Add the chicken, and mix until coated. Cover and refrigerate at least an hour or overnight. Thread the chicken, peppers and onions on the skewers. Now add the remaining milk and roast while stirring continuously for another 5 minutes. 5. Now pour the prepared sugar syrup in it while stirring continuously. Stir until it becomes thick.
