Are You Safe Riding LA Metro Rail Subway Trains
Is the LA Metro Rail subway system safe. Is crime bad on the LA Metro. Is there a homeless problem on LA Metro trains. These are just some of the questions many LA Metro riders are asking. They are concerned with all the crime going on throughout the United States these days and folks are legitimately worried about riding subway trains and buses. Many U.S. cities are dealing with the increased crime rates everywhere from Los Angeles and New York to Chicago and beyond. This is reporter David Nazar and I began investigating the LA Metro transportation system several years ago. And even back then there were problems with things like fair evasion and various types of crime. Today LA Metro is really a good system with state of the art technology and much improved security measures. And LA Metro has a tough task with Los Angeles County being the largest county in the nation and getting from one part of the county to the other takes hours in a car. So LA Metro is a great option especially given the fact LA has the worst traffic in the United States both on the freeways and the city streets and that is the challenge. There is just no escaping the massive gridlock. The problem is and what so many folks are asking these days… Is La Metro safe?

Green Electricity Revolution: Great Scam or Great Plan
Are electric cars good or bad. Are gas stoves good or bad. Is green energy and green electricity saving the planet or killing your wallet. We hear so much these days about the green energy revolution and going electric. And how renewable energy has to replace our dependence on fossil fuels. We keep hearing how we have to rid the world of crude oil and how we must prepare ourselves for a brave new world where renewable resources such as sunlight and wind and geothermal replace our natural resources like oil and gas. This is reporter David Nazar and I am asking the simple question. Are we ready to be a green energy world and is green electricity a viable solution today in a world that is dealing with so many challenges. I interview two world leading experts in this field with differing opinions about this issue.

How AI Saved My Son From One in a Million Disease
We have all heard the term Artificial Intelligence as AI has been a controversial issue these days. And we have certainly heard about AI both positively and negatively. Basically the argument is that artificial intelligence can greatly help the world. Although some critics say AI can also take over the world possibly leaving humans obsolete. Artificial Intelligence is taking over a lot of our jobs as AI is being used in several sectors of the workforce. And now AI is making its presence known in the field of medicine. To find out more about the intersection of artificial intelligence and healthcare we travel to CHOC Children’s Hospital of Orange County in Southern California. This is reporter David Nazar and here is our interview with a mom who says AI saved her son from a tragic illness. And we also talk with the team of CHOC doctors who made the critical diagnosis and are leading the way in AI and pediatric care.

Worst Toxic Environmental Disaster No One Knows About
No not East Palestine. No not Flint Michigan. You are about to witness the most disastrous environmental tragedy in the United States today. Thousands of Los Angeles residents are living in a fatally toxic lead poisoned part of LA. This is the largest lead contamination case in U.S. history. The victims are living in what they term a poison zone where there are over 10 thousand affected homes. And for the past decade these suffering neighbors say they have been in the fight of their life. They are pleading with California State leaders to finally rid the lead contamination that has polluted their community and poisoned their homes. This is reporter David Nazar and I am continuing to track and monitor this story. I revisited this lead plagued community recently to find out if things have improved some years later. I interview neighbors and have an exclusive interview with the California Department of Toxic Substances Control. Here is my special investigation. Shocking that the world does not know about this story. You are about to find out why.

Israel and Jew Hating: Shameless Hypocrisy & Double Standard
The world is witnessing a horrifying hypocrisy and dangerous double standard ever since the October 7th 2023 Hamas attack on Israel. An attack that fomented anti Semitic protests all over the world. An attack that normalized Social Media and Mainstream Media demonizing Israel and the Jews. That triggered the true colors of some academia and educators as well as universities and teachers unions throughout the U.S. and beyond. That justified Liberals and Progressives as well as the UN and various politicians to constantly scold Israel. This is reporter David Nazar and I am not worried about being silenced censored or cancelled nor am I worried about being fired from the Mainstream Media for telling the truth about Israel and the Jews and Hamas and the Palestinians. I know this report is not the narrative of my Liberal Media colleagues. However this is the true and honest narrative that must be told with regards to Israel and the Jews.

