your heart chakra, this is where we learn how to give and receive love, compassion, and healing. This week Green is asking you to be kind to your nervous system because it has been bearing the brunt of the psychological warfare that inundates you every day. Azure is the next color that can help protect you. You will need your discernment. Trust yourself and do the best you can with what you got. Please do not procrastinate to get your preparations completed, food, water, medicine, cash, silver/gold, etc. Your third eye energy center is where you receive inspired thoughts and where you can see your life through your mind’s eye. Do your best not to react, but rather respond. The color indigo allows you to go within and visualize solutions to your problems as well as seeing what you want to create and experience. Also, it is best to use situational awareness if you find yourself in large crowds for the eclipse. Be aware of your surroundings while still enjoying this awe-inspiring event. It will assist you in keeping your vibration higher during this biblical experience. Lastly, your crown chakra is where you connect with the divine by using the color violet to receive guidance from your higher self, guardian angels and spirit guides, as well as the Christ consciousness. Your crown chakra is either open, opening or closed. And just so you know,fear is the fastest way to close off that conduit between you and your Creator. Allow the Crown and Root chakras to work together to help you stay grounded, yet flexible, centered in your heart, balanced in your chakras, and connected to the divine. Hello Soul Family, We are fortunate to come to Earth at this time to expand our consciousness and help expand the wisdom of our Creator. Dear Soul Family, As things get more difficult and frustrating, we are challenged to keep our vibrations high. Many in our community are slipping back into what I call ‘default programming’. Hello Soul Family, I don’t know about you, but everyday lately I’ve been waking up feeling on one hand excited about things and then on the hand I feel like there is a disturbance in the force and a sense of impending doom. These feelings can cause us to feel conflicted and confused and evoke fear within us. I want you to know that both are true and happening at the same time. Going within is where you find your inner strength and inner peace. For this week I was guided to a different king of reading where we are being asked to focus your attention on the benefits and frequencies of several colors for this time. As you look around at all of the governments of the world in particularly here in North America, you can see that they are all our of integrity and deep corruption has taken hold. You can see that both the financial system and the Constitution are hanging by a thread, and soon that thread is going to be fray and break. Hello Soul Family, In our lives it seems that we have not experienced a lot of love, and many of us have only had fleeting moments of happiness and joy. Hello Soul Family, This week we discuss living in duality and allowing ourselves to embrace both aspects to bless and balance our lives. You are here on Earth for your soul development. Hello Soul Family, This week I want to talk to you about self-empowerment and personal power. While we have been living through the age of Pices, we have experienced systems of war, corruption, fraud, greed, tyranny, and oppression. As we move into a new era, the age of Aquarius, we, meaning collective humanity, have decided that we do not want them in our lives anymore. We have learned all we can learn from them and are now ready to move on to experiences of love, unity, peace, compassion, and freedom. We can now step into our Personal Sovereignty. Hello Soul Family, I hope this week’s message finds each one of you doing well, moving forward in love and joy. For the past several weeks you have been guided to be the bird up in the tree observing the events happening around you. Now you are being asked to take an action step which is to speak up with the truth. The time has come for you in a loving and kind way express the truth of what you know to those who may be asleep to the facts and revelations that are coming to light more rapidly. Be there for your loved ones, be a shoulder to lean on. Do not force it, but plant seeds of truth when the opportunity presents itself. People are discovering that many celebrities, the mainstream media, corporate leaders, professional athletes, etc., are not who they thought they were and will be very let down and disappointed to realize they are frauds. By sharing love with the people you come in contact with, will go a long way in changing the collective energy on the planet. As you strive to raise your vibration, your energy will have a subconscious affect based on your higher frequency that will begin to silently impact them for the better. Stand in your authority and authenticity as you speak truth. Stand firm in your boundaries and no longer allow others to disempower you or belittle you because of your truth. Dear Soul Family, As you live through the many crazy things in your life and in the world you can easily be thrown out of balance. I want to remind you how loved you are. It is the most exciting time to be on Earth and the most dark and challenging time to be here. You are here because you are courageous and brave. You are here because you bring your unique light into this world, and you share your light through your many gifts and talents. You are being asked to cross the Bridge of Transformation under these circumstances, but you have what it takes to get through it. Dear Soul Family, We are all experiencing battle fatigue and are dealing with all kinds of conflict in many areas and levels of our lives. We are going through an intense process of spiritual growth. I hope you are feeling more empowered than you have ever felt in your life. You are being encouraged again this week to remain in loving detachment and emotional neutrality as world events and conflicts are intensifying. You are being