This morning's walk was a test to see how it would come out. From what I can see, not too bad. I just need to remember not to try and talk when walking uphill...lol

I woke up this morning and came up with a new plan for me. In this video I’m going to talk about what I’m planning on doing what the goal is as I go forward and hopefully can do it in 48 days.

Hello everyone and Happy Thanksgiving! This is footage of my evening at Winterfest at Carowinds theme park. I had a great time and I was able to get around and walk almost all evening. I had a great time. Thank you to my brother and his family for inviting me to go along. This is what I am calling a non-scale victory. This is something I would have not been able to do a year ago. Because of my journey on carnivore, I was able to be on my feet for 2 1/2 hours and survive! This is also helping me prepare for doing a 10k. Rewards can be found in anything a person does. In this video I talk about rewarding myself with the opportunity of working to compete in a 10k race. This will be the first in a series of videos of me preparing for a 10k race by building up my stamina and competing in more 5k races.