Los Angeles Metro Rail Subway Trains: What You Should Know
Los Angeles is one of the largest cities in the world. And while most big cities like New York and Chicago or Boston and DC built transportation infrastructure simultaneously with their city and skyline… LA did not. The result for Los Angeles has been a disaster. You better have a car and several extra hours each day to sit in horrendous traffic. Or could there be a better option like LA Metro Rail with its many trains and buses crisscrossing LA County and beyond. Everywhere from Downtown LA and Hollywood to Beverly Hills and the San Fernando Valley. Metro has ambitious goals to get millions of motorists out of their cars and make LA transportation the best in the world. An enthusiastic agenda not without its challenges. This is reporter David Nazar. Join me as I travel throughout Los Angeles County on the LA Metro trains to find out about the safety and security issues as well as all the progress Metro has made this past decade.

Are Democrats and Unions Running or Ruining California
Are you curious what goes on behind closed doors at the California State Capitol in Sacramento. Where all the tax dollars go without a say from the voter. Who is really making the decisions. Why crime and homelessness are out of control. Why all the California taxes and the rules and regs are insane. This is reporter David Nazar and I interviewed former Republican California State Senator John Moorlach to ask him a simple question. Who is really running or in this case running California. I chose to interview a recently retired state official in the hopes of getting more honest answers. Especially since someone who is now out of office is not going to be worried about getting reelected again and can be more uncensored. Former California Senator John Moorlach from Orange County California spent two terms in the State Senate. He was also an Orange County Supervisor and the Orange County treasurer. Here is my interview with former Republican California State Senator John Moorlach uncensored.

The Dishonesty About Israel and Hamas: Jews and Palestinians
On October 7th 2023 Hamas terrorists with the backing of Iran brutally and savagely tortured and murdered over 1200 Israeli civilians. This was the worst massacre of Jews since the Holocaust. This barbaric act of terror against the Jewish State has ironically set off an even more heightened global climate of Jewish hate and antisemitism where Hamas the perpetrator is conveniently now the victim and Israel is the monster. Heard this story before. Blame Israel. Blame the Jews. This as millions of disinformed and misinformed anti Israel and anti Semitic protestors take to social media as well as the streets and universities to denounce Jews and Israel. Why is the truth not being told. This is reporter David Nazar and here is Part 1 of my special series of reports over the next several months explaining the facts about Israel and The Jews and Hamas and The Palestinians.

Why Are We So Cynical and Suspicious of Politicians
So many people hate politicians both Democrat and Republican and sadly that is just a fact today. Most folks neither trust politicians nor respect them. Voters I talk to throughout the U.S. say they have lost faith in our political leaders citing everything from their dishonesty and corruption to their misuse of taxpayer dollars and bridge to nowhere projects. For the record I also sadly realize that most folks these days hate news reporters and often deservedly so although that is another story for another day. Where politics are concerned I decided to ask two California State Senators from different parties about the cynicism and distrust the public has for politicians and how this could possibly change. This is news reporter David Nazar and here is part of my interview with Democrat Senator Josh Newman and Republican Senator Scott Wilk.

California Crime Chaos: Are Radical Laws Encouraging Criminals
Crime is at record levels throughout the State of California. Many critics of the Golden State argue California is not livable anymore and the high crime rate is part of the reason why so many Californians are fleeing in record numbers. Los Angeles and the Bay Area, for example, are witnessing weekly smash and grabs and violent crimes as well as home invasions and car burglaries… the list goes on. Californians I speak to who were traditionally gun opponents, are now purchasing guns to protect themselves. And they are also adding bars on their windows, cameras outside and security iron gates to the perimeters of their houses to keep intruders out. Many LA residents I interview tell me they are worried that criminals seemingly have all the rights in this state and victims have none. They believe the perpetrator of the crime is now, the victim, due to what they claim, are Progressive and Liberal laws that have been implemented and enacted that ultimately protect criminals, whether these laws were set out to be well intended or not. As well, California residents tell me they are concerned that several California district attorneys seem to have taken an “anything goes” policy to criminal justice, where in the name of social justice, criminals are not prosecuted, and are let back on the streets to commit all kinds of crimes. These same people I interview claim that the no cash bail policy is also encouraging and protecting criminals. And they argue that even if city leaders implement things like a new “crime task force” for example, or a new “tough on crime” policy where criminals are going to be tracked down and arrested; the reality is, if these same criminals are not prosecuted, this is not a deterrent. Now I know this sounds harsh for many Liberals; however, facts are facts. As an independent journalist who reports without political bias, I can safely say that no matter how much some Democrats and the Far Left insist that crime is due to COVID or the pandemic aftermath, or that crime is just a Republican talking point, or that Conservatives are simply trying to scare people with a law and order agenda; the reality is that crime is spiking out of control. Just check the LAPD police blotters in Los Angeles or other police department blotters in similar cities throughout the U.S. You are going to find that the massive crime increase is something that seems to be getting further and further out of control. This is a sad state of affairs when people have to live in fear, and this same fear now rules their lives. So with that said, I decided to ask two California State Senators from different political parties about some of these concerns. This is reporter David Nazar and here is part of my interview with Democrat State Senator Josh Newman and Republican State Senator Scott Wilk.

