FL Police Kill Innocent Senior Airman Roger Fortson In His Home - Because Cops Went To Wrong Address
* (Disclaimer: This video content is intended for educational and informational purposes only) *
Okaloosa County, Florida — On May 3, 2024, at around 4:28 p.m., a Deputy with the Okaloosa County Sheriff's Office responded to a call of a disturbance in progress in Fort Walton Beach. The bodycam footage shows the deputy arriving at a Fort Walton Beach apartment building and speaking to a woman outside who described hearing an argument. The deputy then went up an elevator to the fourth floor and knocks on a door three times. He announces himself twice, saying, “Sheriff’s office, open the door.”.
The 23-year-old, Senior Airman Roger Fortson opened the door and could be seen holding a gun pointed down toward the floor. Within seconds of the apartment’s door opening, the deputy says “step back” and is then seen firing his weapon. Fortson immediately falls to the floor as the deputy fires. At least five shots are heard. After the shots, with Fortson on the ground, the deputy yells for Fortson to “drop the gun” and Fortson responds “it’s over there” and “I don’t have it.” The video ends with the deputy reporting that shots have been fired and requesting emergency medical services come to the scene. Fortson was taken to a hospital where he died.
Attorney Ben Crump, who has been hired by Fortson’s family, has said Fortson was talking to his girlfriend on FaceTime when the deputy arrived. Crump said Fortson grabbed his gun because he heard someone outside his apartment, got no response when he asked who was there and discovered the peephole on his door was blocked. Okaloosa County Sheriff Eric Aden presented the redacted video hours after the family of Fortson and their attorneys held a news conference in which they disputed that the deputy acted in self-defense. Aden rejected assertions made by Crump, that the deputy had gone to the wrong apartment, covered the door’s peephole and did not announce himself.

Two Female NYPD Officers Shoot Two Male Officers - DEI Quota Hiring Success - Back The Blue
* (Disclaimer: This video content is intended for educational and informational purposes only) *
Brooklyn, NYC — On Tuesday, January 16, 2024,, at approximately 3:15 p.m., NYPD Officer Timothy Brennan, Officer Acevedo, Officer Lafaille, and Sergeant Groth responded to a residential building in the vicinity of Bergen Street and Saratoga Avenue, Brooklyn, for a 911 call of a person who was assaulted. Upon arrival, the officers were met in front of the location by the 911 caller who identified 39-year-old Melvin Butler as the subject and provided them with additional information. The 911 caller then escorted the officers to an apartment where Butler was located. The officers knocked on the apartment door and Butler allowed entry.
They conversed with him for several minutes and informed him that he would be placed under arrest for the assault. As the officers attempted to place Butler into custody, he resisted arrest and a struggle ensued. During the struggle, Butler took possession of Officer Brennan's firearm. As Officer Brennan and Officer Acevedo struggled to regain possession of the firearm, Butler began to discharge shots from it. Officer Brennan and Officer Acevedo were both struck by gunfire. During the struggle, while Butler possessed Officer Brennan's firearm, Officer Acevedo discharged three shots, Officer Lafaille discharged three shots, and Sergeant Groth discharged one shot from their service firearms at Butler.
Ballistics evidence recovered from the scene revealed that Butler discharged two shots from Officer Brennan's firearm. Butler was struck by the gunfire and relinquished possession of the firearm. He was taken into custody without further incident. Butler was transported via ambulance to Kings County Medical Center where he was treated for his injuries. Officer Brennan and Officer Acevedo were also transported via ambulance to Kings County Medical Center where they were treated for their injuries. For his actions, Butler was arrested and charged with Attempted Murder in the First Degree (police officer), Assault in the Second Degree, Robbery in the Third Degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree, and related charges.

Police Try & Kill Man For Riding ATV - PD Says He Was Protecting You
New Haven, CT police release dash cam footage showing their police cruiser cutting off an ATV rider.
Police were called after they received reports of ATV and dirt bike riders at East Rock Park.
When one of the officers noticed an ATV rider coming down the road, he angled his car in front of the man causing him to crash into the car.
After receiving backlash online, the police issued a statement, defending the officer’s action.
"The officers slowed the cruiser and angled it to protect the families and pedestrians they had just passed, while providing a point of egress to the side of them for the oncoming ATV to pass the cruiser," they said.
"As the cruiser was slowing down, the operator lost control of his ATV, and struck the front passenger side window of the cruiser."
The man on the ATV was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.

