Last week we had a flurry of people claiming that they didn't trust information that I provided, even though I provided the source and the ability to verify first hand. Post after post challenged me to produce fake sources that aren't how the information exists in the real world and one person after another turned to second hand, third party, non-authoritative resources who were more than happy to provide an opinion - but not one was willing to state their source or go on record. I'm not anonymous, and I have a strong track record. But that doesn't mean that you should just blindly believe what I say. But you can't expect me to provide every possible resource, you aren't paying me to do that. Whether you are a #digitalnomad or a tourist coming to #Nicaragua there is a 180 day #touristvisa #visa for you. So many sites and resources trying to sell you on residency services tell you that you only get half that time, just 90 days, when that just isn't true. When talking to many people, especially Americans, they are shocked and confused when so many expats who are also Americans say that they have a ~30 day limit to spend in the United States each year. The Plaza Calli is a new shopping center and housing complex in north eastern Ciudad Sandino on the western outskirts of #Managua #Nicaragua. This is a great example of an up and coming, gentrified neighborhood that has gone from rough to very desirable in very little time.