What Really Causes Killer Wildfires: Why Is This Not Reported
I have been reporting on wildfires for years and this crisis has gotten progressively worse. Today, massive wildfires are devastating many parts of the world, everywhere from the heartbreaking carnage in Maui, to the destruction in California, Canada and Europe etc. These global wildfires are killing people and destroying property at catastrophic rates.
There are many reasons for wildfires, yet the climate change connection is constantly blamed for this. Much of the Mainstream Media and most climate scientists insist climate change is the culprit… end of story. Certainly climate change should be taken seriously, and this warming of the earth does contribute to the severity of wildfires. However, realistically speaking, are we doing society a disservice when we continually blame climate change for these blazes. Could there be something else going on here?
I speak with firefighters, many of whom are afraid to talk on camera, for fear of political incorrectness. So I interview them “off the record” and some of them tell me climate change is a secondary concern. First, they say we have serious public policy issues with regards to wildfire mitigation throughout the U.S. Then they cite the dangerous issues with utility companies and their damaged power lines, and their aging and failed infrastructure systems that are sparking fires all over. In addition, firefighters explain about all the unreported cases of arson, as well as homeless people accidentally setting fire to their own encampments that are never reported. And then, there is the fact that real estate developers continue to build in areas that are extremely vulnerable to wildfires, and where no construction of new housing should take place. Yet these developers build anyway, risking lives in the process.
Firefighters also tell me there has to be more consistent brush clearing, better wild land management and better livestock vegetation management. They are critical of many utility agencies, state officials, the Bureau of Land Management and the Federal Government for their negligence, lack of action and zero accountability. Some fire officials have explained to me that this inaction is partly why we have an increased number of wildfires with people killed unnecessarily. Often, the Mainstream Media chooses not to explain all of this, and simply reverts back to the climate change narrative. This skewed narrative often keeps the focus on the politics of climate change as opposed to mitigating a global crisis and saving lives.
How many more people have to be killed and how much more property has to be lost, before we stop being hysterical over climate change, and just begin doing something constructive about the serious wildfire problem in the United States and throughout the world. Unless we begin having some common sense conversations and some common sense solutions, these massive wildfire disasters like Maui are going to continue. This is reporter David Nazar and here is my common sense conversation with two experts discussing wildfires and climate change.

Does Going Green Save the Environment or Ruin the Wallet
Electric cars. Gas stoves. Green energy. The great debate. Many experts argue there are pros and cons to Going Green. We lessen our dependency on fossil fuels and have more renewable energy sources. We recycle. We improve our air and water quality and possibly even get some green tax credits. However does this effort pay off for everyone. Going Green does not happen immediately and this could take years before consumers reap the rewards. And Going green is expensive with high costs for things like solar panels and battery powered vehicles or wind turbines and renewable energies. Reporter David Nazar interviews two experts in their respective fields who have very differing opinions about Going Green. Nazar talks with David Colgan of the UCLA Institute of Environment and Sustainability. And Nazar also speaks with Jim Righeimer who is a former California mayor and now a popular Conservative voice on Salem Media AM 870 The Answer in Southern California.