asked to stay away from all kinds of drama. It’s like we are living in a pressure cooker and many people may have the need to let off steam, You want to be careful not to get hit in the crossfire or be pulled into something that has nothing to do with you. Do your best to be kind and compassionate to those you love and care about, including yourself. What we are seeing is a part of the dismantling of the Piscean age. Pay attention to the leaders who are promoting peace versus those who are warmongering. War is not the answer. Negotiation and collaboration through respectful communication is the way to move forward. Are you speaking your truth with kindness and confidence? And when necessary, firmness. Or are you flying off the handle when you get upset. It is important for you to take the higher road. You have the power to choose what you say and how you will be emotionally affected by the situations happening in your own life and the events on the world stage. Hello Soul Family, As you transition into the next age and dimension you are learning how to walk the path of the soul and spirit, instead of the path of you humanness. It’s a different way to approach your life than the one you were taught. It’s a healthier path, a more connected path and one that leads to a higher vibration of love and light. This new path can be challenging, and it can feel that sometimes you take two steps forward and one step back. The good news is you’re doing it and you’re not alone. As you watch the dismantling of the old structures it can be disconcerting because these systems are what you were born into and what you know and have relied on. These are manmade structures that have been corrupted over time and now at their core you’ll only find filth and rot. The universe doesn’t want you to suffer and be oppressed. It wants you to be healthy, prosperous, abundant, and free. Therefore, the old structures and systems have got to go. Humanity has learned all it can from the old systems, and it is now time to change gears and move in a better direction for a better future. For this week’s message you are being asked to stop judging and criticizing yourself. If your own personal internal dialogue is negative, it can be considered verbal and emotional abuse. Hello Soul Family, I hope this week finds you doing well and that your life if getting better and more magical every day. On one side of the coin, we are seeing the structures and systems of our world dismantling and collapsing because of the rot that has infected them. The systems that were created to help us, have over time turned into systems that harm us. As we experience this dismantling of the old structures we need not fear, but rather look at this from the other side of the coins as a new and exciting beginning and an opportunity to create something beautiful and better than what we had before. This is a time of creativity and fertility so begin to plant the seeds of the new reality that you want to experience. Take the action steps as a symbolic gesture of watering and nurturing the garden of your new life. As you spend some valuable time with the Creator everyday you will notice that you get extra help from the other side of the veil in accomplishing your heart’s desires. Also, Mother Gaia is moving into the higher dimension into a higher vibration and if you are not a vibrational match with her you won’t be able to go with her. Stay in the observational view to spare you the stress caused by th dramas that are going on around you and around the world. Mother Gaia will protect and help you if you have the intention of raising your vibration and going with her. Another thing you are striving for is Coherence where our hearts and minds are in sync with one another. You want to think with your heart and feel with your mind. We are living through the apocalypse; in the ancient definition it means the revealing of those things that have been kept hidden. As revelations of corruption, criminality, deception, and oppression are coming to the forefront of our consciousness we are being asked to forgive. This is not an easy thing to do because so many of us are suffering greatly because of these dark forces and cabal of evil doers. In my near-death experiences, I was taught about forgiveness and how to break that down into three categories. First, forgive God, Second, forgive yourself and lastly, forgive others. Are you going to be able to forgive as more and more of the darker truths come out into the light? Are you going to be able to forgive and release it to God because vengeance belongs to Him? Can you refrain from taking justice into your own hands and allow it to be carried out according to the rule of law? I’m not saying what these people have done is okay, because it is not, but we are being asked to forgive. The good thing is we get to use our free will choice to never let these kinds of crimes against children, humanity, and all life here on the Earth happen again. We are now awake, we take our power back and will no longer be deceived or put back to sleep again. Its time forgive yourself of all the mistakes you’ve made and release embarrassment you may feel from all the stupid things you’ve done. Learn from it and let it go, move forward into a higher more loving vibration, and put your trust into your higher power. Focus on what is going right in your life. Love yourself. Keep your daily spiritual practice alive because this is where you will get your answers and guidance on how to navigate your personal circumstances. We are living at time where the only thing you can truly rely on is your trust and faith in God and in yourself. The best thing that you can do is to get your daily Soul Time that helps you keep your eye single on your hopes, dreams and the wonderful future you want to create. Visualize and imagine your most ideal scenarios coming into being. As things get bumpier, please remember to be that bird up in the tree observing the events in loving detachment and emotional neutrality as you have been called to stand as a witness of this Great Awakening.
