Russell Brand was once an English comedian, actor, and radio host. But he is now better known as a very active spiritual teacher with his own youtube channel and facebook page. @RussellBrand • Comedian, also http://www.russellbrand.com/ and https://instagram.com/trewrussellbrand/
He is also on Twitter https://twitter.com/rustyrockets/
His videos attract literally millions of views. His gift is to appeal to ordinary folk, without talking down to them, whilst at the same time presenting quite complex spiritual ideas of a helpful and inspiring nature.

The Symbolism of Personality and the Mask
Each of us is given a task in the Great Work of evolution, when we are conceived. What we do in life to fulfil those tasks is then called our ‘Destiny’. To fulfil our Destiny we get attributes suited to the job we have been given – the challenge.
The sum total of all these characteristics, for example, patience, good humour, compassion, tolerance or courage is called our Personality. And symbolically the Mask is the symbol for the Personality.

The Symbolism of the Moth
A Moth is symbolically a person on the Spiritual Path but a very talented one, in that their natural habitat is the Air and they are largely free of the Earth being able to symbolically ‘fly’ in the Air [or higher].
In contrast with a Butterfly, the Moth is 'of the night' it is a ‘black shaman’. Black shamans are NOT EVIL, they are the people who help to combat evil – fight Blackness. This is why they flutter to the Flame of Light, they are greatly attracted by the Light and may in the end die [like Jesus] in order to combat evil.
In many ways they are more heroic than Light workers. When a Moth is attracted by a Flame, it is ascending spiritually and may suffer the Dark Night of the Soul [also known as Purgatory or Rebirth.
The following pages on our website describe this symbol and a number of related symbols in more detail. If you scroll down you will find an alphabetic list of ‘observations’, pressing these links takes you to examples of the symbol in use in poems, paintings, books, and spiritual experiences such as dreams:

We supplement our core band sound with synth, soundscapes and field recordings, taking our cues from aspects of progressive rock.
Our music is purely instrumental, inspired by the vastness and majesty of the natural world.
We feel that the music takes us and the listener on various journeys, from rolling green hills to icy wastes, from the most arid deserts shooting up into the astonishing emptiness and stillness of deep space.

The symbolism of the Moon
The Moon can take the symbolism of the paired Sun and Moon. But it is also treated astrologically as a "Planet" – an Intelligence providing certain key traits of Personality.
Fiona's music is like a wild Power which, if not being treated with care, may break loose and destroy the whole World.

SCULPTURES
Sophie Ryder's - hare is in the Yorkshire Sculpture Park.
Ryder’s work includes human, animal and mythological figures, ‘frequently melding forms’ with a nod to shape shifting. The Hare is a favourite subject. Her statue has the head of a hare, and its body is modelled on Ryder’s own. The duality is depicted by having the sculpture split in half.