Huntington Beach Blasts CA Governor Newsom Over Housing Lawsuit
Special Investigation: The City of Huntington Beach and California Governor Gavin Newsom are fighting over lack of affordable housing in iconic Surf City USA. California state leaders and housing rights activists have been arguing for years that there is a housing crisis in the Golden State. And possibly for good reason. California is one of the most expensive places to live and there is not enough affordable housing for its millions of residents who struggle to pay their bills and rent. And this lack of housing can lead to homelessness. The State of California and Governor Newsom are mandating the City of Huntington Beach build thousands of affordable housing units in Surf City. There is just one problem. Neither Huntington Beach city leaders nor most of their residents want this controversial high density real estate development to take place. Now Newsom and the State are suing Huntington Beach to force them to build. Should the City of Huntington Beach take personal responsibility and build this massive housing project or is there something more concerning going on here that Newsom and the State refuse to admit. Reporter David Nazar investigates.

Reporter David Nazar decided to have a common sense conversation with two leading California State politicians. Is California Government Ripping Off Ambulance Workers
Special Investigation: The State of California MediCal insurance reimbursement rate for private ambulance companies is some of the lowest in the United States. How is this possible when California has a massive economy coupled with the fact that President Biden upon taking office immediately bailed out Blue States with COVID relief totaling billions of dollars. These days California should now have some extra cash in the coffers to reimburse private ambulance companies and their EMTs with some more money. Well not according to thousands of private ambulance workers who claim State of California bureaucracy is ripping them off. These EMTs say an employee at Target and Starbucks or even MacDonalds can earn more money than they do. EMTs claim this is an insult given the fact ambulance workers save people and put their own lives on the line everyday versus workers who they say flip burgers or sell cafe lattes for a living. Reporter David Nazar investigates.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Uncensored: COVID Vaccine and Fauci Corruption
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. explains in great detail his fierce opposition to the COVID vaccine and to Doctor Anthony Fauci. Curious that no other Mainstream Media newsperson dared interview RFK Jr. Journalists seemed to just take what Fauci was saying and what the Mainstream Media was repeating as the Holy Grail of medical science. Kennedy Jr. argues that reporters never asked questions or pushed back on any of the Coronavirus claims from the Medical Establishment. COVID is a devastating illness that must be taken seriously and we must follow the science. The question is whose science. Do we listen to the Fauci Science and the Medical Establishment science or could there be other options and alternatives as well. Robert F. Kennedy Jr. talks to reporter David Nazar about the COVID vaccine and Dr. Fauci as well as Mainstream Media neglect and Medical Industry corruption.

I Am Not a Schmuck For Hating New Minimum Wage Increase
Effective January 1st 2023 millions of workers in the United States get more money in their paychecks. The minimum wage in many states has been increased and employees are rejoicing in their Fight for $15. The increases range from 23 cents to $1.50 an hour. California and Washington are over $15.00 an hour. And Washington D.C. is now over $16.00 an hour. And while the federal minimum wage remains unchanged the Biden administration is trying to eventually get that rate to $15.00 as well. This new minimum wage increase has some business and restaurant owners livid over the fact that they claim they are now going to go out of business. Celebrity restaurateur Lenny Rosenberg is voicing his dismay as well. He talks to reporter David Nazar with Sustaining US on PBS.

Saving the Planet or Killing the Economy: The California Test
California is a global leader where the environment is concerned. The Golden State has some of the cleanest water in the U.S. California leads the way with renewable standards and clean car emissions. And the state is a leader on environmental policy. And yet with all that said many experts argue that California is wasting billions of dollars on things like wind and solar and electric cars while not taking into consideration that millions of Californians are struggling to pay their bills. Things like their rent and mortgage as well as car payments and gasoline just to survive. All of these environmental projects cost lots of money and possibly California could be better served simply taking care of its 40 million residents with some common sense solutions instead of Progressive environmental policy. Reporter David Nazar with Sustaining US on PBS hears both arguments.

Is Defund the Police Dumbest Idea in U.S. History
Many Democrat politicians and Progressive DAs as well as some of the Liberal Media demanded we Defund the Police. Since then the U.S. has been dealing with soaring crime rates. Everything from a massive increase in thefts and home robberies to violent crimes and murders. Various cities throughout the nation drastically reduced their police budgets and police force and they also stopped hiring officers. How ironic that now as the Midterms are upon us the Democrats are conveniently walking back their Defund the Police rhetoric and are now talking about how they are all tough on crime and are going to put cops back on the streets. Los Angeles Sheriff Alex Villanueva tells reporter David Nazar with Sustaining US on PBS how the Defund the Police campaign has led to our crime crisis.