Luna Sheriff Drives 131 MPH Kills 14 Month Old Child - Back The Blue
NEW MEXICO (KRQE) –Homicide by vehicle charges were filed against Luna County Sheriff’s Deputy Paul Garcia for his role in an accident that killed a 14-month-old boy in Deming.
Court documents say that in November 2023 Isabella Hernandez was driving on Highway 11 when she was struck by Garcia in his marked patrol unit, killing the 14-month-old boy. He said he and an officer in training were responding to a burglary call in Deming and police say he reached 130 miles per hour. The family’s attorneys said New Mexico State Police say Garcia’s vehicle moved into the opposing lane as Hernandez turned and slammed into her at 99 mph.
The law firm says Hernandez suffered fractures to her collarbone, pelvis, ribcage, wrists, liver bleeding, and nerve damage in the crash. The 14-month-old was pronounced dead with blunt force trauma being the cause of death. “I remember slowing down before the intersection and turning on my blinker. And my life changed forever. I became unconscious when he hit us. I came to at some point in pain, crying for help because I couldn’t breathe and I was asking for my son,” Hernandez said.
Wyatt’s parents are demanding justice. “My first and only son was taken from our family because of a reckless and dangerous driver… only two months after his first birthday. He didn’t even make it to his second Christmas. I pray that no parent ever has to know the pain of returning Christmas gifts that were never put under the tree,” said William Franzoy, Wyatt Franzoy’s father.
The case was sent to the Alamogordo District Attorney’s Office which filed charges for homicide by vehicle and great bodily injury by vehicle against Garcia on Tuesday.
Garcia has been in trouble before. He was convicted of drunk driving in 2015. The criminal complaint says he narrowly avoided hitting a Luna County officer and told them he had a previous DWI conviction in Texas. Last year, he was awarded the 2023 Deputy of the Year in Luna County. He’s still employed by the Luna County Sheriff’s Office.

BREAKING: Police Officer Elias Huizar Kills Wife & Girlfriend & Abducts Kid - Back The Blue
Ex-school cop Elias Huizar shot himself in head while on run with 1-year-old son after allegedly gunning down ex-wife, teen girlfriend
Published April 23, 2024, 9:09 p.m. ET
The ex-Washington school cop who allegedly slaughtered his ex-wife and underage girlfriend before taking the teenager’s infant on the run has been found with a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head, police said.
Oregon State Troopers found Elias Huizar’s wounded body following a police chase near Eugene around 3 p.m. Tuesday, according to the West Richland Police Department.
He was taken to the hospital in unknown condition. The 1-year-old child he kidnapped was taken into custody by the troopers.
Elias Huizar allegedly killed his ex-wife and teenage girlfriend before taking his 1-year-old son on the run.
Huizar, 39, went on the run just 24 hours earlier after allegedly shooting ex-wife Amber Rodriguez eight times outside the elementary school where she worked.
The former couple’s 9-year-old son told officers that “he observed his father, Elias Huizar, shoot his mother,” according to a probable cause statement.
While looking for the maniac, they found the body of his underage girlfriend — identified by relatives as Angelica Santos — in his home located just minutes from the school.
Her grieving family realized Angelica, 17, and Huizar’s 1-year-old lovechild, Roman Santos, was missing and assumed the ex-cop abducted the infant.
Amber Rodriguez was shot eight times outside the elementary school where she worked.

According to court filings earlier this year, Huizar met the girl while he was working as a school resource officer at Washington Middle School in Yakima.
She was 11 when they met, and 15 when he impregnated her, Rodriguez wrote in her request for a protection order against Huizar.
Huizar left the Yakima Police Department in 2021 “after receiving discipline,” the department said Tuesday without providing additional information.

He then went on to work as a substitute teacher in the Richland School District until February of this year, when he was arrested for allegedly raping his underage girlfriend’s unconscious 16-year-old friend after a night of drinking at his home, according to the district.
Huizar was due in court to face those child rape charges, and for his relationship with Angelica, on the day of the slayings.
The vicious killing also came just days after Rodriguez filed to change the custody arrangements of the two kids they share, ages 5 and 9, claiming she feared for their safety.
Huizar was due in court on child rape charges the day of the massacre.
NBC Right Now
She had previously raised concerns over her ex-husband, who she said was armed and had been harassing her since their 2020 divorce.
Under the protection order, which was issued in February, Huizar was barred from possessing firearms.
Investigators initially believed Huizar was escaping with the baby to Mexico. They warned that he was armed and “likely to commit more crimes.”
