LEARN TO SHOOT — LEARN TO SHOOT FROM BEHIND COVER If you hear shots close by, the safest thing to do is move immediately to cover. Then if a threat appears, you can return fire from behind cover. Traditionally this type of setup consists of heavy steel plates mounted on a sturdy steel frame. In this modern version the plates are made of a lightweight plastic that allows the bullets to pass through them and then the holes heal up by themselves. The big benefit is you can haul these around easily as they are relatively small and not too heavy. In order to do this they use voice commands to coordinate their movements with each other. The idea is that one partner is providing covering fire while the other is reloading or moving.
