Ingredients for Jam Cookies:
• 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
• 1/2 + 1/8 cup powdered sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
• 1 and 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
• A pinch of salt
• Strawberry Jam
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
2. In a large mixing bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder and salt. Mix until well combined. Set aside.
3. In another bowl, beat the softened butter and powdered sugar together until light and fluffy.
4. Add egg, vanilla essence and beat until well combined.
5. Add the sifted flour to the butter mixture and mix until a dough forms. Be careful not to overmix.
6. Transfer the cookie dough into a piping bag fitted with a 6B nozzle.
7. Pipe the cookie dough onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
8. Fill a separate piping bag with strawberry jam. Snip off the corner of the piping bag to create a hole for piping.
9. Carefully pipe a small amount of jam into the center of each cookie.
10. Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 13-15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
11. Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool completely.
12. Once cooled, serve and enjoy your delicious jam cookies!

5. Add red chili powder, paprika powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and salt. Mix well and cook for a minute.
6. Add the diced potatoes and eggplants. Mix everything well so that the masala coats the vegetables evenly.
7. Add 1 cup of water, mix well and bring it to a boil.
8. Cover and cook on low heat for 20 minutes or until the eggplants and potatoes are fully cooked and tender.
9. Once the vegetables are cooked, add garam masala powder, chopped green chili, coriander leaves and mix well.
10. serve hot with with roti, naan, or rice.

Instructions:
1. Line a square baking pan with parchment paper.
2. Grease the parchment paper with oil, Sprinkle the slivered almonds and pistachios evenly on the bottom of the pan. Set the pan aside.
3. Add milk powder, milk, malai and sugar in a bowl and whisk until smooth. Set aside.
4. Heat a non-stick pan on low heat and add 1 tablespoon of ghee to it.
5. Once the ghee melts, add the milk powder mixture to the pan.
6. Cook the mixture on low heat, stirring continuously, until it thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan.
7. Once the mixture reaches a thick consistency and starts to come together, add 1 tablespoon of ghee and cook for 1-2 minutes.
8. Remove the pan from the heat and transfer the mixture to the prepared pan, spreading it evenly over the nuts.
9. Smooth the top with a spatula.
10. Let the burfi set at room temperature for 1-2 hours.
11. Once set, Cut the burfi into squares.
12. Serve and enjoy!

• 3/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup ketchup
• 2 teaspoons mustard paste
• 1 teaspoon tabasco sauce
For assembling:
• Burger buns
• Lettuce leaves
Instructions:
1. Marinate the Chicken:
• Add the chicken thigh pieces, buttermilk, red chili powder, white pepper powder, black pepper powder, garlic powder, ginger powder, mustard powder, chili sauce, mixed herbs and salt in a bowl. Mix well. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours.
2. Prepare the Coating:
• Add all-purpose flour, corn flour, black pepper powder, paprika powder and salt in a bowl. Mix well.
• Pour the cold water into a medium bowl.
3. Coat and Fry the Chicken: :
• Take the marinated chicken piece and dredge it in the flour mixture, ensuring it's evenly coated. Shake off any excess flour.
• Dip the flour-coated chicken into the cold water for a few seconds.
• After dipping in water, dredge the chicken again in the flour mixture, coating it for the second time. Press gently to adhere the flour mixture to the chicken.
• Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat.
• Carefully drop the coated chicken piece into the hot oil and fry on medium-low heat for 8-10 minutes, or until it is golden brown and cooked through.
• Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the oil and place it on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
4. Prepare the Burger Sauce:
• Add mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard paste, and tabasco sauce in a small bowl.
• Mix until well combined. Set aside.
5. Toast the burger buns:
• Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
• Place the buns, cut side down in the pan.
• Toast the buns for a minute, or until they are lightly golden brown and crispy.
• Once toasted to your liking, remove the buns from the pan.
6. Assemble the burger:
• Place the bottom bun on a chopping board.
• Spread some burger sauce on it.
• Place the Lettuce leaves and fried chicken on top.
• Drizzle burger sauce over the fried chicken.
• Cover with the top bun.
• Serve with french fries and enjoy!

• 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
• 1.5 teaspoons salt or to taste
• 1 chicken cube
• 1/2 cup yogurt
• 3 and 1/2 cups water
• 2 green chilies, slit lengthwise (adjust according to your spice preference)
• Fried onions (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Heat ghee in a wok over medium heat. Add bay leaves, star anise, cumin seeds, whole cloves, cinnamon stick, green cardamoms and nutmeg. Sauté for 20 seconds.
2. Add the sliced onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
3. Add the chicken to the wok and cook until it changes it's color.
4. Add the chopped tomato and ginger garlic paste. Cook for 2 minutes.
5. Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, chicken cube and salt. Cook for a minute.
6. Add plain yogurt to the wok and mix well. Cook for 3 minutes or until the oil starts to separate from the masala.
7. Cover and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
8. Remove the lid and add 3.5 cups of water and green chilies. Mix well and bring it to a boil on medium-high heat.
9. Add the soaked rice and mix gently.
10. Cover and cook on medium heat for 10-12 minutes, until the water is absorbed by the rice.
11. Remove the lid and mix gently.
12. Cover and steam cook on low heat for 12-15 minutes.
13. Garnish with fried onions.
14. Serve hot with raita and salad.

6 Dawn chocolate cupcakes
1 cup strawberries, chopped
3 cups Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons instant coffee
6 tablespoons maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence
Instructions:
1. Cut the chocolate cupcakes into small cubes. Set aside.
2. Chop the strawberries into small pieces. Set aside.
3. Add Greek yogurt, instant coffee, maple syrup, and vanilla essence in a bowl. whisk until smooth.
4. Transfer the mocha yogurt mixture to a piping bag and snip off the end of the piping bag.
5. Take 4 serving glasses.
6. Place a layer of cake cubes at the bottom of each glass.
7. Next, Add chopped strawberries.
8. Add a layer of the mocha yogurt mixture over the strawberries and cake cubes.
9. Repeat with another layer of cake cubes, chopped strawberries and mocha yogurt mixture.
10. Garnish with cakes cubes and chopped strawberries.
11. Place the assembled parfaits in the refrigerator to chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

For the pasta:
4 cups penne pasta
12 cups water
2 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon salt
For the chicken:
500g boneless chicken
3 tablespoons oil
1/3 cup chopped spring onions
1 tablespoon chopped ginger garlic
1/2 teaspoon paprika powder
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 tablespoon chili sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup tomato puree
1/2 cup tomato ketchup
1/2 cup chopped green and red bell pepper
Chopped green onions (for garnishing)
Instructions:
1. Add water, oil and salt in a pan. Stir well and bring it to a boil over high heat.
2. Add the penne pasta to the boiling water and boil the pasta until al dente about 10-12 minutes, or according to package instructions.
3. Drain the pasta and rinse it with cold water.
4. Drizzle some oil over the pasta and mix well. Set it aside.
5. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a wok over medium heat.
6. Add the chopped spring onions, chopped ginger garlic and saute for a minute.
7. Next, add the chicken to the wok and cook until it changes color.
8. Add paprika powder, black pepper powder, chili sauce, soy sauce, salt, tomato puree and ketchup. Mix well and cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
9. Add the chopped red and green bell pepper. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
10. Add the boiled penne pasta to the wok and mix well.
11. Garnish with chopped green onions.
12. Serve chicken pasta hot and enjoy!
